I blew the motor in my escape 5 days before leaving to Florida on a 2 week business trip I was suppose to be driving to. Adam and the guys worked with the dealerships extended warranty people, found my motor that was rare and only fit, pulled, and replaced, even fixed properly my custom headlights on my vehicle returned to me the day before I left. I even have a new warranty on the motor. Everything was handled and taken care of by their office. Definitely will be taking my other vehicles to them as well.

Had a bit of work done to my truck and I have to say, Quicksilver is hands down amazing! Very respectful and honest employees. They were able to get us into their schedule quickly, the work they did was fantastic, and I would definitely come back again if we would need any services done. Not happy for the almost 800$ I spent I was quoted a price of 229.18 but the labor suddenly at the time of payment jumped to 489.68. I felt totally screwed . Use these backstabbed at your own discretion.

I have been going to them for ten years, they have always been nice and professional. Everytime I get something fixed I never have to go back. Its done right the first time. They have worked on 4 of my vehicles they explain what they are going to do before they do it and get it done.

left a pair of heads and intake manifold to be serviced.after 3 mos there,was told heads cracked.paid him 40.00 for his service. never got back my intake manifold.he told me he would call. that was four mos ago.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I needed a front end alignment. They informed me that my inner tie rod needed replacement and the alignment would be senseless without it.Reluctantly, I approved the repair. I'm always cautious about taking a shop's word for things. But Quicksilver wasn't pushy at all and have always done me right. When I got my car back, it felt awesome! Nice and tight. Sometimes parts fade gradually and the driver doesn't realize it.I also discovered that Quicksilver uses NAPA parts. Also, that the NAPA parts come with a nation wide parts and labor warranty! I was charged $70 for diagnosing a dead battery and a 2nd battery with insufficient crank amps. This took minutes to diagnose.
