Bought two new tires on a Black Friday special and tempted to give two or three star review because of the three hour wait it took to have them installed (with two cars in front of). There were many people behind me in the line but I was definitely the last one out as they must have been taken care of a simple quick services rather than taking them in order.Because this took so much longer than expected, I was irritable and not too happy (was missing a big football game I really wanted to watch lol... you know... the important things in life!) when, for a different issue, a technician / manager suggested that my battery was good and that there was a different reason for my truck having hard starting issues. As it turns out I replaced the starter and he was corrected the battery was not the issue. I definitely owe an apology (I was certain that the battery was junk or not strong enough) and now have a sense of gratitude for that suggestion to look at the starter because it is much better starting truck now and the old starter had a partially broken housing and shaft was wobbly and clearly the issue with the hard starting.

Went to have my tire plugged & instead all i got was an extreme attitude from an employee. Refused to plug my tire due to him not wanting to & he said he was already "really busy" (he didnt have time, apparently so he said) only 2 cars in bays. finally after he threw a fit like a child he came back and said i could by a tire but thats all he could do because a)he had to check my thread b)if he was to "try & plug it" it would take 3 hours to even get to my tire. his attitude was very much unnecessary so i took my business else where & had my tire plugged in like 5 minutes, no hassle. smh its a shame certain employees act this way.

If you don't have time to read this whole thing, I'll say my experience was decent except for one worker who refused to honor the tire warranty and made me pay twice as much as I was quoted the previous day.Last Friday I called to see if they had my tires in stock. I explained I had a warranty and the gentleman said my tire would have to be inspected to verify it's covered by the warranty, which makes sense.Then I come in on Sunday and not one but two automotive employees verified my tire would be covered by the warranty, but needed to be ordered as they didn't have it. Online it was out of stock as well so they said they could order a different brand with the same size and similar value and that one tire would still be covered by warranty. I ordered 2 tires because another was almost in need of replacing as well. They said the tires would arrive the next day!I rushed there after work on Monday to get the tires put on and I was told by a different employee that neither tire could be covered by the warranty. After explaining that I had it confirmed by two employees the previous day, he didn't care to ask anyone else to double check. They were almost closing too, so I didn't have time to talk to other automotive associates. I ended up paying twice as much as I expected which is ridiculous!! If I hadn't had such a long day I would've taken my business elsewhere. Warrantees should be honored or else they're a scam. Will not be going back. For me that ruined all the goodness and professionalism of the other employees.

Great tires at a great price on sale black Friday. Has to be the slowest place I've ever had tires put on my car once it hits the shop they tell you one and a half hours to change four tires they said they have high standards.I worked in an automotive dealership we had high standards as well and it didn't take us an hour and a half to change four tires rotate mount and balance.I would definitely never recommend buying tires at Walmart you pay for the extras road hazard and all that then they want to prorate your tires check the tread tell you that you used half of your tire when you get something in the sidewall supposed to be covered under the insurance Tire should be changed out without any questions asked I would highly recommend going to Discount Tires they honor their word over there when they tell you they are putting road hazard on their Tire they mean it Walmart on the other hand makes you pay for the warranty a road hazard and then tries to make you prorate the tire discount just changes out the tire no questions asked do not buy tires at Walmart or you will regret it especially when it comes to service they are extremely slow staff is not very professional I'm trying to make all kind of excuses why it takes them so long to rotate your tires I am very disappointed in Walmart tire center you don't have to take my word for it that you will regret it if you buy tires there Discount Tire all the way worth the extra money even if Walmart has the tires a little bit cheaper I promise you you will regret it

Went in to have new tires put on my car. I was the first and only person there and it still took them 2 1/2 hours to do my car. Needs improvement!

I went for an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited over 2 hours (there was NO cars when I pulled in) and not only that but they broke my front bumper and didn t bother to tell me about it. There s no way that they didn t know they did it...they just thought I wouldn t notice. I m very frustrated by the whole situation. Now I have to take my car back in and fill out an accident report. I would recommend taking your car elsewhere.

After getting my oil changed and then going through an entire cycle I found out that these bozos put the wrong filter on my truck! When you get your oil changed ALWAYS check to make sure they did it right!

Not enough people to do the work. Non-stop customers back here and they have a 2 or 3 hour wait! The sign says no wait...hmmph I've been here 2 hours for a tire.
