Worst place yet . Customer service is a joke. Don't expect warranty to cover the labor, for a starter under warranty had to pay $260 in labor, 3 days later had to bring it back to them for the same thing. Almost 2 months in the shop since I got it 6 month ago. They Installed the winch wrong and didn't bother to fix it. Finally picked it up today and they want me to pay again for labor, I refused and realized that they shouldn't charge me the first time. I arrived home and the battery was dead. Called them to explain what just happened, from their part didn t receive no apologies what so ever, I'm told to bring it back or recharge it myself. They have no consideration for the customers, the manager cut off the call while speaking. This people are shameless. Spend your money in a different place where they respect you as a customer and the business you're bringing them. Otherwise Good luck to you there

I took my lower unit to Lumberton to have a seal kit put in it and they gave my lower unit back tore apart all my pieces in a box litteraly . they beat my bearing carrier all up now I gotta order a new one. Not to mention my shift rode is gone and no telling what else parts are missing off my lower unit setex sports will never get my business again. And charged me a hundred and thirty five dollars to literally tear my lower unit apart . . They wanted to charge me 1200 to put a $40 part in. Not to mention when I dropped it off we agreed the work order was to do the seals only and it would only take a couple hours. Then they had the nerve to call me and want us to pay 1200 to rebuild stuff that didn't need to be messed with. I have never been done this way but it will never happen again this company is literally taking ppls money. they wanted to replace all my gears when nothing is wrong with them. I do not recommend this company if you want a honest boat mechanic. Hopefully I can get my shift rod back because if they don't my lower unit is now useless scrap metal .

I decided to drop my CFmoto side by side here for a warranty repair, and highly regret doing so. After having it for two weeks, they call me and tell me that they had to change one spark plug and that I would have to pay $138 for the service. Mind you, the vehicle is still under warranty, every repair should have been covered, and I never authorized this repair or agreed to pay for it.After this, they inform me that it has a recall and they could keep it a little longer to repair said recall, so I approved. After a month of them having it, I became concerned with the amount of time it was taking and called cfmoto directly and was told in under 5 minutes that it had no recalls reported whatsoever (per my VIN)The same day, I went and picked it up because it now had no recall and the entire staff was extremely rude and argumentative. The mechanic stood at the front desk and raised his voice at me, denying that what I was saying was true and acting like I and CFmoto corporate was stupid and don t know what we are talking about.The cherry on top is that they kept my side-by-side outside in the worst heat wave we ve had in history and it is extremely faded. The fact that I still had to pay $138 for this experience (one spark plug that could have cost me $4 to do myself) makes me sick to my stomach.Avoid this dealership at all costs.

The worst and I do mean the worst business I have ever dealt with!! Before they get back on here and respond with all the lies they just told to my face. I have been more than patient with them. We are going on 2 years of them not returning calls, getting the wrong parts, being ignored, and now refusing to refund money for a service they didn t complete. We purchased the boat from them and brought it back there after we were in a storm, to be fixed but they can t seem fix anything or complete any warranty work. I would not buy a piece of bubblegum from them. If you want customer service go somewhere else!

Brought my 2021 Seadoo for basic maintenance also just check carbon seal. They knew I had plans for the weekend and said they would have it ready for me. This did not happen I booked service 2 weeks prior to service. After having ski for three days they never touched it or ordered the parts. Long story short was very disappointed and a big waste of time. Go elsewhere if you want the job completed as requested and confirmed.

These guys performed annual service and a couple extras on my boat and trailer last year and were completed with the work in just a few days. I m very pleased with the work and the price was fair for what was done. Will be using them again this year.

Really polite but refused to return our calls. Also seemed unimpressed that we were ready to put $1000 down on an aluminum boat with trailer. The man actually was rude enough to tell us that he wanted to be sure our used boat motor wasn't STOLEN! NEVER WILL DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESSMAN AGAIN. THANKS!

Had a very good interaction with w/ the service group. These guys know their stuff and they provided good advice on the items that I will work on myself. Will report back when they are done with the work.

Pat and his group of employees have been very helpful in finding and expediting parts to me. They have handled everything with friendly and courteous customer service. Highly recommend!

I purchased a pontoon from South Eastex Sports. The customer service is amazing and the prices are fantastic. The owner is very knowledgeable and eager to help with your boat even after the sale is done. I highly recommend!
