I don't usually name drop, but Damien was so super helpful, I just had to make sure he received his comeuppance. I came in for a diagnostic test (check engine light was on). Damien hooked it up and told me what the issue was. He explained how I could fix it and provided all the necessary parts. It sounded complicated, but he said the mechanic would charge 500-1000 bucks for the service and the parts were less than 200 bucks. I thought I'd give it a go and sure enough I was able to fix the problem. Took me a couple days, but I did it! Damien is well-deserved of a raise or a bonus because that service is hard to find. This location is a little out of the way for me, but I'll make sure to visit here from now on when I need something. Thank you!!!

Got a flat tire today and went here looking for help; none of the tire shops looked open! Chris put my spare on and was super sweet! Super grateful for his help and assistance. Going above and beyond to help a neighbor.

They checked our battery with analyzer which showed it was getting bad. They swapped it out there so I didn't have to make another trip to return the bad core. Top notch auto parts store.

Very helpful people, I felt a little rushed by the short haired guy, but the next younger feller was very helpful and made great small talk about how the shocks on my hood went out and almost clunked me over the head. All around good place to get some parts and what not. I give customer service 4 stars for the average of 3 and 5

I went in to get a new battery and terminals. This is my 2nd time of returning to this store for help. The first time I was told to get the terminal cleaning kit, that did absolutely nothing. Waste of time and money. If I would have been informed that my car would have a better chance if I would just replace the battery and terminals before I could have saved more time for myself. I ALWAYS buy my battery s for my car from this company, never had an issue. But today I walked in and was told just the battery was $200, which is ridiculous for a Nissan Juke. I asked the very young man if they knew if Walmart had them cheaper. He laughed in my face and told said yeah good luck with that . I have never been so humiliated in my life by his tone and non helpfulness. I was able to go to Walmart and buy a battery(3 year), terminals, and car fresheners for $135. Please inform you staff that we are all people just trying to make it through the day and he should have more respect for the costumer that uses your services.

Walked into the store today to get a fan belt. Three guys behind the counter are listening to one of them explain to the only other customer in the store that things ordered online coming from Dallas never show up on the day that the online order says it will. I waited a few moments but still had to ask for help. When I told the young man I needed a Gates 7500 belt. He asked what car it was for. I told him that it didn't matter as it wasn't for a car. He told me that I didn't have to have an attitude. I said they didn't need to know what car if I gave a part number. He told me he had the right to ask and the right not to sell me a part. I left and bought at Autozone.

Wonderful helpful people. Smart and experienced. Stacy is the best. Kyle is a good man. And they gave me a Veterans discount. Not many retailers do, that meant a lot to me.

I ordered parts on Wednesday and was told they would be in by Monday morning and then I went to the store and was told sorry it would be there by 2 and we'll call you as soon as they arrive. I called at 3 o lying to be told the parts will be here by 7 and yes we'll call as soon as they arrive. It is now 10 PM and I have not received a phone call or any consideration whatsoever from this store. And this is not the 1st time to be totally blown off by this location.

He is not only incredibly professional behind the counter, but also Incredibly helpful in Assisting those who like myself, I know absolutely nothing about auto maintenance! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and I asked where to find the items I needed. Customer service man at the counter knew exactly where to find it. Lucky me it was BOGO that day! He told me about it.... So I saved and was very pleased!

Went into get a deal on some headers because word around town they had them cheaper than Advanced. ALWAYS REMEMBER QUALITY OVER CONVENIENCE. The guy that waited on us had decent customer service with conversation but does not know a lick about his job. He did not ask what type of vehicle, year model, or motor when ordering these parts and said he had to special order them, which is fine because, most things anyways that we want have to be ordered. He barely knew how to type so i had to helo him imput things into his computer. He said they would be here next day at 8am. We are here at 9:30am next day and are being told they will be here tomorrow around 3:30pm???? then another guy in there explains that we should avoid having that guy wait on us because he doesnt know what he is doing. Last i remember about being new is that you get trained, so obviously yall arent training yalls people very well and thats extremely unprofessional to say to a customer about your coworker. Just another reason to go to Advanced .

Bought a battery from the female sales lady I said I'll be right back with the old battery that's ok I won't charge you for core. But she did would not give me for core charge

I stopped in for a new set of wiper blades the young guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish he had a little bit of a personality to go with it.

This is my go-to place for pretty much all my auto parts. These people have lots of knowledge and what they do. Except batteries I would rather go to Walmart for a battery.
