Mike Smith tire pros is perfect. They handled customer after customer with Genuine care. And they charged me $89.For a front-end alignment That's 1990 prices.Thank you so much, Mike Smith. I really wanted to get my hands-on that Michelin football. And anybody who wants to buy a homemade football Head to eBay and look up football pillow.You'll find James Brown Football originals. Choose your own school colors Or team that you might want And I'll make it happen. And thank you all for looking at my post.

I had an amazing experience with Mike Smith Tire. I literally pulled into the parking lot at 8am with smoke rolling out from my hood. Within 15 minutes a service engineer had pulled my truck into a bay and diagnosed the pro lem. They sent out for parts and had my vehicle repaired and ready to go within 4 hours.The staff was amazing and the wait in the lobby was very comfortable. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Mike Smith for any car care needed. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Would not recommend Mike Smith Auto. My husband went to get new tires on my car. The first time he went he waited 4 hours just so they could realize they didn t have the right tires. He gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to try again. After another FOUR hour wait (with an appointment) he finally got the new tires. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have used Mike Smith's a couple of times for different services. Once I was driving through Lumberton and picked up a bolt in my tire. I drove to Mike Smiths and they patched the tire pretty quickly. Another time I went to Mike Smith's after my wife brought her Jeep to Discount Tire to have the tires rotated. The salesman there told her that her tires were so bad that if she did not buy new tires that day she was likely to have a blowout on her way home. I told her to drive the Jeep to Mike Smith's and ask for a second opinion. At Mike Smith's she was told the tires had more than 50% life on them and were safe to drive. I decided then that when those tires needed to be changed we would do it at Mike Smiths. When it was time to change them out we brought her Jeep to Mike Smith's, dropped it off and picked it up the next day. Their prices were fair and we were able to get the tires filled with nitrogen. They also aligned the front end to keep the new tires in good shape longer. I will use Mike Smith's from here on out for new tires, rotations, and alignments as they are honest and fair.

The employees were friendly and helpful.I loved that for one year from every service, I will get free roadside service. However, I was told I would have a 30 minute wait and I was waiting over 2 hours. I will still prefer this company over any of their competitors.

I was greeted right away after, entering this establishment. All the staff were knowable, well trained and eager to serve the public.When you live in one household the shuttle service is fantastic! No worries about getting home while your car is being serviced nor getting back there when your car has been completed.Very friendly and also keeps you informed before any other needs are needed for your car. Always receivespermission to performed in advance.This is my second service I needed and once again I am satisfied with their job. Iwill highly recommend this establishment for satisfied services.

I don t ever write bad reviews, but this has just Really disappointed me that a business like this would try to take advantage of a single mom. I came in out of an emergency situation hoping to get taken care of, had a flat tire and thought that I needed an alignment due to my wheel pulling to the right when I drive. I don t know much about cars and it s obvious. I ended up needing 2 tires replaced due to wear and tear. They immediately told me they couldn t get the cheaper option for my tires so I had to go with the more expensive ones. They gave me a quote for the tires including an alignment at almost $600. I decided to schedule to get my tires replaced the next morning. When I dropped my car off I waited for them to be finished at home. They called and told me I needed some more work done before they rotated my tires. I asked why they had to rotate my tires? They gave me some answer that didn t make sense to me, so I just told them that I couldn t afford anymore work done on it. Hours pass and I call to check on my vehicle, they say it s on the alignment rack. So I go up there and find my car parked in the lot. When I walk in they tell me they couldn t do the alignment because I needed work done on my shocks and struts . Again I said I can t afford that so I ll just pay for the tires. They still charged me the same as they would have if I got an alignment. I also see they have charged me several extra fees for things that make no sense. I felt in my gut they were trying to scam me, but I m not confrontational. And I don t know anything about these things so I left it alone. When I get in my car I find that my wheel is no longer pulling. I m confused whether they had fixed the alignment or there was never an alignment problem at all. It was never communicated to me. I get a call later that night that they made a mistake and put the wrong tires on my car and need to switch them out. That was just so odd to me. I feel very disappointed, and embarrassed that I let this place take advantage of me. I just don t want it to happen to anyone else.

I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it in a timely manner & for a very reasonable price. This tire store was recommended by my niece for their tire service & reasonable prices.I will use this business for all my tire needs when I am in the area.

They went above and beyond with their customer service! I was in a bit of a jam trying to get to work on time and they took care of my flat in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I called about my car to see what the status was and was told my car was next. So I headed over there and waited. I kept checking the parking lot to see if my car had move and it had not. After 30 min of waiting, I went and asked about my car and was told they misplaced my ticket. This is the second time this has happened to me. They got my car in next after I asked. So if I had not asked, I prob would had to wait even longer.

My mustang started to stutter on idle and in gear...they diagnosed it turns out the entire spark plug system wires and coil pack got fried...these guys fixed it and MAN does it run better then when I first got it

Mike Smith Tires does all my tires as well as other maintenance. They are friendly and the mechanics know what they are doing. Sometimes I have to wait for an hour or longer, but they always offer to take me home and pick me up when my car is ready. I won't go anywhere else.

I'm a very frequent person at Mike Smith Tire Pros. Anytime I have a problem Justin, Destiny and Mike always make sure I'm taken care of...even from 800+ miles away. Justin and Destiny are amazing! Customer service is awesome! I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Excellent service! I walked in without an appointment due to a tire low on air. They were welcoming and got me in right away. Found a bolt in my tire, fixed it for a great price, and I was on my way. Highly recommended!

They won t screw you for a few dollars. Had another shop who wanted to charge me for a new filter, Mike Smith showed me it was still in really good shape, just needed to be blown out. Other shop wanted to charge me $260 to change only one side of the brakes which is a no-no. Mike Smith got both sides for the same price. The lady who helped me was Destiny and she was soooo friendly and knew what she was talking about. She definitely won my business!

Have been their customers for years. Felt so sad that their orange shop cat Maxwell passed away and they now have another one called Wyatt here. :) They are both awesome cats that will calm you down when you're in a hurry mood and help you kill time with the waiting. Came in today for my tire pressure light that wouldn't go away. Called in advance and asked if I needed an appointment and they just told me to come in and they can have it done immediately. They did it quick even though there is a long line of cars waiting there (the flood Imelda just passed this area a couple days ago). As always everyone in the shop is nice and helpful.

These guys were awesome. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it and also recommended that I get new tires which we were already kind of planning on doing. Don't remember the gentleman's name that was there that day but he printed me out a couple of different tires so it fit our car in a different prices and walking through all the warranty. The roadside and every other information like that even into all the services that they offer which is more than just tires.I have to say Mike Smith tire pros really impresses me and I will continue doing business with them.

Excellent and personable service. Reliable auto care. My only wish is that tires weren't so stinkin' expensive. BUT .. that's not their fault! Everything is expensive these days. At least going to Mike Smith Tire Pros is a comfortable environment to deal with the pain in the pocket book! Thanks for your care.

I have been using Mike Smith Tire Pro for 5 years for auto repair and tires They have done a great job. I just got 4 new tires from them June 28, 2022. May 15, 2023 Thank you for all your care and support for taking care of my car with all the repairs I needed, and taking care of my tires. Recently I had a flat tire on the freeway way just as I took College St exit, very scary, thanks for coming to Bmt freeway and taking care of my flat. December 22, 2023 My car is running great. The young lady at the front was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. She went the extra mile in helping me and so did the mechanic in the shop. He searched through a bin of products to find the best deal for me. I appreciate all they did to accommodate my needs that day. Thanks!

Went in for a rotate and balance for vibration, they ended up braking my valve stem, drove the tire on the flat, tried to tell me that it's been run flat before which it hasn't then proceeded to not take responsibility and laugh saying it was the other company's fault for not putting the right valve stems on the tires when there was no issue before I brought it to them. When I ask if they teach attention to detail the manager said it was not their responsibility to check the valve stems, only to rotate the tires. Then after having everything sort out to where I could drive my truck home, it vibrates worse than before I brought it in. Will NEVER bring any of my vehicles back to them. Claim to be veteran owned and operated but clearly do not know how to treat other veterans

Been here since 730. Bays all empty. Wanted an oil change n tire rotation. At 940 I ask where my SUV is. The lady looked for it n found out the guy that clocked in put a car after me up first. It's now 1030 am n I'm still waiting. I always praised this place. But Mike this is wrong. It was like a circus today n this is not at all like the service we are use to. I see The new change in management. One lady had appointment at 8 n 1030 took back. Hope it gets better

After years of using Mike Smith for various vehicle repairs & maintenance I ve found their level of integrity & customer service has declined. My most recent experience ended with me having to make repairs on my vehicle after it was in his shop for maintenance. Over $800 later I can assure you I will not be back. Too bad for a local, veteran owned company to become such a disappointment.I did give 2 stars because he did offer for me to return for further diagnostics but unfortunately I do not trust them enough for that at this point. I ll call it my loss & a lesson learnedEdited to respond to owners feedback on this reviewMike Smith Tire Pros false accusations is how you respond to a customer with legitimate concerns??Yes my vehicle has 364k miles, but the fact it has that many miles & is still on the road dependably is because it has been well maintained.In the 3 years we ve had that truck we have made countless trips to Houston, 3 trips to Colorado and back & multiple trips to Dallas. We never had any issues on those trips.You may not care but for potential clients I think it s significant since you decided to respond with that info about my car, as if to imply I brought in a piece of junk.The a/c absolutely was working properly before I brought it in.I also didn t have a burned up spark plug wire, which is how Justin described it. You saw it & so did we. That spark plug wire broke in two when your mechanic went to remove it. I can accept the wires may have been old, what I have issue with was the description of how the wire was found. The wire was in tact prior to being in your care & no responsibility was accepted on that. Instead you want to make is sound as though I brought in an old vehicle that you couldn t help but have additional problems with.How about when you have a vehicle brought in for service you notify the client ahead of time that because the check engine light is on you would be test driving it & running codes? Had I known that this situation could also look less like you re shop was looking to up-sale my job. Or decline work without an agreement ahead of time to such testing.When left we found even more issues beyond the battery that needed repair. The vehicle barely ran in drive to get us a block away to O Reilly s. If you ran codes & had such a good mechanic why didn t you find those issues?The $400 is what I spent in your shop. I spent an additional $400 after I left your shop for a new battery & other repairs that were not needed prior to coming into your shop.Your response to my review solidifies what I had to say.You re approach to customer service has declined & I won t bring my vehicle back because you have made no effort to restore my trust in your shop & ethics.At this point I believe it s clear that a parting of ways is in my best interest.Good Luck for your future sir*Also take note of this man s responses to any negative feedback in the reviews. He is arrogant & takes no responsibility for anything going wrong.**I am now blocked from this businesses Fb page. He doesn t care to make things right & wants to hide unhappy customers.

My wife dropped her Chevrolet Tahoe for a tire rotation, wheel balance and front end alignment. She was notified hours after she dropped off the Tahoe that they would not do the front end alignment unless she bought two new tires. Maybe I m wrong but I did not know the condition of the tire had anything to do with an alignment? Am I mistaken, if so, I will gladly remove my two stars. I m currently looking for someone else to do the front end alignment. She also asked for a quote for four new tires which they would not give her. I ve dealt with Mike Smith for many years both personally, and for my company. I m very confused as to what transpired today.
