Brought my car in for an alignment, left and all of sudden it sounded like an accordion. Brought it back after my husband found the back spring was off, they told me I know it looks wrong but it s supposed to look like that they then told me my strut mounts were going out @50k miles. Brought it in to a different place, only mentioned I had it aligned never where and that I had an issue. Turns out the spring was off! Now I need that back on and another alignment. So rather than out $100 I m out $600 to have this other place fix it.I ll add in they never answer their phone either or call to let you know your car is ready if you leave it with them. Won t return and will recommend no one else go here either

I was there this Monday for the first time, and it will be the last time. These people are incompetent and rude and can't even properly diagnose what a simple instrument panel warning symbol means. I do not recommend this place to anybody. I needed an oil change. Well they changed my oil okay for $70, but I also wanted them to tell me what a new instrument panel warning symbol on my late model van meant and/ or fix it. I was told they could hook my car to their computer for $35, and maybe that could at least tell us what the warning symbol meant. I agreed to this. When I checked out, he indicated the computer didn't find out anything. But I was told that I probably just needed new batteries in my key fob. Well I had new batteries in the glove box expiration date: 2027. I tried one of these right after I went outside. It did nothing. I went back in there and after a brief discussion, I basically voiced my complaints about paying $35 for nothing (actually worse than that, to be told something incorrect). Instead of being sympathetic or at least neutral, the guy was snippy and rude with me. "I done told you from the beginning, it probably weren't gonna find nothing" or something close to that is what he told me in a rude manner. I vowed to return to my previous mechanic who can easily handle problems as minor as that, and he did in fact diagnose the problem on Tuesday. He ordered a new auxiliary battery today, which is all the warning symbol was indicating. Monday night, I found out what the warning symbol meant myself in about 2 minutes worth of internet searching, but I guess effort like that is too much to ask for from the lazy, rude turkeys who run Lakeway Tire. While there, I was told the only things they don't don't do are rebuilding motors or transmissions or "getting deep" into a car's computer. What I wanted done was not in those categories, and they couldn't handle it. Go somewhere else.

Went in to have a slow tire leak. They checked it, even re-mounted the tire and replaced the valve stem. Couldn't find a leak, so they didn't charge me a penny. Fast service, friendly staff.

Topnotch People from the Managers on down to the Mechanics & Tire Men. Very Courteous & Professional. Appointment was on time, shook down my truck for worn parts and there was none. Brokedown 4-35 tires, mounted and balanced 4-35 new tires and rolled truck into front end alignment and State Inspection 45 mins. Total Time! That is Outstanding In my Book!!! Spend your money local and Let Them Take Care Of It, You Won t Be Sorry!!

Anthony suppose to be a assistant manager but I don't think he knows what he's doing mr.brandon set me up an appointment for the next day in the morning I call that morning an Anthony answered and told me I did and my part wasn't order we drive down there and all the sudden I did have one and the part did get order they normally have great service it's just Idk dude I guess is lazy I'm not sure how Mr.bandon pulled it up in front of me but Anthony couldn't

Just want to give a big ole' thank you and 5 gold stars to this fine establishment! Today they went above and beyond to help me out. I love this kind of home town establishment feel. Great service from the owner and his employees. Great experience, I now know why they have been there 16 yrs. and are still going strong!!

I chose this place due to the reviews on Google. I had some new tires shipped here from an online tire store, and this location was listed as one of their preferred locations. I set my appointment for early morning drop off. The morning of, I walk in, they can't find the tires. I called the day before to make sure they were there. After looking around the shop they finally locate them. I give them my key ask about a free alignment check which is pretty standard especially at other shops like Goodyear. The guy behind the counter says that will be 80$. I asked again just to make sure he understood what I was asking for, an alignment check, and not an actual alignment, he then states that the check is 40$ and the actual alignment is another 40$ or 80$ all together, which if I wasn't paying attention to what he said would have cost me 80$. I told him Goodyear will do the check for free with a new install. Mind you these tires already cost around $1600, so I just wanted to make sure the alignment was good. It's a new truck so I wasn't really concerned about it. Instead the guy behind the counter states, take it to Goodyear then. I asked them to refund my install price and I will. He said he can not do that and to talk to the online dealer is the only way that will happen. So basically this is just a nickel and dime shop. It's sad too. I wasn't asking for anything free, just check my alignment so I don't have to worry about the new tires going on and if it were bad I would gladly pay to have it fixed and if not, then I'm on my way with my new tires they would have gained a customer for life seeing as this place is right down the road. Instead the horrible customer service and the nickel and dime treatment was enough to make sure I do not return here and I'll share that with anyone I know as well. The Goodyear store in Beaumont will install your tires, check your alignment, and give you a 3 page report on your front end. Please consider going there over this place. This is a rag tag shop where you will manage to get tires installed, but they will try to get any money out of you that they can. I have to believe that most of the reviews on here in regards to them are either fake or just people the know talking them up. Do yourself a favor and go to an established location. Even the other shop in Lumberton is way better than this place. To top it off, when I picked up my truck, it's setting outside the shop with the windows down, key in the ignition, seats laid back like someone was sleeping in it. Walk in to check if anything is needed before I leave, no receipt given no break down on the installation, no communication at all. Got in my truck and left. Please do not use this place.

If I where you I'd avoid going to this shop. They don't properly rotate your tires all they do is move the front straight to the rear and the rear straight to the front instead of the proper rotation where the non drive tire is supposed to be crossed to the opposite drive wheel. They mark their oil changes for full synthetic oil at only 3000 to 5000 miles instead of the 7500 miles. Was very unsatisfied with the whole service

Been to this location several times for simple tire work and always left satisfied. Staff is nice and swift with work. Even take time to let you know if things were found needing attention. Will consider for future work.

I called on a Friday & they quoted me 80.00 to do rear break shoes, but they couldn't touch em til Monday. I called Monday to schedule an appointment & they quoted me a different price & then denied telling me 80 on Friday.

Fast and friendly service. The MT tires I buy for my jeep are notoriously hard to balance but they always manage to get them right the first time. The jeep is riding smooth and tracking straight again!

They provided me with fast service. Checked out and fixed my tire, then looked up my information to see if I had purchased the tire there. Because I had, they did not charge me anything. Fantastic.

Have been buying tires for more years than want to remember; which gives me the experience to make a good judgement. Lakeway and their people are by far the BEST tire dealer !! Fair price, good quality work, carry good product; and, treat the customer with consideration = NO BS, give honest advice and recommendations. Try them, you will see what I mean. If you have a problem with balancing the wheels, these folks are experts!

Had my calipers, rotors and pads changed. Took about an hour, was cheaper than the quote I was given. Work quality is top notch. Go there, support your local businesses.

Good place for tires I get a specialized tire and it has to. E ordered ! They get them within 2 days which is great . Friendly too
