The were busy with it being a Sunday but with that said they were both still very professional and friendly and still changed out 4 ATV rims and tires in a timely manner. They will definitely get more of my business.And again today I needed a tire patched and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes

Very nice group working there. They are super fast. Reasonably priced. I bought new tires online and they put them on for me at a 1/3 of what the store I purchased the tires at wanted to charge MauiI was on my way within 10 minutes.

On September 9th 2023 my daughter stopped by there to have a tire put on, the guy there immediately started flirting with her and asking her for a kiss which she kept refusing. It was late and she was traveling back to school so this shop was the only shop open. He tried to get her to come into the office to pay but she refused. I went back up there with the police because I read the reviews and seen where he had done this to other women. Even though he fixed her tire no Woman should be approached like that at a place of business. A woman should never go to this place for service alone.

I had curb damage to my tire and rim from trying to avoid being hit! Great service and fast! Definitely will refer and be back for other tire services!

FRUAD WARNINGThis man when ask to balance my tire, acted like he did, the tire had to be taken to a REAL TIRE SHOP. To be repaired correctly. Worse than all that, I had a bilingual friend call and ask, in English, for a quote to install 4 new tires that he already bought. $750... Same guy called back and spoke only En Espanol...$150.I will call roadside assistance and wait for hours before, I ever spend my money there again.

**I would give this shop a zero rating if I could**I had a friend who recently went there and had received some very questionable service. Whoever was working at that time was flirting with her pretty aggressively, saying that she would get free tires if she gave him a kiss; he then proceeded to try and kiss her. She was extremely uncomfortable with this encounter. As her friend, I took the liberty of writing this review for her since it bothered me enormously. I will never ever EVERRRRRRERRRRRR condone this type of behavior and it never should in the first place. Maybe think twice before receiving service from this shop.

I would rate this ZERO STARS if possible! My friend went here a few days ago and had extremely questionable service. The guy working tried to get her to kiss him and when she said no, he proceeded to grab her arm and try to force himself on her. This type of behavior is COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE and should not be condoned! A friend tried to speak to the manager to call in a complaint, and they said they don't receive criticism phone calls. Sounds like this is code for "This has happened before and we don't want to risk our precious reputation.

Good shop if you are looking for used tires. I initially picked up 2 tires but one only made it a couple weeks before the plug they put in it failed so I had to go back and get another one. So 3 tires total at $60 per tire for a pickup truck is a pretty decent price. They only accept cash but if you need you can walk to the shell station next door and use the ATM.

Worst tire shop in Hardin County . Over priced and got upset when they where asked to balance the tire correctly. They are both very rude.

**Don't buy tires from them**Went to get a used tire this morning and was charged 60... The traction control came on due to having two different size tires..went down the street to Jackie baxters tire co and got 2 used tires for 75..these guys are way over priced.We did stop back by and which the guy told us it was because we needed an alignment which wasn't true and that's not the point the point is that you guys are overpriced.

Worst ever tire shop ever!!!! Bought tire on a Saturday it was flat on Sunday and when I looked it had already been plugged.... So Monday when they were open I went back up there and all they did was plug my tire!!!! And that week I had a blowout on the highway and flipped my truck! Wow that's Great customer service. When I told them about my wreck they say what do you expect when u buy a used tire...

I had a friend that needed two new tires. We were unable to find any at two new tire dealers. On a whim were stopped here just to see. They had two good but used tires. We made a deal and he put them on in no time. That has been a month ago and all is still good with the tires.

Pretty good outfit! I will update this review in the future! So far, my tires are top shelf Firestone! Knowing about date codes saved me a little bit! Do your research! They'll work with you.

I stopped there to get air in my tire and he told me I had a nail in my tire I told him that was fine that I would have my husband fix it and he took the nail out and charged me ten dollars to just stick a plug on the top of the hole like he was patching an air mattress and I got stuck on the side of the road not even a quarter mile from the tire shop with my special needs child

DONT DO IT YALLThey cracked my rim and refused to fix it then then put me back on the rd with my old tire (had a big bubble in it) and the same rim. I came up with multiple ideas that benefit (sort of) and he refused to help with any of them. For instance, i would stay there if he would drive my bf to Walmart to get some flex seal to tide us over so we could get to the next tire place. NO. So i suggested I ride with him and my bf stay. NO. Oh keep in mind there were other workers there and they were not busy. What was supposed to be a 6 min drive took me well over that having to stop for air 6 times. Btw there is no more free air in Silsbee at the old gas station across from mcdonalds. I wish i could give them - stars but as luck would have it i cant.

Great guys there. We order tires for the racecars online and they have no issues installing them on wheels for us, they seem to have a reasonable selection of used tires as well.

Just bought the tire at 330pm at 7:00pm same day was flat. And was told it was a brand new tire. Was told no guarantee because it was a new tire. If it was new then I shouldn't have to keep putting air in it every few hours.

WORSE TIRE PLACE BUYERS BEWARE, the man drilled my bugs hard to my tire and it blew out and had to be towed to a mechanic shop to get the bugs out to change out the blown tire y all put on my left side driver ! Bad tires!

The guy that put a tire on my car cross threaded the lug nuts and 2 of them broke off. I had to use a hammer to get other 3 off. I called and was told it wasnt his problem .

They work fast and gave me a great deal for 4 tires for my challenger. I have moved to Houston but will come back to them when i need tires for sure.

They bent my stock rim on the tire machine then told me they weren't responsible. This has happened twice with this place. Don't go to this tire shop. They don't speak English and are unprofessional.

Great place to have tires broke down and mount the new ones. Good price, and quick. Friendly .
