Called to verify price for oil change with synthetic oil, 5 1/2 quarts and was quoted $70 -$80. Got oil changed and total was 93.67. When I questioned the quote I was given, the guy that quoted me said he was wrong. WTH

Stopped in to get my oil changed because it was in a convenient location and no cars were there. I should have asked the price before I got the service but since I usually pay pay around $55 I guess it didn't occur to me. I was shocked when the bill was $89.53. I asked why and the answer was demographics! Really? $40 more? And the invoice said they checked the tires and they had 35 lbs.but they did not! I took a pic later to prove it. I will never ever go back there and would not recommend them.

Amazing service, got my motorcycle inspection today. It took more time getting it loaded up and unloaded than the inspection, quick, painful very professional and polite. 10/10 Would return again.

Kwik lube filled the windshield washer reservoir during the extreme cold temperatures!This was on a New vehicle! The vehicle is going to need repaired by an automotive repair shop!The manger stated that they are not responsible for this issue! .it was simply an accident!Needless to say they have lost my business

I travel 50 miles to go here. They are very reasonable and fast. Today I am on the side of the road at 5:17 pm the oil plug was not tightened on my truck and I lost all my oil and my engine may have blown. Wth.

Mr Paul went out of his way this morning to fix my belt on my truck at Donaldson motors, it was in their parking lot and they didn't have no time Mr Paul came from Lumberton and fixed me up! I would do no business with donaldson in the future!!Mr Paul went to the parts store and got what I needed to fix my truck and came back and fixed it!!Thank you Mr Paul!!

I went to this place based on others reviews. I went close to closing and was worried my oil change couldn't be done. My dad has cancer and I'm his only caregiver. I have to find someone to sit with him if I need to go somewhere. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly with a smile. My vehicle was taken back immediately. The oil change and inspection was done within 20 mins. The cost was reasonable as well. I will definitely go back.Service: Oil change

These guys are awesome!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure customers are satisfied. I'm here regularly for oil changes. NOT HAVING TO GET OUT MY CAR IS A PLUS++++++

Paul does a great job. Didn t know they have ladies day, which was a pleasant surprise with a carnation.If you re going out of town they will check your air pressure in tires and fluids. Really nice to know i can depend on this crew and location. Thanks for great service.Service: Oil change

I have been using them for the last 4 or 5 years. Usually pretty good. BUT I have been having problems with the transmission in my Ram 2500. I have had the "transmission service" performed on my truck about 4 or 5 times over the last few years, I drive a lot. I found out AFTER I ASKED THEM about the filters for my transmission that they do not change them. Never once did they even mention filters, I just assumed they did on a "transmission service" (the assuming got me). So I've put about 165k on the transmission and not one filter change. I completely understand that there could be any number of other things going on with the transmission BUT this might save someone else from getting caught up in a gimmick. This is not a transmission service they provide, they simply change the fluids ( to the tune of about $180 on my truck).

I just started using this business. I was waiting for my oil change a couple of days ago. I watched a conversation the manager and an older couple were having about their truck. There had been an issue with their truck from a previous visit. The manager kindly explain to them the he was going to fix the issue for them. I could tell he was genuine and honest. He treated them with the same respect that I hoped my parents would have been treated with in a business. The manager doesn't know it, but he has earned a customer for life. FANTASTIC SERVICE! They don't give me any bull and they are fast and efficient, I appreciate the quick attentiveness and their quick work pace it's refreshing to whip in and get my oil change and whip out, I prefer to do it myself but lately I've zero free time so they have taken the burden off my shoulders with Fast service, thank you KWIK LUBE!!:)

Very fast service, very polite and courteous staff, clean facility, and very good products.Was a little pricey.I may have been oversold when I pulled in; the employee told me that my new car required synthetic oil in order to protect the warranty. After I got home I contacted my auto maker who emphatically told me that it was false, that any appropriate conventional oil was perfectly adequate.

I get my inspection done plus oil change!Super fast good service with friendly staff with advice if someone needs it!I live in Beaumont,but still go to Lumberton to get it done.Old staff good work , normal prices!

Before letting them pull your vehicle in the bay, be sure to confirm what the pricing is for your oil change. Sign in lobby says full service $39.95. The sign does not make mention that this is regular oil only. Not to mention that I asked the tech pulling my vehicle in the stall the difference in price for synthetic blend vs full synthetic. He said "blend is 39.95 and full synthetic is 75.99". My Explorer uses 5w /20w synthetic blend. My final total cost $71. That was $56.99, not 39.95, for full service (5 qt) synthetic blend oil change. Additional charge for the extra quart (understandable). Then a $1 per quart up charge because they didn't have 5w/20w synthetic blend in bulk. Their defense when checking out for the difference is price was "We have the best service and are not the cheapest". Even the dealership is cheaper than this. 1st time there, will not be returning.

Great place here in Lumberton to get your oil changed and your car lubed and serviced. They area little slow, but they get the job done and you don't have to worry about things. You can even stay in the car if you want to!!!

We recently moved to this area and someone recommended this place to my husband. This is where I will be taking my vehicles from here on out. Wonderful staff, super fast (the fastest one I've ever been to) and I was able to stay in the comfort of my vehicle. I'm thankful to have found a place where I am comfortable and that has excellent service!!!

I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I always leave happy! These guys do quality work in such a quick time. I can get my oil change on my lunch break and have no issues at all. Thanks Guys!!!

I asked for them to check my tire pressure. They didn't. I'm sure all prices are going up...it was a $90 oil change.

Brought my Ford truck in for a routine oil change it ended up leaking after due to a plastic drain plug. Brought it back in and they replaced it with a new drain plug. excellent customer service would definitely go back.

They will pass a vehicle if the lights do not work but fail a vehicle if there streaks from the windshield wipers. Windshield wipers are about two months old. Take your car to a competent service provider not here.

I have used this place for years but never again... I always liked the older gentlemen that was there always professional and efficient now they have a couple of young punks there that don't have a clue about anything!!! Could not get the oil filter off and completely tore up the oil cap (they had to put a new one on) The more he beat on my car the more he cussed and yelled.... I have been loyal to this place for 10+ years but never againService: Oil change

The level of service delivered by these guys is great. Four working bays means it's easy to get in, quick to get back on the road. Fast, friendly and affordable.
