Employees could be friendlier. There was a weird vibe about the place, can't put my finger on it. Only needed an inspection so I don't know about their services.

Vacuums are terrible and you have to be careful which stall you use when using a card and automated one does not rinse well from what I saw Thursday afternoon

This is our go-to oil change and inspection place. The people are always very nice and respectful, always fast service...and a free car wash!

This place is great! Inspected my truck quickly and then gave me a car wash for FREE! They cleaned all the empty cans out of the back of my truck and even had a wrench so I could remove my antenna before I drive through the machine. I feel like the value of the car wash was more than the inspection itself.

Buy local these guy's are all local like live within 2 miles local. I have had them make a mistake on a car I sold my daughter and I told her to only go there she lives in bmt. The canister around the oil filter was to tight or the store she went to did not have the specific tool Lexus doing it special and after they mangled it said go to the dealership. Well after she settled down I reminded her that this is why you only use 1 good place and I instructed her to go back. They accepted responsibility a rare thing in this world again why you do business one place. Fixed it and only charged for the oil change. Local doing it right. I have a 6.7 they diagnosed an upper pan oil leak saved me a whole lot of money as that is a 15 to 18 thousand dollar surprise. We me and local family only do business here because honest business that stand behind there work are rare. Honestly there are only 2 places in Lumberton that I would even consider have done business with both over the years. I only go here now. Check them out. I want to see honest small business doing right. Thrive. Oil changes and maintenance are super important for your vehicles long term health. These guys are fair and honest. Check them out.

The business owner coerced their employees into opening investment accounts to which the employee would be the sole contributor, but ensured they were joint accounts with the owner's wife so that she is able to liquidate them upon the employees separation, with no payout to the contributing employee. Shady business practices by shady business owners.Additionally, I've been informed they are improperly and illegally disposing of their used oil.... and some of their equipment works subpar at best. The rest do not work at all.I most certainly wouldn't trust them with the purchase of a vehicle.

I can not say enough good about 57 express. I go there for all my oil changes. They always check over other items that may need attention as well and give me the option to take care of it then.Most of the guys in the shop are younger but they are kind, respectful & efficient. They even guys recognize me when I get there. Feels like a small town place.BONUS! Following an oil change you receive a free car wash!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Chrystal and her TEAM do a Great Job. We had our oil changed and inspection done.. Quick service and they pay attention to the details, best place I've been to! Also, you get a free car wash with oil change!! They also checked my cabin filter and breather. I took both our trucks to them today, Zack was on point.. Great Job 57 XPRESS!!

Like everything else, their prices have increased. Once you get your vehicle in the bay, they are quick & do a good job. You never have to leave your vehicle & you do get a free car wash with an oil change.

Got radiator flush on Tacoma today preparing for cold freeze thats comin in few days and they were very reasonable on price n did job quik and used a vacuum system to pump out old antifreeze guy let me watch the process and explained steps really awesome job I definitely be back , super nice folks all way around , guy that did job was super cool nice Thank U Shawn 4 excellent service sir !

Crystal and Jeremy go above and beyond for their customers. They really blessed us, by selling us an awesome car, at a fair price. We couldn t be more excited. They are very professional and very hospitable. We are extremely satisfied with the service and very grateful for their kindness. We recommend them to anyone needing a miracle. I love these people! They re always kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. Several times they ve gone out of their way to do little extras for me. They have always been honest and that s saying a lot these days. You get a free car wash after they change your oil too. Heck of a deal! They do our inspections too.

Really great and convenient idea. It didn't work when we got there. Aggravating to say the least. Not tied in with the rest of the building/business. No info posted, or help sign posted, I thought I lost my $5. My wife found a phone # on Facebook and gave it a call. The really cool part, someone answered! They said they would send a refund. I'm from out of town, and was a bit skeptical. But, true to her word, a day or two after we returned home we recieved a refund of $5!I didn't get to try the wash, so I can't rate it. But, the honesty and responsiveness of the owner is definitely a 5 star. Without a doubt, I would say give it a try. It may be your go to dog wash!

They just did not care about me because i chose the most basic oil change?! I called them a few weeks ago and asked about the oil change special for $30.99+tax, they said the price is for oil and filter which i was fine with.I stopped by there to get my oil changed. They did not even ask me what I wanted for the oil. In fact, I went outside and asked " what kind of oil are you going to use?", they said full synthetic which runs for $74.99 or so. I told them that I was going to go with the basic oil change. They did not seem happy about what i said.Oil & filter were replaced within 10 minutes, so it was quick-no complaints. I expected them to drive my car out of garage (pull it forward off the oil change underground tunnel) and hand me the keys as ALL OTHER SHOPS ,even including Walmart that we called the worst, do that!! But the guy behind desk stared at me and said "You are ready to go" and expected me to drive my car out of the service area- I thought i was not allowed be there...They lost my business for sure. Stay away from 57 Xpress. They get 2 stars just because of the quick service.

This used to be a great car wash, but not now. Air dryer was pitiful and whatever they sprayed on it left spots that are very hard to remove.

I have 2 vehicles and have both of them serviced here regularly. I have always received impeccable customer service at great prices. After having my oil changed at Walmart and incurring $1700.00 worth of car repairs (paid by Walmart) and being stranded with no vehicle for 10 days I was very pleased to find this place. Keep up the good work guys.

Colton was so nice and knowledgeable. He even took the time to hear the squeaking/popping noise my car was making. He just saved me from getting ripped off. Need more real men like him. Thanks again for being honest and so sweet. You forever have a customer in me!

Been taking our vehicle here for a year now & everyone is nice but when my husband takes the vehicle they do the oil change & nothing else wrong. When I take our vehicle in for an oil change without fail they always find something else wrong. Change the air filter even though I just did last month or it needs a complete engine flush. Just sort of odd that none of these issues come up when my husband is with me or brings in the vehicle
