What can I say nothing but amazing things the customer service here is absolutely amazing Cheryl the first face u see when u arrive is the sweetest most caring person ever she assured my 2 year old was well equiot for a busy stay w coloring books his own little table she even gave him some hot chocolate while I sign off on my brand new 2019 Trax. 2hat an amazing experience

I took my car to Luling Chevrolet service center. It was my fist service on my new car. Lying Chevrolet went above and beyond and really took great care of my vehicle. They also send a video of your vehicle to you so you can see all that was done. Very professional and caring service department I will definitely schedule my service there from here on out!

If I could do less I would.I brought in a truck of mine for new brakes on the front end and replacement of my steering pump. I paid a premium for horrible services all around.Long story short, they had the truck for 3 month, they never finished, and the new steering pumps leaks like a sieve.Out 2k and the brakes are worse after their service job.

No one ever wants to see the engine light come on ! I had been out of town traveling and notice it .I called the dealership immediately I was more at ease knowing that my vehicle would it be immediately diagnosed without any hesitation and very little wait time. Thank you Fernando for going above and beyond to explain and educate me on certain things in regards to my new vehicle.I appreciate everything you did for me todayLet me not forget to say thanks for keeping my perishable items refrigerated for me why my vehicle got services.

I love Luling Chevrolet. I have purchased two vehicles and in the next year will come to them to purchase another. Their service department is great. I come from a large city about one hour away to have my car serviced. If I were to take my car to a dealer in my city I would be waiting at the dealership all day. Going to Luling Chevrolet I am in and out in no more than two hours. Sure beats a full day of sitting when I have other important chores to do. I also appreciate the attitude of everyone at the dealership. I can be sitting in the waiting room and one of the employees walks by; looks me in the eye and asks if there is anything he/she can get me. I think the way the phone is answered says it all "Hello, It's a Great Day at Luling Chevrolet".

Salesperson Josh & financial Mgr Larry are the best. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this specific auto dealership & I won't go anywhere else.

Not only do I work here, but I take pride on where I work. This dealership has all the characteristics, of a small town feel. The staff is nice, helpful and genuinely care about those that come into dealership.

I have been in the automotive field my entire life and have to say recently purchasing a 2015 Chevy 3500 truck from Ryan at Luling chevy was a refreshing take on a used vehicle purchase. They were friendly to deal with and helpful with answering questions or concerns. Did not get treated like just a number and trying to force a sale out the door. Thank you.

They couldn't have been more helpful or professional. They actually went over the entire service order with me, line by line. It was very refreshing to see that they had actually performed all of the multi-point service checks, as well as taken care of my original problem. I would highly recommend them!

I would NEVER recommend luling Chevrolet. I truly believe they have the worse mechanics working on your vehicle. Went in because my Ac wasn't blowing cold air..after about 2months of waiting they finally "fixed" it then some how my heater stopped working. My vehicle is still in the shop because apparently they "still" haven't received the parts they ordered. Mind you my vehicle has been there since the beginning of November!! It's already the second week of January. And no customer service what so ever.. only meaningless promises of when it will supposly be ready

This place will not service your vehicle without an appointment. So i called today - for 5 min I was passed around, never making it to the appointment desk to "see if they even have time for me." Don't waste your time with this place!
