We were traveling on I10 from Houston to San Antonio when suddenly our vehicle began to shake and pull to the right, we discovered one of our tires had knots on the tread, luckily smileys was just a few miles away, once we arrived he pointed out all my tires must of had a manufacturer defect, due to two other tires having the same issue, he was able to replace all 4 with some used tires at a very reasonable price. He knew we were in a tough situation and didn t try to take advantage of us, he was honest, kind and provided quick service. Highly recommend if you are in the Luling area

Was after his closing hours the day before this post, Geico couldn't help me but this guy drove out to help me with a flat, even said he could fix the flat dispite being closed, this mans a true hero in my book. I wore the black jacket and love plants, i hope you see this post my freind! if im ever stuck around your area again like that you have my buisness 100%

Robert at Smiley Tire was an absolute life saver. Blew a trailer tire on the way back to CA, Robert brought a new tire and rim along with a spare for the blown tire. Would absolutely recommend them !! Thanks for your help

Had a flat on the side of I-10 20 minutes away from this shop. I called and the owner met us out here in about 45 mins and properly patched the tire on my corvette for $180. That is a steep price compared to a normal patch in store, but considering it's a weekend, inclement weather, and the 40 mins of driving and doing the work next to a highway, it is a fair price. He was also a friendly guy and is clearly skilled at what he does. I recommend this company.

Very professional, courteous and helpful. I had a blow out and Walmart in Gonzales was not able to help - due to no automotive staff. So I drove to Luling and Smiley's took care of it in less than a hour. I highly recommend them!

Horrible service and way over priced, went to get tires changed and he wanted to charge me double of what they were down the street. So I had him put my wheel back on. He got mad and ask why was worried about paying when I m driving a 80k truck. LOL So I told him that s how you charge people. By what they are driving. He Wanted $450.00 for two trailer tires plus $45.00 each to install them. !RUDE And DISRESPECTFUL!

3 wks ago...Had a flat on the way to vacation and couldn't find any other tire shop that had my size and make of tire for my Ford F350 super duty...they were gonna be our last stop before having to give up on our vacation. They were a life saver and very reasonable price and great offer for new set of tires to.

THEY SELL BAD TIRES! ONLY WENT 10 MILES. I paid $350 for a used trailer tire to be installed on the side of the road (15 miles away from shop btw). They brought a 9 year old dry rotted tire for $150 charged me $50 for installation and $100 for roadside assistance. I went 10 miles down the road and it busted. I had to beg him for an hour to even help me further. (He was willing to refund me $150, that s odd). I don t want a refund I want a tire that s going to go more then 10 miles. I have 8k lbs on my trailer. He s swears something is wrong with my trailer. I have a 2021 trailer gtfoh. He s going to charge me $200 for a new tire. So $550 later I have a changed tire. HWY ROBBERY LITERALLY! STAY AWAY!

Got a flat along I-10. Smiley's was the only shop around with my tire size. But instead of selling me another tire, they patched up my old one. Good service.

Smileys SAVED us! my fianc� and i had a terrible day of travel. we were limping home on a donut. No place within traveling distance had a replacement tire and it was after hours. This, after Walmart had us wait for 1.5 hours just to tell us they didn t have our tire in stock. Smiley answered his phone and agreed to stay open for us until we got to town. Quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful service!

Tire came apart on the way back to San Antonio from Houston. I have an odd tire size and these guys had the one I was looking for got me on the road again and we're very professional. Definitely call if you need some help.

Worked a quick miracle for me and my BMW s run-flat tires. Had a replacement in stock!The guys were respectful, quick, precise, and knowledgeable, and the cost was below expectations.I ll be back, and I ll recommend to anyone in need of tire service.

We had a tire blow just outside of Luling on a utility trailer we were pulling from Rocksprings back to Houston at 11:30 pm. After internet searches and calling multiple roadside assistance options that either couldn t help us or would only tow the trailer for us we found Smiley Tire Shop. He answered on the first call, was at our site with two new tires in less than 40 minutes, and has us back on the road within 1 he of our initial call. It was fairly priced for such a late night call. We are so grateful to have been able to finish our trip home afterwards. I would definitely use him again if needed and in the area.

We had a flat tire about 15 minutes outside of Luling on I-10. Concerned about how long it would take to fix a flat and get back on the road, we pulled into Smiley Tire. In 20 minutes, Richard and Co. had us back on the road. They are such nice people, and we would highly recommend them for any tire needs. Thank you!

The staff is professional and honest. It is nice to be able to trust them as a woman..bargaining on my own....and feeling like they shoot me straight and always give a fair price. I've been going here for years!!! Their plants are amazing as well....I wanted to buy them all!

I woke up on a Sunday morning and saw flat tire on my rental car. I already knew something wasn t right the night before (but we were in a wedding, and I can t just derail any plans because of this unexpected situation). I looked for open tire repair shops and found Smiley Tire - seeing the amazing reviews on Google. My wife and I were fortunately just less than 10 minutes away, and use the tire mobility kit that came with my rental to temporarily inflate the tire. Richard was courteous and straight to the point. Within 20 minutes, my flat tire was fixed - and my wife an I are on our way to the next leg of our multi-day Texas vacation (San Antonio then Austin). Thank you Richard. This is a little gem for travelers who have tire issues when in the Luling.

I had a flat i needed changed and called them at 430 after my donut had been put on. I couldn't get through and they called me back and told me they'd take me at 5 as soon as I got there and they did. Got me a new tire, gave my dog and I water and we were out 30 mins later. They were professional and curious as well as super affordable... use them if you need too in luling they are the best!

We were traveling to San Antonio for vacation! One of our tires were sounding a little bit funny! A local oil shop told us to go to Smiley s tire shop! We ended putting on all new tires instead of one because the price and service was so good!!! Thank you guys for being reputable and honest!!! We appreciate you!!! TJ

We had a tire blow out on our RV after hours on a Saturday night in a sparsely serviced area. After a local cell phone internet search we were put in touch with Smiley s. Richard returned our call and responded earlier than stated. He provided us with skillful, knowledgeable and experienced service that exceeded our expectations for roadside service which allowed us to complete our over 1200 mile journey safely. Grateful for this service!

We were passing through town when we had a tire de-tread. After numerous tire shops we arrived at Smileys. The gentlemen were extremely polite and helpful. They provided our dogs with water while being extremely quick at removing and mounting 2 tires on our RV. I would highly recommend them. This is how a business is supposed to be operated.

We got a flat on our way to Houston just past bucees on i10. We called our road side assistance they were a hour plus out and told us to find a tire shop near us. I called Richard at 6 pm on today on Valentine's day. He answered and told me he could help. He was quick to come and help. He got us back on the road in no time. Thank you sir.
