This shop is full of the warmest folks!I broke down right off the highway. Called Miller's Autoworx who could tow and potentially repair the vehicle.The office was unnecessarily incredibly apologetic for the delay in towing (there were there within 2 hours of my initial call, which is very reasonable).Miller, himself, and another gentleman came to tow us, and had a calm demeanor which was needed during this time for me!Huge bonus! Their cab was large enough for us to get a ride with them to the shop!When we arrived they gave us pointers to nearby restaurants while we waited for the diagnosis. Within a short period of time the diagnosis was ready and Miller was understanding of me wishing to consult with my usual auto shop guy over an hour away.My engine had a catastrophic event do to a known issue by the maker and Miller was not only incredibly patient while I attempted to get the company to repair the known issue, he also searched for a replacement engine for me.He found an engine and gave me an incredible price given what I was expecting. The vehicle is still in their shop several weeks later, however, this is due to my desire to be thorough with all my options.I will update this review once work is completed.

By far the BEST experience with any car problem I've ever had when using Miller's. Broke down outside Luling on my way to San Antonio. Looked up places near me to tow to and they had the best reviews. I called and got to speak with the 2 sweetest ladies (Sonya and Cheryl). They made me so comfortable and assured me that Miller's could help me out. Miller called once the problem was figured out and he was just as sweet. I'm so happy I took the time to LOOK for a place and now I have to justify driving 2.5 hours to get to my favorite mechanic from here on out. Thank you all for making me feel so at ease and making it possible for me to get it back to Houston. Please say hi to Rocky for us!!!

I was driving from Houston to San Antonio last summer (2023) and my car broke down. I managed to find Miller s Autoworx to diagnose that the problem with my 2011 Honda Odyssey was a bad alternator. They were able to replace it and get me back on the road as soon as they could. The service was great! But the real test that this place is legit was the fact that they honored their warranty on their parts and labor. My alternator failed again while driving from Dallas to San Antonio (Jan.11,2024) and I managed to get it to another mechanic in Georgetown,TX. Miller s Autoworx still had the parts and labor under warranty so I called them and they sent a replacement alternator to Georgetown and covered the labor! The 2 garages worked out the details and I am truly greatful for the extra effort Miller s put into repairing my van even when it wasn t at their shop. They truly do stand behind their work. Feel confident in having work done with Miller s Autoworx! Good people, good work!

I was traveling and had some trouble with my truck. I stopped by without an appointment. They took great care of me and are very kind and nice people. Very welcoming if you need your care service give them a try. Thank for getting back on the road safely.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Have brought many vehicles here and always had nothing but the best experience with my vehicle, turn around time and the staff!! This past time, I needed body work done and they referred me to a collision place and they did a wonderful job!!

Great experience, prompt service, honest price, and courteous folks. The starter on my pickup went out as I was going through Luling on I-10. Miller had someone get my truck within half an hour and had me back in motion quickly. I recommend them (bonus: they are real close to great bbq).

I was on I-10 near Luling when I experienced engine problems. I googled mechanics near me and found Miller s . They quickly diagnosed and repaired my problem and got me back on the road. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful and the charge was very reasonable. Thank you all for your help!!

We were traveling and our vehicle's charging system went out. Miller and his team were able to pick us up and take care of the issue quickly. Would definitely return for more work if in the area.

I was traveling to San Antonio on business and had an issue with my undercarriage cover and I was fortunate to find Miller's and not only were they professional, they understood my timeline to make a meeting and a technician was able to resolve the problem quickly. They were busy and could have had me wait and frankly charge much more! I cannot say enough about their professionalism!

I was heading down to Corpus from Dallas last week when my A/C decided to give up. I was five minutes away from Miller's Autoworx, so I thought I'd try them. I figured my chances were slim to be able be seen, let alone get fixed. I called, they said, "C'mon in!" It turned out that it was just too hot (105 degrees) and once the car got cooled off, the A/C was fine. They did charge up my freon, and sent me on my way. They were quick, they helped, and best of all, they didn't charge me! I did tip the mechanic for his time. Thank you for helping me out in a pinch!

I had Miller's Autoworx replace the window actuator on my daughter's car. Unfortunately the tech had a mishap and the window glass broke. Mr. Miller was quick to take responsibility and ordered a new window for the car. After the parts came in, they completely at the quoted rate from the beginning. Accidents happen, and it is nice to see someone who doesn't try to stick the customer with the bill. Great work and the window works perfectly. We will be back.

We were travelling to Houston and lost the brakes on my 2016 F-150 just outside of Luling on I-10. Miller personally towed us back to his shop and we talked about what might have been the problem. Upon further inspection his technician Matt diagnosed a ruptured brake hose as the issue and the cost was going to be less than first expected. Miller could have gouged us knowing we were from out of town and in a bind, but that wasn't the case at all. He provided great service at a fair price. He'd be my mechanic if I lived in Luling.

I had Mr.Miller come out to my Hotel to pick up my vehicle only to find out that my engine was done. He was gracious enough to forgo the show up fee after a long night and I am extremely grateful. For anyone around the Luling area, I will highly recommend Miller's Autoworx for your mechanical needs.

My car ended up disabled on the side of the road due to a transmission issue.I called these guys last minute about hopefully getting it repaired same day.The entire crew was helpful and as friendly as could be. They had the issue fixed within a couple hours and the price was fair. I went in thinking my car was gonna be in the shop for days but they had no problem diagnosing and solving the issue. I went into the shop assuming the worst but these guys made the process as easy as can be.I don t need mechanics in Luling very often, but every time I do I will definitely be coming back here.Service: Transmission repair

The guys (and girls!) at Miller s Autoworx are the best! They diagnosed a blown fuse for me in no time at all! Very kind a helpful, full of good ole southern hospitality! The front office is super cute too, you can really tell someone put a lot of time and care into it. I was just passing through when I needed help but if I m in the area again, this is the THE spot for your car troubles!

My husband's radiator sprung a leak 13 miles east of Luling. Mr. Miller picked him up with his tow truck, during his lunch hour, and replaced the radiator 2 days later. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this shop.

I was on my way from Louisiana to a job site in Arizona when my transmission decided it was time to give up. I was able to coax it to Miller's and was greeted with friendly people who got right to work on the diagnosis. I had to have someone come from Baton Rouge with another truck so we could continue with the job. These people went out of their way to help me out of a jam. I picked up my truck Saturday morning on my way back through with a new transmission and got back to Baton Rouge with no issues at all. Truck behaved flawlessly. Highly recommend Miller's!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Miller and his team at Miller's Autoworx. I received a first class brake job, new pads and rotors all the way around. Miller is honest. He said that he would check the back rotors, and if they only needed machining he would do that to save me money. In addition, I had a frozen brake caliper. He could have simply charged me for a new one, but instead he restored the failing caliper and didn't charge extra! The the top quality workmanship, excellent customer service, communication and attention to detail is what get's my loyalty when working with an auto pro mechanic. Because we had just moved to Luling, we didn't know anyone. We do now. We will be returning to Miller's Autoworx for sure!

A BIG THANK YOU to Miller & Sylvia at Miller s Autoworx!!!! We were on the way from Bridge City, Tx to San Antonio for a 4A State Band Competition. We were traveling with other Bridge City Band Boosters. We were pulling one of the three band trailers. Our car overheated just before the Luling exit. We had an engine cooling issue causing our Expedition to overheat. We then made it too Love s truck stop wear we were desperately trying to figure out what to do with our car and band trailer. We had some band boosters come back to us and one of the trucks took the band trailer and another vehicle took my two parents and son and another vehicle stayed with us. We did a google search and found that Miller s Autoworx was 3 miles down the road. We called and they were very accommodating and very willing to help us out. We left the car at Miller s and they had to order the parts. We went to the State Band Competition and picked the car up on the way home. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone with car issues. AWESOME service, reasonable price and thoughtful caring people.Service: Auto water leak repair

We had a breakdown on I-10 and this shop was very helpful in getting our problem diagnosed and us on our way home. They got to our car right away, and were quick to get us our error codes. We were very pleased with their service.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Miller's Autoworx located in Luling, Texas. I was on my way from Houston to San Antonio and my "check battery" light came on. I immediately pulled off to an Exxon Station located in Waelder, Texas where I got a tow to Miller's Autoworx. They took my car (Toyota Corolla) in within minutes of arriving. Within a 1/2 hour they found that I needed a new ignition coil. It was fixed within an hour. Service was prompt and was reasonably priced. All the employees were very friendly. If I ever break down again, I will definitely insist on going to Miller's Autoworx.Service: Electrical repair

I was stranded and had my vehicle towed here. I had to leave it because we were headed on vacation. They called me and described all of the issues with the car and gave me a firm price. I was able to pick it up on my return from vacation. Great service, very flexible and a great fix for my car. I would trust them again.

My car broke down in Houston and this place the closest I can get a tow to. They checked the problems and unfortunately I had a blown engine.Many other places may have charged for diagnostics and keeping the car on their lot, but they were kind enough to allow me to keep my car on their lot until I can get everything sorted out with getting a new car.

I put visits to a doctor, lawyer, and a mechanic in the same category: never for a good, fun, or pleasant reason, but always for a very necessary one. Having your vehicle break down in a small town, on a LATE Friday afternoon (like 30 minutes before closing time), is MOST unpleasant. But if it had to happen, it couldn t have happened at a better place and with the BEST auto mechanic shop, ever! These guys (Ronnie & Miller) went way above and beyond the call of duty! First they stayed open until the the tow truck got us there, past closing time. When all attempts to rent a car failed, they were ready to give us a ride to a hotel. When we were fortunate to find a ride into Houston, they stayed open until our ride arrived and we could transfer our luggage. All while recommending a great restaurant (with cold beer) and allowing us to enjoy a nice dinner while we waited. Our car was fixed first thing Saturday morning, which we couldn t pick up till Sunday. We were met at the shop on SUNDAY, where we paid a most reasonable repair cost, picked up our car, and had us on the road and home on time! We are beyond impressed by the service, and even more so, GRATEFUL for the excellent care and hospitality that was given us by Ronnie and Miller. A fine establishment that deserves more than just five stars! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS!!!

We've been searching for a good, reliable, honest auto repair shop for years. By a fluke, we ended up having to get one of our trucks towed and AAA recommended Miller's so we had it towed there. This place is wonderful. Honest mechanics, get to the job right away instead of letting the vehicle sit for 3 or 4 days before they even look at it. It was repaired for a very reasonable cost and has been running great. FINALLY found a shop we feel comfortable turning to for our vehicles!

Everyone at Miller s Autoworx is fantastic.We broke down on the way to Arizona pulling a trailer and needed to be there to meet a deadline. We found Miller s Autoworx online and was impressed with all the positive reviews. We were able to get our truck to them and within minutes Lenny had our problem diagnosed and on his way to a resolution. Unfortunately, we could not wait for the parts to arrive and the truck to be repaired, so we needed to rent a truck to continue our trip. We could not find a ride to San Antonio, where the nearest available rental was located, so the owner offered to give us a ride. What service and care for their customers!When I returned to pick up the truck, I was surprised and pleased with the bill. For all the work that was done, the bill was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend Miller s Autoworx for anyone needing vehicle repairs. They are friendly, honest, and know what they are doing.

I requested a transmission flush for my GMC CANYON. These guys were so busy it took week before I could bring the truck in for service. Miller and the crew took care of my needs and were very courteous and adhered to the face covering guidelines as specified by the state. These folks do good things to your vehicle which explains why they are very busy. I will help keep them busy as new service needs for my truck come up. Thanks Miller and company and see you again sometime.

I have come to millers' Autoworx anytime I have had trouble with my car and they are always polite as well as quick to figure out what is wrong with my car. They always offer fair and good priced services. They truly are straight shooters.
