An absolutely amazing establishment. Their inventory is squeaky clean like it rolled off a showroom floor. Beautiful motorcycles, especially Triumph models. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, you definitely want to try this establishment out before you buy one. Great experience!

One of the best decisions I've ever made, honestly. They were great working with me on finding the right bike. My family loves the Honda Moped!

Cycle Refinery sells some really cool Japanese imports and Jesse the owner is about as friendly as they come. Jesse has tons of passion for his business and will talk motorcycles with you all day. These guys are as honest as it gets and will do whatever it takes to make sure you ride away a happy customer. Thanks for the great service and salesmanship!!

This is an unexpected gem. Excellent staff. Highly knowledgeable and willing to help. Great selection of accessories. High quality used bikes. They went out of their way to help us. We were traveling through on I10 and needed a part. They had it and all the help necessary to install it. Thank you very much for your help.

A good, honest motorcycle shop. Jessie and his staff were a pleasure to do business with, straightforward with none of the usual runaround you'll get with a lot of big dealerships in the city. Highly recommend if you're looking for the best prices on a bike, especially if you're in the market for exotic JDM motorcycles that are harder to come by in the American market.

Bought a BMW R18 1st Edition back in March & just getting around to posting a review .... life got busy. Super nice place & great buying experience. Bike is awesome. Great selection of bikes & stuff you dont see every day. Enjoying the BMW and need to stop by again to see what they've done to the place.

This place is top notch. Buying a used vehicle from a dealer can be a disingenuous experience. Jesse and the others at Cycle Refinery were very cordial and more than fair. This place knows how to run a business and you can purchase with confidence.

I can tell Jesse is very passionate about his work. He has been maintaining my dirt bike since 2016. Fantastic workmanship always! Highly recommend this place! Worth driving to Luling all the way from Austin!

I bought my new (actually used, but new to me) 2021 Kawasaki Z400 - 1300 miles at this dealership. The local Kawasaki dealerships (Austin, Georgetown, Harker Heights, San Antonio) were quoting me this cycle new, but between $1800 to 2300 more (not including the TT and L). To be clear: A "$5200 new cycle" actually costs between $7300 to $8000 with TT and L, freight charges, dealer fees/setup fees!! To me, the factory warranty is nice, but certainly not worth the over $2k "out-the door-price". This is a fantastic motorcycle dealership close to Austin. Jesse and the Crew had my bike priced correctly and I bought it based on the online posings and photos prior to actually seeing the bike up close/in person. The bike was exactly as promised: Clean, serviced (new oil ,brake fluid, clean air filter, tire pressure. full tank of gas, etc), ...basically ready to roll. This is a used cycle dealership, no new bikes here, but super deals on very gently used cycles and some classics. The showroom also sells almost every conceivable product (in stock on shelves) you can think of for cycling (locks, helmets, gloves, service items, etc.) at reasonable prices. The staff actually know about the products they sell. About Me: I write a lot of reviews on Google and Amazon, and I never give 5 star ratings unless there are deserved.Pro Tip: Go visit this place and look at some cycles and/or accessories...pet Lucy, and her little companion...then...stop at Blacks or Terry Blacks for BBQ on the way home (Lockhart is the next town to the north). That way, even if you didn't spend a penny of cycle stuff, it was well worth the trip.

I purchased a 2019 Triumph Speed Twin from Cycle Refinery in August 2022. I took the bike today (08/29/2023) to Cycle Refinery for the 10k service. The service was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Jesse was upfront with information regarding the service and his honesty makes me feel the bike was well cared for. I live about 40 miles from the shop but I feel the trip was worth it. Jesse and Crystal provided great customer service. This is a thorough, honest shop. I haven t been disappointed.

I sold a bike, bought a bike, and utilized the shop. Not only did they have EVERYTHING I needed, but the entire staff was awesome. Jesse was amazing, and he is changing the way we buy bikes.I bought a Honda Fury, which is AMAZING. I didn t have to haggle on pricing because the pricing was already amazing. Thanks for taking my family in and treating us like your family. I have a lifetime home that I will be taking my bike to, and I m proud to have bought my bike from here.

Had an awesome time buying from these guys. Super easy to deal with and was not the usual sales experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fair deal on a new bike. Bonus points for their shop stocked with lots of gear!

Jesse and everyone else working here are top-notch. When Jesse figures out what's wrong with your bike, he will spare no detail explaining it and exactly what he did to correct it. The lady working the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable in the products they sell and I will be going nowhere else for gear down the line. They got my Ninja going flawlessly and there's no higher praise. 5 stars.

Good selection, fair prices. It's just too small of a place to actually try the different bikes. They have to constantly move the bikes within the building or shed. I felt bad having them move bikes out of the way for the ones I liked. I was able to sit on 2 bikes in the showroom. Nice people.

I have bought two motorcycles from Cycle Refinery now a Kawasaki Z400 and a Triumph Trident 660. Both times the buying process has been amazing and easy. The staff really wants to help you and get to know you and what you are looking for in a bike. On the Trident after getting it home I noticed the steering lock was stripped and unusable so I called them only an hour after purchasing the bike, and Jesse was so helpful. He quickly helped me by ordering the parts from triumph and replacing it for me no questions or hassle. I already was recommending this shop after purchasing the Z but now I can t say enough how amazing they are. They really want to help and work hard to make it as easy as it can on you.

Bought a Honda Rebel from Jesse today and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever been through! He's very open and honest about every step of the process and you know the price you'll pay up front without any surprises. It's great buying from someone who you feel comfortable going back to for maintenance in the future!

I searched for a long time for a shop that can get me parts at a good price. I was able to get pads for my Indian Dark Horse at the rates of some discount websites. Jesse ordered it for me and had it ready for pickup the next day. I paid 37 dollars for each set. It is 69 dollars at the Indian dealer. So I know I got a good deal. Thanks Cycle Refinery. I'll be back

This is my new moto shop!!! I was referred here by a friend. Jesse (the owner) was amazing! He tuned up my custom built 2022 Grom and spent time educating me about some things on my bike. Krystal (not sure how she spells her name) was also so pleasant. Ended up finally finding my dream jacket as well. I 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this shop. They are straight forward, honest, and kind. It's always a plus to be able to support local businesses!

Was potentially in the market for a bike and my buddy recommended I check out Cycle Refinery. I stumbled upon a beautiful Triumph so I decided I d head out to take a look (and figured I could use some Lockhart BBQ anyway), and was not disappointed and the cue was great too. The building itself, which they re adding on to, was packed with pristine used bikes. It s easy to see they really care about the product they re passing on to the customer. Jesse and Crystal were incredibly easy to work with, thoughtful, some great convo. If you re considering driving 10-20 mins into North Austin or 40 minutes to Luling, just make the drive out here. You won t regret it. And don t forget to stop at Smitty s on the way back.

Had a great experience buying a bike from here as well as selling my previous bike. Jesse and the team are thorough and I believe you can trust every motorcycle that comes out of the Cycle Refinery. I highly recommend this place, and will be back in the future.

Quotes 800, takes bike down to the bone, changes quote to 1600 (actually 1700).Honest mechanics don't do the above. Was the work done properly? Yes. For the price? No.I've worked with mechanics for a long time. The above tactic is 1 star worthy. The work itself was solid.Don't try to buy a bike here either. Owner thinks he's gods gift to green earth. If he's not there, no one can buy a bike. After updating my review the owner calls me and curses me out and says he'd like to find me and or to "come find him".I tried to deescalate multiple times but instead he threatened and screamed at me. Witnesses to the call will also gladly tell you...don't trust this place.

Good peeps, pricing and customer service! My brother recently bought a DR650 and had a great experience. We called a head of time, the owner held with no deposit, had the bike polished and paperwork ready to go. We were in and out in less than 45 mins and that's with us loading up the bike and rolling out. The owner even through in a free shirt and 25% off next order! Very passionate and professional! Support your local shops! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

There is a whole lot of cool packed into this place! If your looking for parts for your bike or something unique to ride this is your place to check out. The owner has a ton of experience in working on things that go, from aircraft to classic European motorcycles. He believes in doing it right and keeping his customers safe and happy. Stop in and support this local shop, I think you'll be glad you did.

I worked with Jessie on some mods for my bike. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and takes the time to walk you through why he makes certain recommendations. This was comforting as I am a novice when it comes to bike mechanics. The first shop I went to was awful, and Cycle Refinery completely restored my faith in honest working shops! It did take a bit of time to get everything completed, but I certainly didn't mind the extra time to ensure everything was done correctly. Updates were frequent and after all is finished, my bike looks great and would highly recommend this shop! I will definitely return for future work and mods. Also, extra kudos to the cutest shop dog.

I took my motorcycle to Cycle Refinery after terrible experience with another motorcycle shop I explained my situation and was nervous tobe honest after the experience I had previously after few days Jesse called me up talk things and I felt very comfortable and confident after he talked threw the steps, price and felt like we were on the same page. Got my motorcycle repaired and I was amazed on how great a job they did and communicated with me flawlessly. Definitely recommend taking your motorcycle to Cycle Refinery.

I picked these guys simply because they were right around the corner from my house. I got a 2013 triumph that I was having some trouble with, so I slid over and gave them a talk. They told me that they had experience in these motorcycles and could help me out pretty quick! So after I finally got the bike over to him I had missed my pre-scheduled appointment. No worries, they still took the bike off the truck and slid it into the garage. I wasn't expecting much, since I was the one who missed my appointment. but the next day about 5 in the evening I got a phone call telling me that my motorcycle was finished! and Jesse said that he figured he'd give me a call in case I wanted to go for a ride on Sunday, which was a great idea! I have to tell you, I figured my bill was going to be at least a hundred hundred and $50 more than it was, the bike ran better than it ever has, and he gave me some good tips since this is my first triumph ( okay, I did run a '68 Bonnie back in the day) I've been a Harley guy for about 40 years, and I got a big toolbox, but I'm also smart enough to know when I'm out of my league and over my head, and take the work to someone who is familiar with it!. Their staff was wonderful, the facility is clean and offers a wide variety of nice accessories and has a good inventory of used motorcycles on the floor. I can't say enough good about these folks, wish I wasn't moving to southern Utah! Oh yeah

UPDATE : This place is still the best in town for both motorcycle repair and sweet shop dogs.Original (8/2021): I really lucked out that this is the closest bike shop and mechanic close to my house. They're always super generous with their bike knowledge and do great work. I can't recommend this place enough.
