Went there the other day ..Told them that my catalytic converter on driver side was bad..So guy had me put it on lift to check it out he stated it was a loose 02 sensor...Kept telling him no it's a bad cat l already checked it.and which one it was... So I said ok got not even a block down the road started all over again..So when to another muffler shop ..They stated it was actually what l said.. Bad Catalytic...I can definitely say I miss Wayne been knowing him since I was 18 and I'm now 44..He goes above and beyond trying to figure it out and have u leaving happy..This new group definitely don't know what to say..

Brought my vehicle in for an inspection and they did it on the house! Took less than 5 minutes as well. Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this car repair shop. I brought my car in twice, and both times, they failed to fix the issue. The new owner's behavior was incredibly rude and offensive, making racist remarks. On my last visit, they had my car for one day and didn't perform any actual repairs; all they did was clear the engine codes with a code reader. When I tried to negotiate a lower price as they did nothing, they threatened to sell my car if I didn't pay unjustifiable charges. This is unquestionably the worst car shop in town.Avoid at all costs.

These guys are awesome! They have done work on the work truck and u have brought my car in a few times since. Quality work, even worked on my buddy's truck when we pulled up to pick my car up. Started overheating and fixed it asap for him. They have a nice shop and some awesome lifts! Working from out of town. Wish I had a good home shop like this!

This is the only place in town that tackled the exhaust manifold leak on my dodge truck. I usually do my own mechanic work and I knew that this work is for the professionals. Wayne encountered some difficult issues with the truck and the job was a real challenge. The truck is fixed and runs like a new truck, in fact the truck runs better than when I purchased it used. I would highly recommend this shop before any other, very honest and reasonably priced.

The owners a good guy, good character man. Same as the other employees I met, there real people who are not going to fool your for a exsra buck. There was a delay on the new radator part but thats not there falt. Also im ignorant about engines, and they informed me about how to property take care of my vehicle, im young and un educated on the matters so they could have easly told me something else was falsly wrong and make an extra buck. Over all id recommend them over any other adomotive business around.

Very friendly. Went in for an aftermarket muffler to make my V8 sound like a V8 .Older gentleman gave me lots of options, asked what I was looking for in terms of sound, after a short but friendly consultation i went for the Magnaflow. The same gebtlmgen even doessh me what he would be installing without my asking to make sure I know it was genuine. Very pleased, quick, professional, and affordable! Will be back for my automotive needs!

Our vehicle went in to replace the cv axle. Was in the shop for over a week. They kept receiving the wrong parts. When we got the vehicle back we had a new issue. Leaking transmission fluid. Most double charging coating place in lufkin services are trash overcharge to try and make up for lost wages only to find out the lost wages is in the quality and customer service thinking everybody wants something for free but don t work diligently to achieve a proper business pay never again that s why other cities are get more business than clowns in lufkin,txService: Exhaust

Took my car to get fixed and it came out with more problems than before it was put in the shop. While I was explaining on the phone to someone bout the problem , I heard a mechanic cuss under his breath as he was walking away!
