NO STARS in my rating. Bad company. Here is why. August of 2015 I took an ATV in for repair. It was one I had bought there 20 years ago. It was leaking oil around the head gasket and had a problem going into reverse due to a bad cable that engages reverse on the ATV. They asked if I wanted an oil change for about $100. It needed a couple of other minor repairs, such as a bolt on the foot peg. A Month later, they called to say it was ready. But when I arrived, they could not fix the 2 things on it which is the reason it came in for repair. Stated they can't get parts for the head gasket or the reverse cable. I told the manager behind the service desk and the service manager that "they should not have done all this ancillary work since they could not fix the serious problems. There is no point in changing the oil when it leaks out of the head gasket. The ATV won't last long." Their response; I don't know how long that machine will last. So, I'll never use this business again. I"m in the market for another ATV but be certain, it will NOT be one from Ross Motor Sports or a Honda model since they are the only close repair station.
