This is purely from a sales point of view...After looking around for the past 14 days around the state I can confidently say Ross Motorsports has the highest prices in East Texas. I ended up going to Houston and finding the exact same boat (NEW) I've wanted for almost $4000 less than what they were selling. Purchased that unit and had no regrets. Its a little sad we gotta go 3 hours away to get a decent deal

My wife Sandra and I drove 8.5 hours to purchase a new 1910 G3 Sportsman, we did the deal over the phone with Nic, when we arrived we were met by him and a walk around was done, the service manger came out when over everting also met parts guy, then we met Scott the owner to do all the paper work. I ve bought 22 boats in last 11 years, this had to be by far the best buying experience we have had! It was worth the drive. Thanks for great service and deal!

Ross motorsports did not provide good service,in fact after standing around for an hour,( we had to go eat lunch) and coming back,the same behavior.Finally after asking the parts employee if he could find us a salesman one of the employees heard that and jumped into action.Having just bought a brand new polaris at east Texas powersports,we decided. To return.And without any hiccups.Bought another new kawasaki. Motorcycle.Ross had this same bike ,used and more expensive than the new one.

The staff here are very helpful. They'll help you find exactly what you're looking for whether it be a helmet, scooter, motorcycle, dirt bike, kickstand or pretty much anything you may need. They don't mind spending time helping you find answers to any questions you may have and their service department is right next door. My chain was loose on my bike and they just pulled it in the shop and fixed it right then with no problem. Those guys are awesome!

Overall the service work performed on my motorcycle was very good. Unfortunately the time it took to actually get to the service was disappointing. We made an appointment to drop off the bike a week prior. When we dropped off the bike we were told they would try and look at it that day or the next morning. Well, we got caught in the middle of a tire promotion they were running which they did not mention when we dropped the bike off. It took almost 5 days to actually have a tech look at the bike and then another week plus, waiting for parts and actually having the work getting done. Had I known about the promotion I would have either delayed the drop off or found another dealer to perform the work.Again although the work performed was good and I am happy with the service work, communication should have been better.

Customer service wasn't very good.The boat is nice that we bought. But they need to work on telling the truth when they are making a sale .They said the boat had a fire extinguisher.. it didnt.....They made it sound like when the boat was getting a compression check after 30 hours as part of the service that comes with the purchase. We make the appointment drive over an hour to get there and they said it was $$$.�� to get it done. It would had been awesome if we knew that before hand.

I am several problems with accessing parts for my E bike. Folks in the parts department work with me over alarm for your time to get the right parts in my hand. I am extremely professional and knowledgeable. I recommend the folks there behind the counter and in the back to get great service and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone in there already products accessories to give John the best service possible. I m extremely grateful. Ciao. Douglas Texas

I drove over 3 hours to buy a new G3 from these guys. Jeremy, Mike, Benton, and the rest of the crew went out of their way to take care of me. I can't say enough about this dealership. Top notch service, and some of the best guys you could ever want to deal with. If you need a new boat, make the drive to Lufkin and give these guys a shot. SUPER IMPRESSED....

Highly recommend Ross Motorsports. Jeremy, Hank, and Mike went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience from start to finish on our new boat. Being out of state Jeremy did a video walk thru of the boat for us. Hank took us out on the lake to make sure we knew how to operate each feature. I was looking for a Honda Pioneer 700-4 and contacted Ross Motorsports to inquire about price and availability. I spoke with Zach who gave me a price and estimated delivery time. I had already contacted numerous dealers in the North Texas, South Oklahoma and Louisiana area, just trying to find one in stock. Zach gave me the best out-the-door price by a few hundred dollars and he gave the impression that my business was important to him, unlike the majority of other Honda dealers. Unfortunately, another dealer happened to get one in stock first and knowing how hard these are to find, I bought from the other guy. I called Zach and he promptly refunded my deposit. I hope to do business with them in the future.

Just bought a new side-by-side .....Honda 700 Pioneer Base from Jeremy Christopher. I called 7 dealerships and his was the only one to reply about a hard to find side-by-side. I bought it over the phone and put down the deposit. In 1 week it was ready to go with my add ons. We negotiated a good price and he was very willing to work with me, not like my local dealer who said, to go some where else, they would not have one till Feb. and were no longer even taking deposits for then and if they had one it had to be loaded with add ons they chose....???? I had bought a Honda Rubicon from them 2 years ago, so much for dealer loyalty. Jeremy responded to my replies in minutes and was most helpful.

Tried to see if they had a part for my fourwheeler that was 9 dollars on Amazon. So knowing they might make price higher to make money was what I expected. They said the part was 130 dollars. Total lie.

Had an excellent experience there buying a Honda pioneer 700-4 with Jon Marc Whittington! They made the process really easy. We got everything we wanted for the price we wanted. I highly recommend going there if you want to do business with good honest people!

Bought a motorcycle here for my wife. Every time she goes up there or calls about getting maintenance done they treat hear as if she is an inconvenience and not worth their time.Won't be buying my next bike from here. It's not hard to do your job and service a bike you sold me.Update to response: would give 0 stars if possible. Trash company and won't be back ever.

Helpful and amazing staff! This place is great! I bought my motorcycle here and I love it! It wasn't a spur of the moment purchase, either. I spent the better part of a year researching making sure that's what I wanted, and they were very very helpful in the process, even helping me research other bikes that they don't carry.

Had my boat in for service and repairs several times now and they ve been extremely fast and great customer service as well. Service department is top notch. Easy 5 stars. Definitely recommend them.

Drove 7 hour round trip to look at a 2018 Harley Road Glide that I was told only had two tiny chips on the tank. Said they looked the whole bike over and there was nothing else. When I got there there were many more places on the bike- peeling chrome, cut in the seat, scuffs across the back of the trunk, cuts in the dash. Said he couldn t see those from his desk . Come on?! I had a blow out on the way home, so costly trip that could have been prevented with a little honesty from Jeremy. Wouldn t buy here.Guess I was right regarding their character. Here s what the dealership texted me after he saw the review.

An honest review on my experience buying a used bike from these guys. I bought a used bike as is with no warranty from these guys and the thing was nice. I drove an hour and a half to pick it up-told them that I had just been in an accident a few weeks befors where someone pulled an unsafe u turn in front of me and lost my other bike. I missed riding and was looking forward to doing business with them. I rode the new bike home and to work for a few days with no problems. Took it to New Braunfels and got stuck in traffic and the temp light came on. Had to get it off the highway and let it cool down. As long as it was moving it was fine. Rode it back home and no problems until I hit traffic. I killed it until traffic started moving. Got it to a mechanic and he replaced some of the Rings and the thermostat, problem persisted. He pulled an oil sample and there was metal in the oil and informed me I'd need a new motor. I payed top dollar for what I got and I went to this dealership because it had great reviews for the most part. I wanted a dealer bike so I wouldn't get screwed over. I payed $3200 for a bike I literally only rode for a week and it makes me sick. They get 2 stars because I should've said I didn't want it after they said no to a test drive and I noticed it had too much oil in it to begin with. I let my buying emotions get the best of me because it was exactly what I wanted, however they could have told me it needed a new motor I feel they were dishonest and deceiving. I asked them if there was anything they could do to help and just got a little lip service to pacify me but no help. I understand it was as is but they could have done something. They lost a potential return customer because I am about to finance a new bike. I don't trust buying used anymore. I'm sure if you buy new from these guys, everything is fine. Would be from anywhere else also. They made their money so I hope they are happy. I will say I think their salesman Rolando is a decent person.

My wife and I stopped by to look at the Honda side by side. But we were never greeted, poor customer service. After literally looking at everything with no assistance we just left. Terrible experience I will not be going back. We have always purchased from bigger dealerships I now remember why.I hope this helps someone

We have a brand new Yamaha 4 wheeler that isn't working, and because the 6 month warranty went out less than 3 weeks ago, Ross initially wouldn't help us. However, they were kind enough to change their tune! Now we have a fully functional 4 wheeler and will be using Ross in the future! Thank you, Ross!

Not had a single problem with their service until this past week. Brought my bike in for new tires, called a few days later and was told my bearing was bad and they already ordered a new bearing.. . Didn't call me for consent. Called me a week later and told me they replaced both.. . Again without my consent. Wouldn't have had a problem if they asked me and explained what was going on but the service dept manager insisted he tried to call me to get consent. Still. No consent. The whole time talked to me like I was a child sayingsay was looking out for my safety completely dodging the issue. And over and over I tried to explain to him he cannot be replacing parts or making major decisions without getting my consent first. I'm lucky he didn't say my rim was bad and charge me for that too. I wasnt looking for free bearing. I said I'd pay for them and I will but after disrespect and shady service I decided for here on out to take my business elsewhere.

This place has some major issues. Let's ignore the massive upcharge for just a moment. For the first oil change on my new bike, the portly fellow working at the counter sold me twice the amount of oil I needed, and sold me the wrong filter. Fortunately I made sure to look up the filter to verify that it was the right part. As for the oil, he insisted that it took 3 quarts. I ride a 2017 Honda Rebel 300. It takes exactly 1.6 as per the owner's manual. This guy was likely looking at the 500 model. There is no way a 286cc engine could take that much oil. This ended up delaying my first oil change.As for the upcharge, you're going to be charged 4x for tires compared to what you would get online. Assuming they sell you the correct item. Buy your own tire and they charge one hundred dollars to install it, so you're screwed either way.The icing on the cake here is that after I had the tire replaced I tested the pressure. They massively underinflated it to only half pressure.

The sales guys are awesome here!! Me and my husband were greeted almost instantly when walking up to the building. Very helpful and not pushy at all.
