These guys are experienced and friendly. The price was good and the service fast.I got oil changed, 2 new tires and new brake pads for one low price. Would definitely recommend Pro Bros!!

Needed a new tire and a rim for another spare.. They did not have a rim for my car. I bought a new tire, and it was a fair price, the guys were very nice and friendly, and very fast to mount my new tire. The only problem was they did not take credit cards, nor checks, so I had to pay cash, every cent I had on me. Later on I called back and asked about a warranty on the new tire. They do not give any kind of warranty or road hazard warranty, and will not repair for free. They should have told me before they mounted the tire that they did not give warranties on the new tires, or I would not have purchased it. And also, they charged no tax on the tire, just the flat rate for the tire. That seemed strange to me. Not sure if this was a bargain or not.

I dont live in Lufkin anymore came down to do an event and my brakes started grinding. Googled brake shops and this place came up I called and the guy told me to come on he could fix my brakes. I got to the place he replaced my brakes in about 30 minutes. Cheap labor.. thank you pro bro's. Very friendly service on top of that.

Stopped by another place in town that was closer and they said they didn t have the correct part . All I had was a nail in the tire pretty sure there were other reasons why they didn t want go help me. I went to Pro Bros and they were quick and professional. Plugged it and got me safely back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I ll never go anywhere else when I m in Lufkin/Diboll.

Great customer service !! 1st shop I ve been to where I was actually educated about the services being done. I had them change my rear brake drums/brake shoes & also changed my mass air flow sensor I would recommend anyone to go here Thank you again

Been doing business here for about 3 or 4 years. They always make sure I get good used tires with excellent tread that are always below the price of other used tire companies. I will keep going back to Pro Bros for as long as he stays open.
