These guys are amazing! They are so nice and got me the best deal on all the work I needed done on my truck. Chris and the other guy in the front( I can't remember his name) were so nice to me and my kids. I will definitely be back!

During tire replacement, they damaged 2 of my wheels. And they also managed to trash my interior. I have a white/baige color interior and they are now stained with grease, or some kind of dirt.If you take detail seriously do not go to this shop

Good service here. Jesse, the guy at the front desk, works very hard. He dad a great attitude while I watched him single-handedly take 7 or 8 phone calls, assist 4 different customers and address the fire alarm going off... all while doing it with a smile. He deserves a raise.

I met Jessie the new assistant store manager buying flowers for his wife just because. I asked about tires and even on his day off he gave me a lot of attention and asked questions about what type of tire I needed for my flatbed trailer. I said I'd stop by and did. He greeted me by name and looked for the best tire. He didn't offer the most expensive tire because it would have been the wrong tire but the right tire for what I needed it for. Mavis tire is lucky to have Jessie on their team

Chris did an excellent job of helping me with service. My brake job was done quickly and efficiently. The two oil changes and filter change was also handled the with greatest of satisfaction. Thank you very much Chris.

We come to Lufkin maybe once a month, but today we really needed to find a new set of tires & Chris really helped my husband and I out a lot. We really do appreciate him giving us a huge military discount due to my husband being in the service thank you for looking out for your service members. We ll definitely be coming back.

Gave me a price of $755.00 for 4 tires with Alignment..guy had to get code (203) from the other guy and I watched him put it on the invoice...After an hour they called and claimed tire was out of stock and I had to upgrade for $20.00 per tire.. I said fine... When I went to pick it up it was $915.00.. They claimed it did not include alignment and the guy did not put down tpms relearn. They also said guy was new..I was there 6 months ago for shocks and that guy was there so he is not new...Again I physicaly saw the 1st invoice on the screen with the alignment (code 203) was on and road hazard off...Nice... (you screwed me) I will go elsewhere next time...Also known as John HarrisI contacted Consumer Solutions and they are suppose to email me a voucher... When I receive any thing related to this I will update again... As of now I have received nothing but an assurance that it is in the system and give email at store for voucher...?? We will see.. over the next 12 months...Received voucher today 3/25/24...

I brought my conversion van and the manager , Steve and associate, Christopher, was kind enough to have them immediately do a free estimate. Steve was so professional, competitive and knowledgeable. His experience and staff are the best in town and they did a phenomenal job! I was highly recommended to go to them because of their great reputation plus exceptional workmanship. Ms.Toni was amazing, she came to me and explained everything going on with my vehicle and all my options. Austin did an excellent job changing my tires and brakes and did so in a timely manner. The atmosphere inside was nice and then I was able to walk right next door and get a drink and sit in the little gazebo they have while I waited.

Steve was very helpful, kind, and explained to me everything that the Shop found out about my vehicle... bad shocks, brake pads, and calipers and rotors needed replacing. Then gave me a quote on how much the parts would cost and didn't try to oversell anything. Definitely worth a visit.

What a great experience I had. Everyone was helpful, explained what my truck needed and assured me they were here to help. I believe they kept their word and provided.I had alot of work done at a fraction of the price another spot charged my wife for similar work, just 1 month ago.My truck was fixed in the quoted time at a fair rate. This will be my go to shop in Lufkin

All around the service was great and the staff were all friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner. What upset me is I was quoted a quote and was charged $10 extra dollars on each tire. Higher than the original price I was quoted.I give them 5 stars because they were very friendly and got me in and out. I just got the tires so I haven t really gotten the chance to look them over to make sure everything looks good.

I was really scared to come here due to all the bad reviews. This was my tire shop when it was Gateway. I can tell you that their service was nice and done in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly... I will most definitely be back.
