After taking my car to the Ford dealerships in Huntsville and Livingston, I would never take my vehicle to any other dealership but Lufkin Ford for repair or warranty work. These people went above and beyond the rest. Not only did they do the warranty work that Fick in Huntsville refused to do, the young woman behind the counter sent me a text message in the waiting room asking if I needed anything. Then when my car was done, in an extremely timely manner, she went out to the car with me and helped me to get my new phone paired and GPS set up. Service like this is hard to find these days.
