Stopped by for an oil change . I was greeted immediately. They wrote up my service and offered options to take me back to work or wait . Every step of the way the loving group was friendly and professional. First time I ever had an oil change and felt like family !

Took my vehicle in to have an issue with one of my doors taken care of. The service we received from the service department was excellent!!! They fixed our issue and the door works great now!!!

On our way to Houston we had a flat tire while pulling our camper. We called Loving Toyota and spoke with Mitch. He saved the day by squeezing us into their packed schedule. Toyota does a great job with customer service both over the phone and in person. They are quick to get you in for an appointment and quick to service your vehicle. I look forward to driving a Toyota from here on out.

They are extremely busy at all times of the day. The staff are super kind and helpful. The are very dedicated to getting your service right. Wait times are long.

The oil change deal would be worth it if it didn't take so long. Time is money. Excel and grease monkey gets you in and out in 20 minutes,not a hour or two
