I took my car in for some body work, and a full paint job. Once I went to pick it up they hadn't installed the fender properly, so I had to leave it to get that fixed. Once I got home my husband noticed that the car had some paint on the interior, paint on the weatherstripping, a bit white primer on the inside of the doors, and a piece of plastic sticking out by the bottom of the fender. I'm from out of town, so it got difficult for me to take the car to Lufkin again. We had already given the illusions body shop a second chance when they corrected the fender, so I feel they could have been more careful, and seen those mistakes they had made. We tried negotiating for a partial refund or for him to pay a shop in my town to get the car fixed, but he firmly refused. It's been a nightmare. I went to him because he had great reviews, and he does quotes over the phone.
