I had a great experience at this dealership. Jake Barrett my salesperson the Manager and the Finance Manager were all very friendly. I drove over 300 miles for this particular dealership because they had the exact car and in the color I wanted. ( Elantra N ) It was well worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would definitely take the drive again if needed.

Great dealership and great team here. Lora worked a deal with me over the phone. I drove 200 miles to the dealer, test drove a certified palisade, signed papers and I was gone within an hour. Very easy process and we are very happy with our purchase. After 2 years of shopping, they had the color combo and price I was looking for. Ask for Lora!

Hmm where to start, I like their sales and service people but their managers need a lot of work, I got a 2020 Kia soul from them Nov 2023 and by about half way through February the check engine light came on, took it back to them and at first they couldn't figure out what was wrong, started to leave after they told me the computer wasn't showing anything wrong and they told me to come back if the light came back on again, started heading home but not even a quarter of a mile later the light came back on and I started smelling burning oil, immediately took it back to them and told them about the new burning oil smell, they finally figured out the cam was bad, they contacted the extended warranty people to find out what they wanted to do, the warranty refused to do anything saying it was basic wear and tare, service department finally ordered a new engine for it which it took another month and a week or two, about a week and a half or two weeks before they finally got the car back to me which was about a week before they put the engine in I got a very bad feeling that if I kept that kia something bad was going to happen,so, I went back to them and told them I either wanted out of the contract or wanted another vehicle, they refused both options so Feb 22 or so I took the Kia back to them and called the bank who was financing and told them exactly what was going on and why I felt that i had no choice but to do a voluntary repo on it. That bad feeling I was talking about earlier, it felt like if I kept that kia I would have been dead or stranded somewhere within a year or so and last time I got a feeling even similar to that one was a few days before I totalled my dead brothers truck on highway 21 between Douglas and nacogdoches, how I survived that wreck no one knows because by the account of everyone who saw the wreck said I should not have by any means survived it by any stretch of the imagination, think compressed sardine can.

Just bought a used Jeep from them, and it was a wonderful experience. From the buying and financing, to trading in my old car, they were great.Malik was super patient and always happy to help! It was a pleasure working with him.Great care and customer service for my first big car purchase :)Will continue to update as time goes on and I go in for services!

Malik Carraway made this a very positive experience . I gave him the list of everything I was looking for and he had checked off the entire list. He worked and got me a great deal on my trade in too. He was never pushy and always patient. He gave me every reason to say yes to a New Hyundai and did it with a genuine smile. He was very transparent and for things I didn't understand he worked with me until it clicked. He also gave a great demonstration of my new car and went through every button and feature with me again before I took it home. I highly recommend going to see him at Hyundai Lufkin.

Had the pleasure of doing business with Randy at Hyundai of Lufkin. He was very straight forward and to the point and made purchasing my vehicle very easy. Spent less than an hour in the dealership before I drove off with my car. They were all friendly and super helpful when it came to any questions or concerns. Overall a great buyer experience.

Fast and friendly service was in and out with New car in about 45 minutes. Three years of bumper to bumper coverage and servicing. I would recommend this place to everyone that is in the market for a vehicle.

I recently purchased my first brand new car over this weekend at Hyundai of Lufkin. Malik carraway was my salesman and he was perfect from the instant we stepped onto the lot. He helped me find the right car for me very quickly and also got me in and out in a swift timely manner. Visiting this dealership really made me happy and gave me a good peace of mind, they were upfront and not just trying to get over on me. I will always remember this great experience and may return in the future.

We had James as a salesman. He was awesome, very personable, and knew his stuff. I d definitely recommend using James! Great guy, great attitude, and not pushy at all. He ultimately looks for the best fit for you. 10/10.However, Marco was our finance guy, and he was rather unprofessional. I had challenged the numbers generated by his finance calculator, but he refused to look at my math to see why I was generating a different number. When I asked him about the formula used in his system, he pretty much responded with I don t know how my system works but I know that you re wrong . I m a firm believer that someone should know the system they use, and be willing to give the customer a reasonable explanation to why the numbers didn t match. I would have been happy if he found an error in my math, however he completely refused to even look at it.Ultimately, I would have bought the car at the higher price point, but I was put off by the finance manager s approach, and walked out to begin my car search elsewhere.

Everyone that works there is amazing i got my first oil change and it was Junior that was so helpful and then to top it off i was gonna run it through a car wash but guess what they did it for me how sweet is that thanks for the awesome service

Chad Olinger and Lauren Bass. Those two individuals are why I will 100% recommend my friends, family, and colleagues to Hyundai of Lufkin. I had many questions and comments over the phone and in person and they both were very eager and willing to help me each step of the way. I scheduled my appointment and drove 3 hours to have my car serviced by the same people that sold me the car. They are so friendly, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable of Hyundai. I am so thankful and blessed to do business with such an amazing establishment and phenomenal staff. As I will be returning in the future, I will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle and/or auto service to Hyundai of Lufkin.

Fast oil change and professional.Only complaint is when i received my vehicle back I noticed that my license plate is severly curved from the hot auto wash. It is so curved to the point it looks like it has been twisted by force. I planned to hang it on my wall once i got my texan plate :(

No one informed me of extended warranty on my Hyundai motor, now I have to pay Car-Mart of Palestine to put a used motor in 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I still have 22 mths on financing of car! it'll be 13-14 yrs old before I own it now! last Hyundai I'll ever buy! paid $50 to get this from a local mechanic. Correction I'll be getting a motor with low miles, 3 year warranty & a real mechanic to put it in! Car-Mart isn't getting anymore than I have to pay them! Trying to charge twice as much for same work! and there is a lawsuit against Hyundai over this motor!

This place is so rude. It is not even funny. Whenever I asked a question about a car, this guy james keep saying ok ok ok. His tone was unbelivable. Whoever the owner is. If they have people like him james. They are going to lose more customers. I GARANTEE. I am looking for a delaershop buying a car right away. IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR Customers?Do not ever go there. I never experienced this kind of rudeness any other dealership. Go to Longview location instead. They are very kind and helpful in Longview Location

Chad in parts department is great....needed a part..called and he got me fixed up really quick...friendly and professional..Also Lora in sales is fantastic..very nice and professional also...no high pressure...I highly recommend this business for new or used cars or parts

The staff was professional, my service appointment was completed in a timely manner. Junior kept me posted on the service needs of my vehicle. I was very pleased and will definitely return.

I had a horrible experience at the Hyundai of Lufkin. While repairing a different part on my vehicle, they wound up cracking my windshield in the process. On top of that, I found a Hyundai brand paint pen that matched my car s color in the back seat. I called them to ask where they scratched my car and they acted as though one of their pens made it s way into my car without them knowing. The service lacks integrity, honesty, and accountability for their obvious negligence.

Walked in with the vaguest idea of what I was looking for, walked out with a great new car! Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. With his help, I ended up with a great new Ioniq. I loved my car buying experience here and would 100% recommend them to anyone else.

This location has some of the friendliest and most honest salespeople I've interacted with; the service is prompt, especially in the Parts and Service section of the dealership. When I bought my first car, they were truly helpful and explained every step of the process. I'll definitely continue to support Hyundai of Lufkin.
