Took a long time to put 2 tires on and alignment done. Also there was a lady ahead of me apparently Firestone used the wrong bolts on her vehicle and she was waiting around 5 hours to have it fixed. Clean parking lot. Waiting area needs to be cleaned. One of the bathrooms is out of order. The other can use a good cleaning. Counter lady is nice but talks with mouth full of food. Mechanics move slowly in the bay areas. They did have my tires in stock while other shops did not. Vending machine is stocked and available. The toilet in the accessible one just runs and runs. I've been here about 4 hours so far.

If I could give negative stars I would dropped my truck off for alignment and tire rotation just for them too call 3 hours later and say they couldn t do any of it and said I needed to drive back to Conroe to get them to do since they did it first so this place is trash

They have treated us well. Friendly staff. Walk ins welcome but they are usually booked up. Be prepared to wait

Made an appointment over a week ahead to balance and rotate tired arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early to be told they was too busy. Left my keys so that could get it done, 2 hours after dropping it off they having even started. Definitely not recommended, will take my business to discount tire going forward.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great service! Did my oil change there. Called the day before to book an appointment and they were able to find me a spot thankfully. It took about 1hour and I was good to go. Price was $69.19 for my car.

Shea was so awesome from the moment we walked in! This was our first time using Firestone to purchase new tires for our truck and Shea made the process so easy. Shea was very patient, answered all of our questions, and provided all of the information we needed. Shea also helped us upgrade to a set of four better quality tires to best suit our driving needs. I am so impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and quick service. Thanks, Shea!

This place has great service! I'm from out of town and needed my tires balanced and rotated. They were booked. The lady Laurie and CJ went out of the roe way to make sure they could get it done for me. This is what you call service. They completed the job in 30min. Grateful to both of them. Will be back if I need anything again because of their willingness to get the job done! Thank you both! Have. A blessed day.

Not enough employees working. Got a wait to get help and to get vehicle worked on. Last time I went they were scheduling behind like a month. 1 mechanic. And 1 working the front & she definitely needed help.

My son took our vehicle there to have the aligment checked, we bought the lifetime aligment several years back in a different state. He showed up for the appointment and was told to return in an hour because they couldn't do it at the moment. He made the appointment 5 days before. They called him stating the vehicle needed almost $1000 of preventative maintenance before anything else could be done. Not happy with this location and do not recommend it.

Do not go here! Took 8 months to fix a water pump. Mainly because they kept pushing my truck off to the side and didn't want to help me. First brought my truck in OCTOBER 2020 to replace water pump. Brought it back the next week because still overheating and they kept saying it's not the water pump. Finally took it to dealership and sure enough, it was the water pump. Finally returned May 4 2021to claim warranty on water pump. Amie promised she would order the part and get me fixed up. Never heard anything back after 3 weeks so I finally went back up there. The part was never ordered,Amie is on vacation, and CJ locked all the keys in the safe and cant do anything. Finally begged and pleaded with Ms. Laurie to help me out. She is new and didnt know a lot about the situation. She was able to order and fix me up after 2 days. How is it that the new associate is more competent than the manager and mechanic?!?!? Its now May 26,2021 just got truck back but not even sure if fixed properly. Just tired of going back and forth to this location. Amie and CJ are both incompetent. Laurie needs to be the manager. She seems the most competent person up there. Overall poor experience. This place needs better management and mechanics with good customer service and time management skills. Will not go back and will do my best to steer anyone and everyone away from this location. Only a 1 star but really 0 if they gave that option.

Avoid this location. I scheduled an inspection to check my alignment. It was even noted on my receipt that this is exactly what I was paying for. They did a vehicle check instead of the alignment check. When I spoke to the representative, she offered me a discount on the alignment check. Why would I pay again for a service they were supposed to perform in the first place? I normally go to Cook Tire and I should have stuck with them. I will never, ever go to Firestone again.

My experience was fantastic I especially loved the way coffee was brewed right in the dining area for guests to pick up as they wait for the parts to be ordered.

I have used this location multiple times and been well satisfied with each visit. This review is more of a response to offset the one star reviewer with the review immediately prior to this one. You would not go to a doctor and request to have a surgery performed without a proper diagnosis, would you? I hope not. There is not much different in this case. You say you know what you need, and you may very well be correct. But you cannot expect anyone to skirt the policies set forth by their company to ensure a proper, full, and quality repair for your satisfaction and their liability. Your review history is ONLY one star reviews. Whether you believe it or not, you are playing with people s livelihood. Not cool.

They were very fast and helpful. We passed through town on our way north during the deep freeze, and they stayed open to change our bald tires when they had been ready to close, and were working without running water. They went out of their way, above and beyond.

Its apparent that people with negative experiences always leave reviews. Most people with good experiences do not. I have used Firestone several times a year over the past few years with my personal and business vehicles. I have found them to be fairly priced with knowledgeable service techs. They have always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Great service and very courteous staff. Very happy with my purchase of my tires. It will be so convenient for me to get my oil changed when I get my tires rotated, get my truck inspected each year, battery checked, tires checked, good advice concerning my truck and all in one place.

Do NOT take your vehicle here. I recently had my ball joints replaced here and a few days later I noticed a horrible squealing sound coming from my front end.After taking it to the dealership they informed me that there was no grease or shoes applied when Firestone replaced my ball joints. After paying Firestone over $1,700 and then keeping my truck for a week, I had to pay the dealership over $1,000 to replace them less then 3 weeks later. I will NOT ever give them my business again

Needing to get the power steering fixed. The power steering would work when there was fluid in the reservoir but there was a bad leak.Saturday, 1/4Called ahead at 11 to see if busy, Billy said, of course we can look at it today Arrived at 1130At 1254 Billy said it was the power steering pump and it would take about 2 hours and $403.430 Samantha said the power steering pressure sensor was damaged during removal or installation of the pump and they were waiting for the part. I said, So was it not the power steering pump? Samantha said No it was the pump but the power steering pressure sensor was damaged during removal or installation of the pump, it s our fault .At 530 Billy said there were 3 different sensors, they didn t have the right one, and the one needed had to be ordered from the dealership. He said it should be there Monday and to give him a call by noon if I didn t hear from him because he might forget . Was told there was just a hairline leak that shouldn t be a problem.Drove home with sporadic and minimal power steering.Monday 1/6Called at noon, Samantha said she would check on it and after a holding said the part should be there tomorrow around noon.Back to absolutely no power steering.Tuesday 1/7Called at 320. After an 8 minute hold, Billy said he ordered the part yesterday and assumed it would be there today and that he forgot about it. Said he just checked with the dealership and the part should be there tomorrow morning. He asked if I had power steering and I told him I had none. He said he, didn t anticipate that . I told him to please give me a call as soon as the part gets there.Wednesday 1/8Billy called and said the part was in. After about half an hour in the shop, an employee I had not dealt with before came up to me and hurriedly said, Here s your keys it was the power steering switch all along you re good to go and he abruptly turned around and walked away. I was not offered a receipt for the work performed that day, or a refund for paying over $400 for a new power steering pump that was admittedly not needed. I would have asked then but that employee walked away the instant he finished talking and the others were busy with customers. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from an automotive shop or possibly anywhere.

They are a scam, call to get a quote to have my brake pads changed they told me no matter how good of the condition my rotors are in that they are going to resurface them regardless. Also that if they don't meet firestone specs that they will be replaced, I explained to the woman that my rotors are fine but she continued to tell me that was "their" policy., sounds like a con to me, I'll take my business else where, I need brake pads changed not a safety inspection, thanks but no thanks firestone

Keep taking my car. They want to do everything but align. I have been there 3X even the last time in they found another thing to fix before they will align my tires. The last time I was in there the thing they want fixed has nothing to do with alignment. Very disappointed. Just do the alignment your putting people. At rush driving a car that is not aligned.

Would give it a zero if I could. They will tell you something is wrong with your car when its not. One time went to get oil change and they didn't even put new oil in. If you're a woman they will try to pull a fast one on you. The old guy who works front desk is rude. They need to shut this location down.

Had a oil change an they didn't tighten up the oil filter or plug so I lost all my oil in my car

Tried to charge me triple for parts. Also told other customers they needed a oil change after they just had it done that morning. One customer had the wrong parts put on his car while I was there. Choose another shop as this one will try to screw you. Had my brakes done at Sears for 300 less and that was replacing a lot of the brake system

Firestone flushed our transmission on 3/30/2019, and it went out about 1000 miles later. I have since had several independent mechanics tell me that should never be done after 60,000 miles.

Great place to get a few problems worked on, like alignment and tire rotations. This is a full service shop for your vehicle(s). Would recommend.
