They were excellent in every way! This is the second car they have fixed for my family and we will use them for all of our future needs. The staff is friendly, punctual, and everything was taken care of quickly. My car looks better than the day I bought it. I m very pleased with the customer service. Thank y all very much!

A & B did a fantastic job on my daughters vehicle. The paint color was spot on perfect, the customer service was great, Patrick s communication from start to finish top notch, and his knowledge of what we were facing and what to expect was reassuring. A&B went above and beyond to fix my Scion XB. Even though my car has almost 300,000 miles on it, they treated me and my car with care and respect. They were up front about the difficulties we might run into as far as the repair costing more than the value of my XB. A big thank you to them for being able to repair it!!

I cannot say enough about A&B and the people who work there. They go above and beyond what is asked of them and their work is without doubt some of the best I have seen. The experience of being rear ended was something I will not soon forget but the scars on my truck are gone thanks to A&B. These guys do outstanding work. They did repairs on my truck and took care of all the insurance paperwork. My truck now looks new again. I recommend A&B over any other shop around. For reference, I live in Houston and I would 100% make the drive to see A&B again.Got in an accident during a road trip, they stayed after-hours to receive my car, and it was the smoothest process with constant and relative updates when needed. With it being the holidays, Patrick called his contacts at the local Enterprise and they quite literally saved my road trip.The car repairs were done so quickly and efficiently, and it even looked better than before the accident somehow. They only used quality parts and even helped me upgrade the grill based on my desires, but warned me of anything that could come up. As soon as the parts came in, they worked on it. Great customer service all around (special thanks to Patrick, Hannah, and Cassidy), and they explained everything so clearly. Being an out-of-towner, it really felt like I was family the way that they treated me. They even followed up to ensure everything was fine, which it was thanks to them and the meticulous detail they put in their work.Couldn t recommend them enough! Patrick, you re invited to my wedding!

This may be a little long winded but it is worth the time. Someone hit my kid's car from behind and we needed a place to go. I searched all around Lufkin and most places either wouldn't respond or want to deal with the insurance company of the person that hit her. A&B agreed to do the work and help with the insurance company. After a few days I was informed by the insurance company that the car was totaled. I contacted A&B and they got me in quickly to take the remaining items out of the car and I signed it over to them. At this point I thought I was done with them. However, the insurance company tried to mess me over and blame A&B. I stopped back down and asked about what was going on and the owner took the time to explain their billing, what was going on and assured me they would get to the bottom of the issue. The insurance company called me a few days later to reimburse me a little more but I was still out a lot of money for the charges they refused to cover. Keep in mind this is not my insurance company, it is the one who hit my daughter's car. I called A&B with the insurance update and they fought with the insurance company again on my behalf. A&B made sure I received the whole amount due for the car. They stuck with me to the end and went to bat for me when they could have left it alone. While I can't speak personally to their repair work, I can speak of their customer care. Any company willing to put their reputation and money on the line for a customer the way they did for me is well worth it. I can't say Thank You enough.Service: Body & Trim

A&B helped me out like crazy, I was away training and they made full accommodations to get my charger repaired after a hail storm! Easy to communicate with and got the job done in a very timely manner! Great customer service. They did a great job on my Tahoe after hitting a deer. Good as new. The detailing was a huge bonus. My truck was dirty.lol Highly recommend.

Take your vehicle to S&W body shop in Lufkin. They were way much helpful than A&b body shop. Kevin from S&W body shop did NOT hesitate to take a look at my vehicle for an estimate to have it ready for my Insurance adjuster, unlike Dustin from A&B body shop he was very RUDE and VERY DISRESPECTFUL and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I've used A&b body shop before in the past, Ernesto and D'wayne were the ones i spoke to and it was not a hassle like it was with DUSTIN. A&B body shop has gone down hill, i never expected this from A&B body shop i expected more. They have a lot to work on starting with customer service. From now on I will be giving S&W my business and recommend people to Kevin.

I have used these folks a few times and they are nothing but professional and friendly. I don't like having to use their services but things happen in life. Stuff can be fix or replaced. They sure do a fine job fixing those unfortunate collisions in life. I highly recommend them if you ever have collision repair needs.
