They did the timing belt and 100,000 mile maintenance on my wife's Volvo C30 R-Design. Very knowledgeable staff. Larry, the owner, is awesome. He made sure they ordered all the right parts and made sure we did everything correctly for 100,000 miles service. Volvo dealer wanted $3500 for the same work- Williams Brake charged me $1300. Highly recommended Larry and Williams to everyone.

Im still making payments so I use one fiesta motor car place and this was it. Had engine reduced power going on knew it was my throttle body. They replaced my battery and gave it back like it was fix. With in two days did they same thing. When I called they told me to just turn it off and back on and it should go away. That didn't work. Saved the 200 for the part I needed and installed it myself. It works now. Thanks for nothing guys because of course y'all know better than a female. Lol I'm a mechanic just have a regular day job.

Sammy and lance and all the guys for that matter were extremely helpful and efficient in fixing wiring issues that was wrong in my car. I took it to a previously used mechanic who kept the car over 6 months and could not figure out how to get it going.This team of guys fixed the issues and replaced essential parts in a reasonable timeframe. I recommend this shop to anyone for their tuning and wiring needs. Their integrity to get the job done and fair is why I won t go anywhere else now. Thanks guys

I should have reviewed this place earlier, but I have brought my car in 3 times now for various issues and they are some of the nicest folks around, great at answering questions, and when they tell you it ll be done on a certain day, it will be!I don t want any more car troubles, but if (and when) I do, they are my first call.Estimates are spot on (or lower!) and very clear.

Worse service ever!!!!! Don t remember the fella name but he had the worse attitude because I refused To let him do whatever he wanted to do on my truck. I just Needed brake pads changed THATS IT!!!! So he decided not to do the job at all

I've done business with this company over the past 20 years. Larry and his staff always do good work and are always reasonable. Definitely not going back they wrecked my truck in the front and back bumper. Haven't received a phone call yet about video like owner said he would. Had motor replaced for $3200 and check engine light on and leaking antifreeze. The guy at the front definitely not professional, something told me to take my truck to Scott's.

They are an honest business...my son took his truck in to have them check out his real lights and when we went to pick up his truck they didn't charge us at all because they said they didn't see any problem with his real lights and we haven't had a problem with his rear lights ever since. I love their honesty and they treated us right.

Top grade auto repair shop!!! Customer service is down to earth and always professional and courteous. The technicians are most experienced and trusted. I had a bad experience at the dealer repair shop and was quoted a big job with an outrageous price when in actuality it was a small job at an extremely affordable price. I won't go anywhere else!!!

I was referred here by a friend that is both knowledgeable about vehicles and frugal. The repairs were done quickly once the parts became available. My truck has never had a smoother ride. Awesome New place I found to have work done an unfortunately I've been there twice in the last 3 weeks, 2 different vehicles. They got them in quickly, in fact had both out same day,water pumps. Will be doing business with them for sure. Jeff an Sammy both VERY courteous an knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Glad I decided to try them out. Thanks Jeff an Sammy and Larry for all they do, an of course the Mechanics too.....

Amazing service! Took my car in and got it back in 2 days. (They're busy for a REASON y'all, plan to wait a day or two if you can) Ended up having the same problem less than a week later. They fixed it under warranty and had my car back to me the second time in less than 12 hours. These guys are great. I've used them a few times now. Went in for a brake job and they were honest and said I didn't need one, my pads and rotors were still good. I never would have known the difference so I appreciate the honesty. They are up front about costs and expectations, and communicate, that's all I can ask for!

I called around for estimates prior to choosing this company. Williams estimate was lower than most of the places I contacted. They provided quick and courteous service. They listened to my explanation of issues, verified the problem and got me back on the road without trying to upsell additional services.

My TPMS showed rapid depressurization, I exited I-27 immediately. It happened to be right in front of this place purely by accident. They got to me quickly, very friendly and helpful. Got me fixed up and back on the road. If I m ever in need of tire help or tires and in Lubbock TX, I would definitely seek them out.

I trust these folks with my vehicles and my hard-earned money. They've always treated me well and even talked me out of a few repairs. Timely, knowledgeable and competitively priced. They're still around for a reason.Follow up: had an issue with my original repair, nothing big, but I called, brought my vehicle in and they stood by their work. Fixed the issue at no cost.. Go here before you go anywhere else!

I paid good and got half jobs done. My car was still having the issues I paid them to do. They half stepped and half done the job I paid them to do. I wouldn t recommend them to NOBODY for ANY reason. They ll take ya money and give you a part done job. They are worse than shade tree mechanics. No wonder they have LOW prices for they work 6ecause they re going to put in LOW efforts just to get you by. Who would want to mess with a company that will do what THEY feel is decent for you and not what you feel is better for you & your vehicle?? I rather 6e able to trust who I leave my car with and Williams Brake & Tune isn t it NEVER will they C another vehicle of mines. Ppl don t make money to waste it; we make it to progress & you won t progress with Williams, 6ecause you ll 6e bacc to them or another shop entirely.Services: Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Excellent diagnosticians and have always been on-target with their repairs. I trust them based on frequently being pleasantly surprised that the expensive problem I thought I had turned out to be something relatively simple and inexpensive. I highly recommend them.

Now I only reserve 5 stars for a service that is absolutely perfect. There may be a day I come back and raise it but for now it's 4. Excellent people, they're friendly, and they do a very professional job. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is they don't explain quite as well as I would like what they repair, they sometimes get dirt or mud in my floorboard, and not that it matters, but the engine cover once had a VW emblem on it, and it was missing (but I didn't bother to worry about replacing it). Definitely know what they are doing, there are just a few tiny things they could improve to hit my top rating. Good work y'all.
