Would not fix a tire at 6 pm. Two techs and two cars in shop. Had to air up tire and drive home to NM to get it fixed. No more Walmart auto center for me ever.

You cannot get no one to answer the phone. I came up there yesterday, purchased a tire, it took them an hour and a half just to put the tire on. There was only one car in front of me. Today, I noticed that they gave me the wrong tire size, which is throwing my car off a balance. . I need a manager to contact me as soon as possible!

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. I just experienced hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life! I found a set of tires for my truck that I decided on and was told it would take about an hour to install. I found that hard to believe from the get go. So after walking around Wal-Mart for an hour I came back to the auto center to check up on the progress. They hadn't even started taking my wheels off at that point. There was only one technician working to my knowledge so I let that slide. I left the store to come back later to pay and pick up my truck. 2 1/2 hours later I pulled back up to see my truck was outside with new tires on. Cool! Right? WRONG! They installed the wrong tires. After clarifying multiple times that I wanted the all terrain tires they took it upon themselves to install highway tires because they were 265 which my old tires were and the ones I wanted were 275's. This has to do with store policy which I understand but I would think that common sense would say to give me a phone call and discuss this with me before installing tires that I have no desire for and WILL NOT work for my needs. At this point the one technician had already left and there wasn't a manager working so I was told to come back the next day. So I come back and they tell me they will install the tires I wanted and it will take about 2 hours. After wasting ANOTHER hour of my time they then tell me that they can't put the tires on all of the sudden. So now here I am out of $650 and wasted away my Friday night and Saturday afternoon on something that not only do I not want but will not work for what I need out of a tire all due to their incompetence. I don't know where they found these clowns but I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to get tires from Walmart especially this store and I will most definitely never be back to waste any more of my time or money with them. What a complete joke. I guess I'll be going to spend MORE money now because of them only with someone who knows what they're doing. Preferably at a locally owned business. Thanks for nothing Walmart

Horrible experience!!! Went in needing two new trailer tires but only had one in stock unless I bought rim and tire premounted. No big deal. Just wanted a new tire and save $15 buck. Waited 6 hrs before calling store to see if it was ready, it was, they just didn't call. Go pick it up find out the price the lady quoted me was wrong. It was going to be more to have just a new tire and 6hrs waiting than a new tire and wheel. It would have been a lot better had some one person actually had a clue how to do their job. After paying find out the ticket was wrong they had over charger me by the guy working on the tires. The two people manning the counters had no idea. Great!!! More waiting and end up only saving 5 dollars. Just another day at Wal-Mart. Took other tire to Discount Tire and it was cheaper and waybetter experience.

They fixed my tire and I had no problem since but it took over 2 hours, they did not know how to drive my Lexus 6 speed manual. What? Lol

I got reminded why I always refused to come to this Walmart. the service is terrible. but it was the closest Walmart when my tire popped and I have warranty next time I'll spend the money to go to discount. there was no one in the tire bays when I got here so I'm just curious why it took 2 and a half hours to change my tire..Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Really helpful friendly staff. I was there for a tire sensor change and the mechanic Joseph really helped. He was really helpful. The Walmart by the 289 loop had messed up that sensor and he called them and talked with their manager. The employees and staff at this Walmart are incredible, I would not go to the 289 loop Walmart anymore. Thank you Joseph especially for helping me and I got my refund back from other Walmart.Thanks Joseph Walmart Auto centre at 82nd st.

They wouldn't rotate my tires, said I needed to buy 4 new tires. I however had my girlfriend's brother look at them (he works as a manager in another Walmart TLE)said they were fine. He told me that this particular Walmart is low in tire sales do they lie about your tread to make you buy them. I took them to his Walmart on South loop an they did them no problem.

I have no issue with my actual oil change, you pay for what you get. This service I received was pretty bland. No smiles, no how may I help you? I felt like my business was an inconvenience. I went again to this location(South loop) at 8am and was told that they weren't open due to not having any technicians and wouldn't open until 9am. I didn't feel like being an "inconvenience" at another Walmart location so I took my business elsewhere.

Some competitive prices but a ridiculously long wait due to # of customers & obvious lack of employees. The extreme wait didn't justify reduced cost. Our time is worth more; plus mislead on the price. Will never answer the phone. Would rate 0 if it was an option.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Went to go get 4 new tires at 5:30 and they couldn t do them because first the lug nut was stripped at 6:30 and they could not get the tire off So I asked if I got a new one if they would still put all 4 tires was told yes then when getting back with that it was the stud that was stripped at 645 waited on hold for 15 min to speak to mike the manager to tell me this got back at 650 to pick my car up and Blake told me there is nothing they could of done.... by 657 all doors to the shop were closed and all employees were leaving!

This is where I usually get my oil changed and the problem wasn't my vehicle being serviced. They mixed my car up with another vehicle on file and therefore my current odometer reading was 156,316 and the sticker for the next service read 162,316. I have an '03 Odyssey so ya do the math and tell me how many miles over this and if it would've been okay to let it ride till my van's engine blew up on the side of the highway. If I wasn't bright enough to figure this out, that's exactly what could've happened. I went back and told them what they did and nobody could give me an explanation as to why. Needless to say they got an earful from me and I will not be returning simply because I no longer trust them with my vehicle, so check your new date of service stickers before you leave that place.

Took my car for an oil change and they were done with it within 15 minutes. James checked me in and completed the payment quickly. I definitely recommend this auto center

Went to get an oil change and because my vehicle takes synthetic oil the person there told me I really didn't NEED to get the oil changed. She was very honest and in my book, that goes a long way.

They refused to balance my front tires with half tread. Theres a few rock marks said not enough tread we recommend to buy new tires yeah \nln/ you walmart

Absolutely no help at all. Needed new tires and it was 30 minutes before closing. He obviously didn't want to be there and wasn't about to stay.

Slow slow slow slow slow slow !! They do not even have anyone at the counter it is just if they see you from standing around in the shop they come up to the counter.

I called to set up a appointment to change my oil it rang and rang for 3 minutes straight no answer guess I ll do business elsewhere

Understaffed and a long wait. If you shop here, I guess you can check your car in, do your shopping and then get your car.They couldn't help me, but were nice.
