People should give credit where it s due. Last year I left Fiesta after getting denied. Came here and got approved instantly and I love my truck. Did a minor repair in the suspension right after I bought it but that s expected from used cars. I love my truck. Appreciate it, Tri-United fr.

READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE WITH NO EXPLANATION! WHEN PURCHASING A VEHICLE THEY WILL GIVE YOU A RECEIPT WITHOUT PAPERWORK! My boyfriend bought a truck from them, granted his very first purchase and very unaware of how to go about it and what to check for. He was just excited. Well, first he took the truck only to find out no brake lights, no signal lights dash lights have to be kept off or the dome light stays on. No radio, fan stays on can not be adjusted. And... no gas cap! Then called a day later saying they mis counted the down payment and we owed $100 or they would repo! Claimed the truck was inspected , which is not possible with all these problems! PLEASE BE ADVISED DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM! OR MAKE SURE YOU TEST DRIVE AND DO YOUR OWN INSPECTION!!!! I would give zero stars, but had to give one to post.

I've been a TriUnited customer for a few years now and I can admit that I have had some issues with the vehicles that I've purchased but I realize that these are "Used" vehicles. Therefore there are certain issues to be expected.I appreciate the staff for listening to my concerns and addressing them. They have been fair!!!Thank You!!!

I've purchased 8 vehicles from these guys over a 10 year period. Every vehicle I purchased has lasted all of these 10 years. Some of the staff can be a little rude,and could use some people skills. But I've gotten only great deals at affordable prices. I'll continue to do business there. And continue to bring my friends, who are all very happy with their cars as well.

Horrible. The salesman I spoke with didn't know anything about the cars on the lot. Not prices or anything really other than she kept saying car is "as is". Smh.

Worst place ever. Less than a week and already had car issues. First issue they did buy the part to get fixed. BUT the second is my seat belts do not work and they have known about and they still are not fixed. I can't even bring my baby's with me because it is NOT SAFE. Its been over a month yet they sure did send a text about my payment which I was only 2 days late....

Bad place read on if you want details.They're kinda like the dad in the movie Matilda they get it sounding ok for the test drive and it soon gets bad. They sold me a bad car I brought it to them 2 weeks after I bought it and told them it was having issues they had their guy drive it and he told me the transmission needed reprogramming so I drove off then it wouldn't back up at first and then it would shoot back. When we asked about trading it in they told us we could but we had to give another thousand and the thousand on this meant nothing so basically yeah we'll let you trade it if you buy another that's not you helping that's you selling me another car. Edit I brought it to you that's more than a call.

Its upsetting and false advertising if you post a vehicle for sale and if im ready to purchase it cash they say sorry we taking it tomorrow for auction!!!That is bad business stop putting vehicles for sale if you not going to sale it. Ridiculous I wouldn't buy anything from them.And the lady that answers the phone really needs class in customer service. Doesnt put any effort to even help the customer.

Horrible place filled with crooks. They illegaly held a $700 check from me back some years ago for what they claimed was tax title and fees they were going to pay up front. They told me not to tell the finace place they did that for me. I paid off the amount of $100 for 4 month before I couldn't overcome a weird feeling so i spoke to the finace place who told me that they waved the tax title amd fees. So the company was pocketing my money. Then after doing a voluntary repo cause i wanted to get out of any contract with these crooks they tried cashing the full $700 dollar check after I had already paid them $400 towards it. I had to close my bank account and dispute the charges on my credit file who dropped it off. However the volunary repossession is still listed and makes it almost impossible to get into another car.

Bought a truck the next day it left us stranded with groceries so I called them and they made us pay to tow it back to them , then bought a different one and the same thing happened again. The worst place to do business!

Chad Castle, you must know something everyone else on the review page doesn't. All reviews given were poor, yet you complain about the service and rate them as 5 stars. Please enlighten the public as to what method gave you such success in your purchasing of all your vehicles.

A friend of mine applied for a vehicle here because she was trying to start over after a nasty divorce. Well little to say "THEY SUCK"! She got approved but for a 2002 Nissan Xtera they wanted almost $9,000 for something the transmission was going out, the front windshield was broken, the inside looked like rats chewed up the seats and it smelled like a locker room someone got high in. "NASTY"! Customer Service "SUCKED"! Her application was passed to some mexican chick that sits to the left of the front door who was SOOOOOO RUDE. After she applied I started looking online at the BBA and there have been numerous complaints about them selling "LEMONS" to people. Do your research people I've met several people being here in Lubbock that have had a bad experience with them. If you need to rebuild your credit there are several places here that can help you, don't be fooled into buying a overpriced piece of junk. Maggic Auto Sales is pretty good and they don't overprice vehicles.

Was a little sceptical about coming here because of the stories I had heard. But they cut me a great deal and have worked with me since day 1 financially. I will most likely come back when I am in the market for a used vehicle.

A very bad business that sells cars that only run for 1 mth and refuse to fix. But quick to repo it after I was still giving payments even though the car wasn t working I still gave payments and I missed one and they were QUick to repo it. But God sees all and what goes around comes around.

All they want is your money, and they push you out as fast as possible in order for them to not have to purchase more parts for the vehicles. Lights seemed pretty hard to get from them, even after you stated the laws in order to drive off the lot with the vehicle.

Funny how u see the reviews wit all the bad comments but im sure yall r the ones behind in payments or u mistreated ur vehichle and messed it up and are expecting a free ride ...a vehicle requires maintenance ive bought 2 cars there ....so dont hate cause wen u needed a vehicle tri united got u in a ride just stating facts ...

They suck they sold my wife a car that was worth 500 bucks cause she totaled it and they where making her pay 8000 for the car they are scam artist and crooks take your business else where cause they will stick it to ya

When we went to go look at the cars, the majority of them were completely filthy, and needless to say the service seriously sucked.
