Oscar & Isaiah were a big help! I went in on 9/23 w/ a flat I drove on.. Oscar was quick to find me a good condition used tire at a reasonable price! Isaiah was very friendly/respectful while being efficient w/ getting it placed on. I came back a few days later (9/28) w/ a flat on the opposite side & they each were quick to help yet again. Oscar even helped me replace my brake light! Definitely guys who are looking out for you! Not to mention, I also came an hour before closing each time & they were able to help me before closing each time! Highly recommend!!!

When the boss is in these guys do what they should. When the boss is out of town these guys do whatever the heck they want. Spoke with Oscar Thursday afternoon about front strut replacement and swapping wheels on my Tahoe. His boss told him to get me in first thing Friday morning. I show up at 8am. Oscar tells me he can't do my struts, just swap my wheels. The only thing that changed between Thursday afternoon and Friday morning is the boss left town. If you speak to Oscar, just know that he is full of b.s.

Victor and his crew took really good care of my needs. This is the second set of tires I have purchased from them. They gave me a great deal on a set of 37x13.5r24 MT tires for my Raptor. I will be purchasing another set of tires for my wife s Raptor. Thank you Victor!

I Do Not recommend this business due to selling faulty products and offering poor quality installation services that cost me money elsewhere. Hello everyone. I am a US Marine and I want to share my buying experience at Tire Tech. Two weeks ago, the day before my birthday, I pulled up and purchased four brand new tires for my brand new Lexus sedan. I financed them with the lender they heavily promote. The next morning I drove to Dallas and the whole ride there was very rough and the front suspension wouldnt stop vibrating. Probably caused damage to my suspension. That didnt make sense because its a sixty-thousand dollar Lexus and it didnt vibrate before switching tires. Upon arriving in Dallas, I found a tire place to inspect my front tires and they confirmed what I suspected: overinflated tires by ten lbs and they were not properly balanced. I had to pay to get them rebalanced. Upon returning to Lubbock, Tire Tech rebalanced the back tires. I drove the car for a week on different roadways in different conditions to rule out different possibilities. This morning, I had Discount Tire rebalance all four tires. The car is still rough riding. I returned to Tire Tech to switch out tires and they want me to finance another set. Im not doing that. I left. I will fix this problem by shopping with true tire professionals. You do get what you pay for.

Great customer service and great price. Give Victor and give him the opportunity to fix you up. This guy and his crew were amazing. Bought all 4 for what others were selling me for 2.

They did a great job and worked hard to get my tires going. The prices were good and they even had a guy drive to their warehouse out of town to get me the right tire at almost closing time. Reminds me of how business used to be conducted and I am glad I found this place.

Top notch service. Was immediately helped by a young man with an interesting hair cut. Did not manage to get his name. He was very helpful, honest and well spoken. I thought I had a flat but he informed me that it was just a valve stem and he replaced it at no charge even though I insisted to pay. He got me back on the road to Dallas, TX in less than 10 minutes! If you ever need your tires serviced and you're in Lubbock, do not hesitate taking your business to Tire Techs. They will take care of you.

Repaired our tire on a busy Friday morning! My mother, daughter & I are driving our truck from Colorado to Georgia (loaded with my daughter s things). This morning we found a screw in our tire. We stopped by here and they repaired our tire in a little over an hour. Everyone was very helpful and friendly- thank you so much!

I want to thank you for your awesome service. We had gotten a bad tire from another shop. That kept losing air on our trip back from Colorado to Texas. We came upon this shop by chance. Calling ahead to ask about the patch you guys said come on down. After getting to the shop we were serviced quickly. We want to say thank you again for the patch job. Made it back to Texas safe and sound thanks to you guys.

This place is top notch and have an amazing staff. I had a horrible experience at another place Tire Tech's gave me the assurance of their service. They did not let me down. Ladies, don't hesitate in visiting this honest place of business. I would highly recommend it.

i needed my tire patched, aired and put back on my car, they got my car in right away and had me back on the road in 30 minutes with no charge ! very respectful people , i will definitely be going back for the next set of tires!

I don't usually write reviews but this time was worth it. We had a slow leak in a tire and took it to another company to get fixed, they pulled it off, said it had a bad patch, and then put our donut on because they "weren't allowed to put on unsafe tires". We took the tire to another company that said the patch was fine and even though the tread and side walls looked good the age of the tire was too old for them to mess with. I was pretty frustrated by the time I called Tire Tech and they said to bring it by and they would do everything they could. They got the tire checked out, made sure the old patch was good, and found a nail that was the leak. They it fixed it and us back on the road in less than 45 minutes! They have great service, know what they are doing, and go above and beyond! I can not recommend these guys highly enough! I won't even bother with those other two companies anymore, just a waste of time! We will definitely be coming here for tire repairs and purchases from now on!

Even when I showed up at 5:30pm I was able to get two tires put on and be out of there in less than an hour. I expected a little bit of a hesitation in showing up 30 minutes before they closed. However, I didn t get that at all! I was greeted with a very friendly smile and even asked if I needed anything else before I left, which I really appreciated.

These guys rock! We blew a front tire in our Class A RV just outside of Post TX. Victor came in the middle of the night and put on our new tire when 2 other companies could not. Then the next morning at 8am Victor met us at a truck stop and put all new tires on our RV. Tire Techs did this at a FAIR price. Stand up. Quality. Service! Hope I have the pleasure of using their services again.

My husband went to Tire Tech on 2/18/2023 after having a bad experience with Kings Tire. The staff were very friendly and not only told my husband what was wrong but actually took the time to show him exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We will go back to them with any of our tire needs.

Outstanding customer service! They answer the phone, are quick to respond, and don't try to upsell you a new set of tires if you just need a simple flat fixed. Victor's great to work with and will do a great, honest job for you!

Man you all should go to this place I took our family ride there and they gave me the best deal ever and also found out the brand tire they hooked me up with was amazing and affordable and found out that it was made by a big name Tire company as well all around we where satisfied Thank you Tire techs also your service was spot on.
