They had the weird sized tires I needed when no one else did. Good shape used tires. Fairly priced. Definitely recommend.

Woke up to a flat tire, called many places including crest, flores, tire express and few others. I was in need of a used tire, but couldn't drive it nor have tools to take it off. Tire Express not only had the used tire I needed, but in many price ranges to fit my budget. They let me borrow an air compressor to air up my tire at home, so that I could bring my Suv to get tire fixed. (I had got a ride to pick up air compressor). I was in and out in about 10min. Super fast service and great customer service! Its a small local business. The area is a sketchy area since on AveQ, but I'm so thankful for the help and fast service I received! Thank you Tire Express!

I was on my way out of town for work and had a flat. This shop was the only one open on Sunday. They were respectful, quick and did a great job.

Great local business, fair prices on new and used tires and quick professional service, my go to tire place in Lubbock. They can get the same new tires the big chains stores do from the same warehouse but without the overhead, don t waste hours waiting for the other shops to finally get to your vehicle, pull up and they re on the job while you walk across the street for a drink from whataburger they ll be done usually before you get back.

Best experience we have ever had getting a flat tire fixed. They were nice, fast, did good quality work, and they were priced really well. It was busy when we pulled up and it still took less than 30 minutes total and was only $10.

These folks are fantastic! I caught a screw in one of my tires and was told by a nearby tire place that it couldn't be fixed and all they had to offer was a new tire for $100. I called Tire Express and they told me they had a few different options at different price points.So I drive over and take my pick from the tires they had at the size I need. They take off the tire with the screw and the guy doing the work said "Hey, you know I can actually fix this? If you want the replacement I can put it in but I can definitely repair this one" went with the repair and it was really reasonably priced as well. Super happy I called them to check what my options were and they will be my first call from now on.

My Morning started out rough with 3 of my tires needing to be replaced and being behind already, but I came here and I m feeling so much better. Great price on the tires, a hustle behind his work and such an amazing attitude. That right there changed my whole morning! Thank you. I highly recommend.

The lady they works here is extremely rude for no reason at all, has a nasty attitude and talks to you as if your not a customer paying for service! She gave me an attitude the whole time I was there and just because they took forever and messed up a tire i was going to get, I didn t get a tire cause she said he was gonna put my old tire back on and they were closed! Very unprofessional if I already had been waiting! Take your business somewhere else where they will actually treat you like a human being!

These guys are so awesome. I woke up to a flat tire on my rental car. These guys were close by to I limped in my car over to them. They had my tire fixed in about 5 minutes and only charged me $9.00!! Thank you soooo much for your kindness!!

I've been in Lubbock for 6 years. I've been to dang near every tire shop here. But this one here, man it's loyalty, it's honesty and good prices for me. Because he's genuinely a good person. As long as he's here , I'll be here.

i showed up and one lady was there who said no one showed up to work today. told me to come in tomorrow as if i can sit around waiting with a flat tire. make it make sense. hours are completely wrong online.

The guy there is a hard worker gets things done fast, but the front counter lady is unnecessarily morbidly rude. Find someone else to work the front and HELP you get customers and great customer satisfaction or she's going to slowly, but surly be the cause of your shop downfall. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a decent human being. Go here if you want to be treated like you're talking to a preteen with an attitude, full of hate, disgust, low moral and communication.

I have been here 2 different times. I am just leaving from getting my tire fixed and I am beyond happy. The guy who fixed my tire was extremely polite and nice. I have never had a problem here. I recommend this place to everyone! Thank yall for being very professional and being open on a sunday! Yall are a blessing.

So I've been having to air up my tire for a while and I had someone tell me that Tire Express was a great place so I gave it a try..... When I Pulled up the Lady ran out and started yelling and Cussing at me for Blocking her driveway which I didn't even Block, they were so Rude and Disrespectful....

Pulled in at 2:40pm on a Sunday and they just leave without even acknowledging me. No way to treat customers , especially if it states you re open until 3!
