I am obsessed with cars, particularly my own. I love having a nice ride and working on any type of vehicle. The one thing I cannot do, is tint windows, so I went to Tint World. I have to tell you, they didn't know I was a very picky person when it comes to my car. They didn't have to ask. They treated my car like it was one of their own prized possessions. Their face to face customer service was excellent! They did such a BEAUTIFUL job on tinting my windows! Everything came out so great! I am extremely impressed with their work! If anyone would like their vehicle and personal customer service experience to be treated of the highest value, I suggest you go to Tint World! Thank you for everything, your team and your work is very very much appreciated!

Highly recommend using tint world, I had them install ambient lighting in my Audi a3 and they did a fantastic job, when it started to go out i called and they used the warranty and replaced them with no hassle at all! Products and service were all fantastic I will be back!!

Tint World did a excellent job on tinting the glass on my SUV. What I like about this place is first in, first out. This guys sure know what they are doing, and very organized and professional done, highly recommend to all

Honestly an average job at best. A friend recommended Tint World and introduced me to the owner. I was initially told if the truck was dropped off first thing in the morning it would be done midday. Wasn t done till 6 pm. When I picked the truck up I was surprised to find soap water spots all over the dash, door panels and rear window frame. I also noticed the rear view mirror was loose. I notified the guy working the counter and he sent a guy out that had no idea why it was loose. Wasn t surprised. I paid a premium price and and received a sub average product.Service: Sun control window tinting

My factory screen display cracked in my 4Runner and it made my whole car look bad! They installed a new screen! It works great and my car looks good again! Thank you so much!

Website had mostly good reviews at a 4.2 overall score, so I decided to try them out. Greatly disappointed with the finished product. I have a 2011 f-150. I requested the two front windows and the windshield be tinted with ceramic film and include the visor strip on the windshield. The website states that all peices are computer cut to fit. This is not true as the front windshield clear ceramic was cut by hand to just barely meet the black boarder around the windshield(looks terrible). I asked that the visor be cut just above the a1 line before they installed it. They did not. In fact they passed the a1 line making it illegal. When I brought this up, Mr. Acey told me if I have any problems with it to bring it back. Still haven't been able to reach him after leaving multiple messages. Furthermore they cut it in two pieces at the rear view mirror and joined them together creating more of an eyesore. I had to take it back twice for the windshield, after the initial installation, and they could not get it right. I'm not happy about this at all. I tried to show the the problems so we could be on the same page, but the lady at the front desk yelled at me and said they were done trying to help me and would not give me a refund. There is much more I want to add about the mistreatment I received here but would not have enough time to type it all.

Was looking all around town for a body shop or audio shop to install my after market taillights. Only two places out of the hundreds I visited either referred me to another company or just flat out said they weren't capable of performing the job. Luckily I was referred to Tint World! Brian was the person responsible for the great installation. I was quoted a nice price but because Brian wasn't shy about his work I was able to see the destruction and reconstruction of my vehicle from start to finish. Being able to see the whole process I also learned the the word plug and play doesn't mean swap one part for the other with no splicing or running extra wiring. Wrong the install made him back track a few times but he is an expert and the job got done without reading any manual. Thanks Brian for the customer service and installation! Never been so happy to give my money away.

Made my little car a much cooler place to be! The edge work is better than I had imagined it would be and a superb job on a huge windshield. All in one day to top it off. I definitely recommend them!

We had our Durango tinted here and I'll be more than happy to leave the feed on the way they are. Made appointment I'm not sure but I think he said first serve first come not sure. Wife took it Early in the morning and by noon the car came out loooooking ( wow) good job. This young man explains it to the wife what he recommended and ( man) it'was done exactly as said. People there are friendly and no words except. We will always be a customer when we need tinted windows. Thank you

Amazing customer service and technically competent. Anthony installed a radar detector on my vehicle and he went above and beyond to do it correctly. I have used them in past for ceramic coating and they did an excellent job.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I took my car in for tint on the front to windows (surely they can do it - it's in their name) because we bought it out of state (brand new) and now that I had to get my 2 year inspection here, the tint the package came with was too dark for Texas law.Well, I was thrilled that they only took about 1.5 hours, but then I found out why... There were HUGE scratches on the driver's side window (the glass, not the tint), and both windows had a lot of bubbles due to dirt and stuff under the tint. When I brought it back and complained, they said that it was either there before, or I did it. Please explain how I can scratch my glass without making a mark in the tint on top of it?! They said they would fix the passenger window tint and redo the driver's side to make sure it was the glass. This time they had my car ALL DAY. I get there to pick it up again and there are still issues with the passenger window (a few less spots), and even a few little scratches in the glass on this one now. Also, they had a piece of Limo tint on my driver's side window to show me that maybe I just didn't notice the HUGE scratches with my dark tint from before. IT WASN"T THAT DARK BEFORE, and I was driving it for almost 2 years!After fighting with the owner, he agreed to "do whatever I thought was right." He agreed to replace the driver's window and tint it again. Well, they had my car for the whole day again, and when I got it back, it was the WRONG window! We had even talked about my car coming with Laminated windows in the front in stead of Tempered. Apparently, Laminated was more expensive to replace. Also, one of the guys asks me if I had been in an accident that could have damaged my window before (again trying to blame me) because they pulled the carfax on my car and it said I had an accident. REALLY?!! They send me home with my untinted, badly scratched original window until they can get in the new correct one. A week later, I called because I hadn't heard anything. Yes, it is in. Again, they had my car all day. When I finally call to see if it is ready, they said they hadn't even done anything to it because the window they got in was damaged. They will order another one.I called them in a few days, that shipment was also damaged, they will get another one a few days. I call, it is in.Surprise, they had my car all day. When I get it back, the owner is not there. I told the guy who gave it to me that there were scratches yet again (I took pictures there this time). He said they were just marks in the tint and they would go away in 2 weeks. They didn't.I have tried to get in touch with the owner numerous times with no response. I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and request as well. Below are pictures of their work. The windows look horrible and their customer service is seriously lacking.

Had them quote a window tint job. Told them to go ahead. When I showed up it was $200 more than the quote. They Forgot to disclosed a fee and refused to stand behind the quote they gave me. Gave me a "$50 discount for the mix up". They still got me for $150 that was not part of the agreed upon price. Tint job is good, owner and his representatives are trash.Service: Vehicle window tinting

**UPDATE: If you post any review you will generate a vague auto response. YOU SHOULD HAVE CONTACT INFO IN YOUR SYSTEM.Sadly there customer service isn't what it used to be. I'm a 10 year customer with many personal tints and multiple k40 installs and they seem to care less about taking care of customers. Can't seem to get an honest straight answer when dealing with them.Fyi, do NOT buy a k40 system, they are not worth the price as their quality is horrendous. My most recent install on my TRX conveniently lasted just over a year making it out of warranty.

Wow. What a nice guy. Anthony I think. I wish all businesses treated their customers that way. I m dropping the Mustang off Monday for some tint work. They were a little higher that the other place I checked but far more professional and courteous. I ll be back to update once the job is done.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday just to get a quote for tinting for our personal truck. Mona was so sweet, we set an appt to get the work done right away! The entire Lubbock team was friendly, helpful and kind.While the tinting was being done, we asked about a new horn (ours sounded like a Prius!). The gentleman said since our truck was under warranty, we should take it to the dealer to save some money. The Chevy place wasn't very helpful and said it would take several days to complete. So back up to Tint World he went. They said the horn was "bad", they called the Chevy place , and went up there to get a new horn and installed it for us in less than an hour!!And it actually SAVED us money having Tint World do it!!This team went way above and beyond anything I expected . Nicest bunch of people I have come across in a long time! If you are looking for quality, honest work, this is the place to come. If you need help trying to teach your own team great customer service, take a page out of their book.Highly recommend. Thank you Mona, Brian and your team!!

Great job on the window tint and it has a lifetime warranty. Have had 3 vehicles worked on here. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting tint done...... Oh and the also have stereos and remote start systems and professional vehicle detailing.

They really go out of their way to get you taken care of. Manager worked on a previously installed system in my vehicle. Fixed it up quickly, reasonable prices.

Excellent tint service they are fast and was able to fit my vehicle in on very short notice. Windows look great and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs tint done on their windows. They installed a stereo and back up camara for me. When i showed up i had another aftermarket radio that another place had installed incorrectly. Guys at tint world were able to fix the issues i had, and make all my features in the truck work correctly again. They did it very quickly, and are very professional. I will be taking more stuff there again for sure. Very great customer service.

Well I can say enough about the staff and the work done. Outstanding. Very reasonable on their prices and knowledgeable. Very matter a fact and no sales pitch. Went in to get tint put on and was very pleased. I will be returning because the offer so much more than just tint. Like the displays they had. Go there and tou won't be disappointed.

Everyone at Tint World are so friendly and professional. I had a backup camera installed by Brian. He is so knowledgable and explains everything he will do. Brian really knows his stuff and won't try to sell you something you don't need. He told me to call or come by if I have any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place. They do EXCELLENT work. Thanks Brian ! Another happy customer :)

This is my second review, my first being on Yelp. The reason for my visit to Tint World this time was to get my windows tinted. Not only was the staff very helpful as usual, but the work done is absolutely wonderful. The tint looks great and the tech cut the tint to fit the windows so closely that you almost can't see the cut off on the edges. I've recommended this place to several people already and will continue to do so!

I brought my 2018 Hyundai in to get the tint done on the car. They not only did an amazing job, but they warranty the product for life of the car. It's been a couple of days and windows seem to be doing really well. The car looks amazing!The owner stayed late working on my car and the customer service was awesome! This is by FAR the best customer service I have ever had when it comes to someone dealing with my car. They were extremely respectful of me and of my property and they answered all my questions to the fullest. Deffantly go see Acey at Tint World!100% recommend this company!

Pricey 1100 for back up camera installed. I have changed my rating only because Anthony has worked hard to correct some problems with my mother's backup camera and always is there to help with a smile on his face so I have changed the rating from a 2 to 5 star just because of him.
