Josh provides extraordinary service and is totally focused on his clients' needs. He was able to schedule our house call quickly and showed up on time. Not only that, but his professionalism--along with 20 years of experience and knowledge, put him over the top. Likewise, The Lock Pro pricing is extremely reasonable. Josh works quickly and has a charming way of putting your mind at ease. Very glad that The Lock Pro is now in Lubbock.

Awesome experience! Josh quickly fixed our lock, and he was so gracious to come back the same day and unlock it again! Luckily, he made us 2 spare keys right on the spot after the second time, lol. Would recommend this business to anyone! Fantastic job!

I needed Josh to finish setting locks on my new house. He was able to come out in a timely manner and was able to installed, set, and corrected some poorly work from Lubbock Lock & Key. I was very impress with his experience and skills as a locksmith. Josh provided excellent service, and I now have a Locksmith for life. I highly recommend Josh, if you need a locksmith Josh would be the one you should call. Very skillful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to work with!

I needed to rekey the whole house after my car (with house key) was stolen. Lock Pro was on it. Came as soon as he could. Was super efficient, professional, and friendly. I hope I never have to call him again, but I would in a nanosecond. Please my Lubbock friends, call Lock Pro first!

Totally was that person who managed to lock my dog in the car while it was running. Don't ask. But I called The Lock Pro and they responded quickly and effectively. Once they arrived and began, it was less than 3 minutes before I was sitting back in my car. The pupper was okay and I was still able to make a meeting. These guys are worth their weight in gold!

Very honest, drove from New mexico to lubbock and forgot the keys to our 2017 suburban. Called the lock pro and he made us a key and got us home at very. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company. Called about 6 other locksmiths to assist with an urgent lock replacement before finding this company. The others didn't answer or were closed and one told me they would call me right back but didn't. After wasting all this time, I finally found this company. They were able to schedule me in right away and the quality of the service and new door lock they installed were top notch. The tech was also incredibly professional, clearly knew his stuff, and seemed trustworthy. All the things you want and expect from a company doing this kind of work. This is our new go to for this work in the future. And I'm happy to provide this review after everything I went through trying to find help.

I called almost every popular company in Lubbock and got either an excuse or no answer at all. I found The Lock Pro and he answered immediately and met me within 20 minutes! He was extremely efficient, fast and super nice, also very affordable I won t give my money to anyone else! The best in Lubbock, I d recommend him to everyone I know! THANK YOU!

Having locked myself out of the house with no backup plan, I gave these guys a call. Josh showed up and began working through how to get the doors open. With a lot of ingenuity and the right tools, he was able to gain access for me and my dog. Kudos to Josh and The Lock Pro for rescuing me! These are the folks to call if you ever find yourself locked out of the house.

Hello, I lost my keys today so I googled lock smiths and came across The Lock Pro. I made the call gave my information and about 20 minutes he was driving up. He looked at the locks and in about 15 minutes I had my new keys in hand I was a happy camper. The service is fast ,professional , friendly and quality work. So if your in need of a locksmith call ( The Lock Pro ) and you will be another satisfied customer.

On January 20th, The Lock Pro unlocked my car within an hour for a fraction of the price of the other locksmiths in Lubbock.Joshua (the locksmith) was extremely professional. He exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond with high-quality service. I'll refer him to anybody in a heartbeat!
