This is the best Take 5 in town. I drive from North Lubbock to come to this specific location. Moe the manager and Matt make it such a smooth experience and don t make me feel dumb for not knowing stuff about my car! Jessika and Amanda are so incredible at giving me knowledge about my car and how to take care of it. Every time I come here I feel so taken care of and I genuinely enjoy the people who work here. They deserve all the credit!

I was treated very good. The techs let me know what they were doing every step by step. My only issue was the price increase. I might have to find a different place to get my oil change. With everything going up in prices. I have to cut costs in some things. It sucks because I like Take 5. But sometimes you just have to do changes.

Quick professional service. The manager Robert had specific knowledge on my vehicle on walking me through resetting the maintenance needed warning. Nice touch so that I didn t have to pull around the corner and figure it out myself. The veteran discount was greatly appreciated as well!

The cost these days for an oil change is ridiculous, no matter where you go. Take 5 is no exception to this, but they do have a Jessika that works for them and she at least makes the oil change experience pleasant. She's very kind and polite and explains everything that needs to be done, but without being pushy. She's a great employee.

The people working here were fun, great sense of humor! Professional service done quickly, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their job. Ryan, you re still ugly! Just kidding, great place to get an oil change!

The oil change and the attention to detail was really outstanding. I ve been to other locations and never had my windshield cleaned before BUT on the flip side of that it left a film on my windshield. When I went to use my washer fluid it didn t clean it off it made it worse. My theory is that the water that was used to fill my fluid tank had something in it creating the film. Now unfortunately it makes it difficult to see at night when cars are coming toward me. This is not exactly a reason to not go back there again, just something letting the employees know that this is happening.

Went to Take 5 for an oil and filter change for my Nissan Titan. I was greeted immediately. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. They took care of my oil and filter change plus checked all my fluids along with my tire pressure. They also noticed that my state inspection was due and took care of that as well. Will definitely be back to get my truck taken care of there! Thank you to the Take 5 oil change team in Lubbock, Texas!

Take 5 is and has been the only place I will go for an oil change. Not just because of the quality of work (which is always great) they do but the employees that I see when I go. Everybody is always professional, hardworking with a positive attitude. Faith was who took care of me. And she did so professionally along with everybody else that worked by her side. 5/5 star review. Will always return.

Friendly, fast service and did all the steps they claim to do. Had recently been somewhere else and they did NOT check tires or add washer fluid even tho it said they did on receipt so very grateful Take5 does everything they say they do! Will be back! Manager is super nice too!

Faith is a very attentive employee. She acts like she enjoys her job. She upsold me on the oil, and made it seem like it was my idea I didn t mind. She absolutely knows what she s doing. Thanks for great service.

My service was good. Faith pointed out to me that the previous person before her jammed my car filter into my car and it was unusable. She did however give me a discount but i believe it would ve been fair if she replaced it free of charge because prior I had no idea until it was pointed out to me.

The Manager Faith jumped in to replace my passenger rear light. She had a great attitude and so did the rest of the staff. I would recommend this location to services anywhere from an oil change to a replacement light.

A really good crew at the 82nd & Aberdeen location: fast, efficient, friendly. Got an oil change & new wiper blades. Faith, the assistant manager, came over to ask if was well taken care of & I told her the technicians had performed a very good job.

Great customer service! Felt welcomed as a college girl who doesn t know much about cars but, Faith explained to me everything. I have only good things to say. Moe serviced my car last week and did an excellent job. Jessica and Faith checked on me also to make sure everything went well. I think everyone in that building has waited on me at some point. I will continue to use Take 5 Oil Change.

It was super quick and took no time at all, I was able to knock out an oil change and state inspection in less than 20 minutes. All the technicians were super polite and very informative. I would go back again!

Best customer service. This location is so friendly and the manager makes it a point to make sure we are satisfied with the service. Always feel like my car is being taken of. They ask before replacing something and not take it upon themselves before doing it. Great place!

So I'm used to the old Boltons price and more recently the prices at Wal-Marts car care centers, but I really needed to leave town on time and I didn't want to leave my car because my pets were inside, and they were so fast and super nice! It was worth the extra money for the fast and friendly service!! They stay in the cold so you don't have to.

Before I even got to drive in I was given a bottle of water . So very friendly and kind and welcoming you with a smile. Great service . I will never go to another location because of the service I got . Thank you Ashton, Matt never saw Zach or Dylan but thank you for a wonderful service. I will be back!

Best Oil Change Experience Ever!! Pulled up and got a cold bottle of water handed to me. They were really quick with the oil change and checked everything for me and asked if I wanted things changed and weren t pushing things that weren t needed. Went in for my state inspection. No complaints took about 10-15 mins from pull in to pull away. $7I also sent my sister there and told her to just get her state inspection done and that she didn't need anything else. She knows next to nothing about cars and had to call me and ask if she needed her coolant changed out because she felt they were pressuring her to do so. $100 service btw. They never even opened my hood. Why did they open hers? I don't appreciate the way they treated her. It sounds to me like they were trying to take advantage of her lack of knowledge.
