I have zero complaints about the staff or service. Service was fast, and the staff was nice and respectful. But, please beware!!! I have a 2023 Nissan rogue , and just got my oil changed here for the first time maybe a month ago vs going to my dealership as I have usually done. I am currently in Dallas and my car started to stall on the highway. Forcing me to pull over and warning me that my vehicle reduced my power due to an engine malfunction. As I waited to have my car towed, the gentleman asked me what happened, and I informed him of the warning and recent oil change. he asked where I went. Not even allowing me to finish my sentence, he asked if I went to Take 5. He said that this happens often with vehicles who have recently gotten their oil change there. After sharing this experience, other people local to Lubbock have said they had similar problems. I can only hope nothing is wrong with my car, and tell others to just be safe and go to your dealership or at least do extensive research on where you decide to go. Take 5 charged me more than my dealership did, and now my money is wasted. I m very sad and disappointed with my first time experience.

The young man that helped me was so nice and so professional. I was trying to Pair my phone and I could not get it done and he asked me if I wanted him to do it and he fixed my phone in about 30 seconds. He was great. The oil change was very quick. I probably was not in there over 10 minutes.

The team finished my oil change and changed out my wiper blades in a little less than 15 min. They were very friendly and professional. They made sure to show me my clean oil at the appropriate level on the dipstick after changing out the oil. I love the convenience of this location and that I don't have to get my kids out of the car. Thank you for excellent service!

The gentlemen working Sunday were amazing! Offered us a drink, let us know about our options, got my car all fixed up and ready for the road! Will be coming back and recommending to friends and family!

Very good service. Friendly and cheerful staff greet you and hand you a water. Explain everything and share info regarding coolant and wiper blades. Quick and easy. Appreciate the service so much!

Best place to get an inspection or oil change in Lubbock. The manager Dustin is second to none and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. If you want quick and honest service, this is the place to come.

Quick approach and acknowledgment greeting when I arrived. Excellent customer service and speedy service that got me in and out in a timely manner, all while helping out other customers as well. Very satisfied with my visit and oil change. I will gladly return back to this location. Thank you!

Didn't tighten my charge pipe to my throttle body correctly causing me to have to resort to doing mx on the side of the road by myself with one 7/16th wrench. Luckily I had one. Aside from that, service was quick and I am grateful for that.

I love how you guys have 2-3 employees at the beginning to spray down the vehicles and 2-3 dryers. Unlike the other car washes. Thats why I ll keep coming to you guys.

I love the staff at Take 5. Always professional and courteous. I am disabled so it's awesome not to have to get out of my vehicle while they change my oil. They do NOT high pressure you into doing anything. They will tell you what they offer and the price and THEN ask if you're interested. It's fine if you say no. Your vehicle is in their system so you can go to any location to have them check your oil, fluid levels etc and top them off for free if they're low! Again, as a disabled widow, this is an awesome service. They always offer you something to drink and I'm in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. I'm a customer for life.Service: Oil change

Was in and out very quick but they were very thorough. Offered me a water. Gave me options and were not pushy about getting the priciest option. The guy that charged me has excellent customer service and I wish all places were this easy and professional as they were!

Getting my oil change here was a breeze!! The staff greeted me with a smile and offered me a cold drink of my choice while my vehicle was being serviced. They were very informative and even offered a few safely tips. While my oil was being changed, I told Lukas to make sure to clean the old oil around the filter and oil pan so as to not have an oil stain on my clean garage floor. 15 minutes after arriving home, there was a 3 inch in diameter oil stain on my garage floor. Also the service report given to me shows windshield cleaned, tires checked, air filter clean, washer fluid filled and NONE of these were performed. Take Five # 0441.

I have to come on here and thank skeetskeet. I m driving to maker street for some free air on my drivers side back tire. Only to see that take five doors are open . I think great it s closer and I can have it done right. As I make around to the open doors, they begin to close, closing time. I hate honking but I do as to get one s attention . The door continues to close. It s about 7pm. I throw my car in park and jump out to see if they will open. And the sweetheart of a guy does.he says sure come in I ll air you up. Now my car won t shift out of park!!! After a minute pinching my shifter will all my night trying to get it out of park, skeet skeet comes out in freezing temp asks me to shut car of then on. Nothing. He asks me to open my hood y all!!! Lord knows there wasn t anything he can do, but that s not even the point. Him ACTING that he cares is enough for me. I hate to keep him passed his closing hours and I ask if air reaches where I am he says yes. He doesn t only put air in tire that was low. He proceeds to put air in all my tires. I figure I can get aired up he can close garage doors and I ll figure out what I m gonna do with at least some air in my tires. As he s putting air im fighting with my shifter and get it to shift!!! I steadily hold my foot on the brakes as he finishes up. Thank you skeet skeet!! It s guys like you that make an old gal like me pretty sappy and restores my faith in this younger generation. There is hope yall!! Ur the best skeet!
