Good service, wish they provided prices online ahead of time. Coupons available online. They filled my tires and cleaned my windshield at the end of it which was a nice touch.

Was here for over 25 minutes waiting on an oil change and they never got started on me! Mind you there were over 7 workers and only 3 vehicles there I Was there before a few vehicles and started on them and before me . When I drove off they never bothered in telling me how much longer I had to wait. Jiffy Lube is much faster!

Excellent service. When I tell you the staff 2/17/24 went above and beyond assisting me with what my car needed before we got on to the hwy. The Teamwork was awesome. The service was fantastic and we left with two working headlights shining bright like a diamond!! Thankyou All :)

Customer service was top notch the only draw back was they were super busy and short staffed made the wait a bit long. So kudos to the three staff members that got the job done.

I was there for a vehicle inspection. After driving up they came out immediately and almost immediately they had me drive in. It only took a few minutes and they were done. I appreciate their service and timely inspection.

Wonderful manager! He went and got an air filter from another store so I didn t have to worry about changing it later or forgetting about it. Great service.

To Take 5 CarWash. I am a long time member but I ve got to move on from you guys because these deficiencies are now consistent:- poor job of pre-wash brushing. Staff effort is poor. Does not remove road grime.- no towel dryers. It used to differentiate you.- large number of vacuums either clogged and/ or attachments come off- tumbleweed growth next to drive in lane scratch car side as you drive through.

I had a good experience staff was very friendly but there were only two on duty which for that reason I did not receive the full treatment that is offered for an oil change I had to ask for my tires pressure to be checked . So management needs to do a better job with staffing

So far take five has been take15 lol they tell you to stay in your car to kill you from being exhaustion it's a trap LOL will keep you posted since the beginning of the post we are now on take 20Update I walked to the nearest AutoZone bought the oil and filter came back changed my own oil and they still haven't noticed take 40 lolThere are people behind me leaving their motors running to be so young and naive however the 1 word that has been spoken to me was not a cuss word so I'll leave the star for now

Went by for inspection sticker , was going well added wipers just to make it worth there while . Found they had pulled up the wrong info on our company van that is a Ford Transit and we are not on a fleet service like they assumed . Still going good they get it corrected and I go back to our shop and find that they messed up again, same mistake pulling a vin for a 2004 Ford excursion, apparently they don t know the difference between it and a ford transit. No big deal go back to get it corrected, they send same person back to correct it and he is angry with me because he messed up and can t read . Then I showed him the vin and how they were different. He proceeded to snatch the paperwork from me and said he used the sticker on windshield for vinBut guess what it still was not a vin for a 2004 Ford excursion VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THERE SERVICE AND WILL NOT RETURN AND SUGGEST OUR COMPANY NOT USE THEM EITHER.

Make sure you know the specifics on the oil your asking for. I told him, "Rotella synthetic blend." He said, "T4" . I advised I didn't know the number, but wanted the synthetic blend. I didn't get the blend.When I don't use the synthetic blend, the mileage decreases by 2 MPG. So now I'm headed to the parts.house then the bar-ditch to do it right.
