We have taken our cars to Williams Auto every time something goes wrong. They have always found the problem & repaired our cars. They are honest & very dependable. We were always explained what the problem was and what it took to fix the car. Repairs were very reasonably priced. I would recommend Williams Auto Repair. Call them, make an appointment !

We've been using Williams for 6 years now. We've always been 100% fully satisfied every time! Its so nice to take your car somewhere where you fully trust the work and people. They're great, they're prices and they're work is great!! We recommend Williams anytime everytime!!

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and find this company to be professional and honest. I had an oil change done by a local company and they forgot to put some of the parts back when they finished. Shane was honest and took a picture of the issue. I just appreciate Williams Auto Repair.

I started using Williams Auto Repair at the recommendation of a coworker, and I have had repairs done there to several cars. Every time it has been done quickly, and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my pickup in to get it fixed because it wouldn t start. Told them I thought it was the starter. They called me back and told me my engine was froze. Had no explanation other than oh it just happens sometimes which isn t an explanation. Engines don t just freeze like that without any warning and with plenty of oil. Took my pickup to a different mechanic and he replaced the starter. My pickup runs fine now. Nearly cost me $5,000-$7,000 minimum for a new engine and I would have had the exact same issue when the problem was a $300 starter. Never going back to Williams.

My 75 year old mom and I got stranded just outside of Vernon when the engine on our 2003 Dodge Caravan shut down while driving. $200 tow job to a $160 hotel (the only one the tow driver would take us to), and then twelve hours spent in a local dealership service center who told us "it was beyond repair. Too unsafe to even allow us to legally leave the dealership in" it ""IF"" it would start:, and suggested we either buy a car from them or cough up $2,500 for diagnostics to find out how much the repair would really cost. They even called my insurance company and tried to get them to pay the $2,500 diagnostics so they could "help me with the down payment."Lucky for me, my dad lives in Lubbock and had a trailer to tow me in. He took my van to Williams Auto Repair and all I can is, they are angels from Heaven <3 They got me totally up and running again in a single day and for a whopping $306. It was a sensor or something electrical. Those creeps in Vernon are shysters! I am so grateful and so blessed to have found Williams Auto Repair.

Justin and Shane are the only mechanics I would ever trust when it comes to auto repair. My family and I have used them for years and would recommend anyone having car troubles to use them.
