Zach gave me a tow all the way from Idalou to Lubbock and he did a very good job. He got there 30 minutes early, and drove very safe. 10/10 reccomend.

I would highly recommend Zack for great service! When I requested a tow service he answered that call in a timely manner, upon arrival he greeted me and was friendly and approachable. He was respectful and careful with my car and made my unfortunate situation less stressful. I wish for more Zacks in all dealings of customer service. Great Job Zack!

There was a miscommunication on the service to bill my insurance. That upset me but I am not faulting them just upset me.Zack was awesome. He stayed in contact with me from pick up to drop off. Zack works hard to make the customer happy and is very professional. Zack does a great job and is an asset to his company.

Zach was awesome! Very responsive and got my Jeep home fast. The tire fell off while I was driving on the highway, and he even helped get it on a jack when he got here. Definitely would recommend them anytime you need a tow!

Zackery helped me figure out what was wrong with my car super fast and took me to the gas station to fill it up! He was very kind and professional.Thanks to Zackery I didn t have to take my car to an unnecessary auto shop and waste hours of my time.

The guy hauling down highway 114 at 7:30am flipping people off riding everyone s bumper doing 85 and 90 down the highway. You don t have no business driving like that putting everybody around you in danger. The wrecks already happened. You re not going to bring car back to life.

These guys are heros! We were wagon training home to central Texas from Laramie Wyoming. Broke down in Lubbock Saturday evening around 8pm. They came out, held the vehicle until Sunday morning so I could arrange a Uhaul tow package. Helpes load the trailer and we were back on road by 11am Sunday. Good people!!!

*PUBLIC WARNING*We parked at the Overton Park shopping center in the Torchy s Taco parking lot on Saturday 11/18/23. We spent several hours there eating before the TTU football game. We also were patrons of End Zone liquor and Braum s. We spent several hundred dollars at the shopping Center. The signage at the center states that parking is only for paying customers . I would consider that to be paying customers . But the tow company actually has someone sitting out there watching for people to come back to their vehicles and then leave.This is a definite money grab and an abuse of power. My family ended up having to pay over $900 to recover 3 vehicles. This was an expensive day on top of what we spent trying to enjoy Texas Tech game day. Please don t allow this to happen to you!

They take great care of me for heavy Wrecker tows. I really appreciate south plains wrecker. It always stinks when i have to tow my big trucks, but they at least they make it a little better with great service.Thank you

Towing company was recommended by the repair shop that's currently working to give me an estimate, they told me it would be 25-30 minutes and within that time they showed up! The guy was very professional! If I ever need another tow in Lubbock I'm calling these guys! Highly recommended!

Had an incident where several vehicles were wrongfully towed at Overton shopping center. I would recommend everyone stay away from these crooks and give your business to a reputable company!

Thank Brian for all his work! We called later in the day and even with a crazy day he had he was super nice and respectful. Me being a younger female it s common to not be respected in the car industry, but Brian was there for every detail of moving my car. He even offered to keep it at his house overnight because the place we towed it too was not with full safety over night. We will be using Brian from now on any issue we have because it was fantastic service.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

My sons truck lower control arm snapped and his truck was immobile. My roadside assistance contacted South Plains Towing and the day was saved by Zach. Not only was he extremely helpful and patient, her was extremely courteous and professional during the whole interaction. If I ever need towing service again, I am calling ZACH to assist me and my family from this day forward. He told me he got me and his word was good!
