After experiencing electrical issues with our newly purchased RV, we pulled into RV Pro. Brady greeted us immediately and assured us that they would figure out the problem and have us back on the road in no time. In about 45 minutes he was right. Adam assessed the problem, fixed it, and we were on our way home. We would highly recommend RV Pro to anyone who has a problem with their RV. Very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced.

Brady and Steve are awesome RV techs and really know their stuff.First, and most important, they're honest and they'll save you money where they can without skimping. We've had two different RVs repaired with them and they've done great work at a fair price both times. They've replaced an AC, fixed body work from blowouts, repaired slide damage and repaired our furnace. I highly recommend RV Pros for any type of RV repair work.

Unbelievable customer service and length of time to repair and or service is outstanding. I used them for the first-time last year to replace my awning, coach battery, and have a loveseat installed in place of the dinette. It only took ten days from drop off to pick up and that included ordering, receiving, and installing! They did a superb job. I took it in for general maintenance this year before planning any trips to check for any leaks, AC, roof, service generator, LP, jacks, water heater,... I dropped it off about 10 am and picked it up that same day about 4 pm. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We do a lot of business with Precision Auto, and when we needed work done on our RV, this is where we were sent. Our initial appointment went very well! Hopefully, they can take care of all our trailer's needs.

Okay yall, this is the place I'll go to FROM NOW ON!!I'm full-time in a 38ft 5er and the man who works the desk at the front is my hero!! I've been fulltime for over 5yrs and I've learned waaayyy too much about what can and will go wrong in an RV. I've bought parts online and at a couple of local places and now I won't go anywhere else! This man answers ALL my silly questions ( they aren't silly to me at the time of course) and has NEVER ONCE treated me like a 'dumb Ole girl'! He doesn't try to up-sell or push stuff on me that I don't need. He's honest and I appreciate that. I haven't had a need for service yet but these are the people I'll call if it comes up. There's a couple places here that sell parts and RV's that have been here for a minute that I now don't trust AT ALL. Both are located off I27 and near the Loop and I don't recommend either of them anymore. Call these guys if you need help.

Great service and really nice guys. I'm passing through the area and they were able to fit me in despite being short-handed. They fixed my water leak and found that I didn't have a propane leak but I did have some mice that I wasn't aware of. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for RV service.

I had a good friend of mine tell me about Brady and Steve and their business, RV Pro. I called and they did some major work to my toy hauler. They added another ac unit and did some electrical work. The job they did was excellent. I would highly recommend giving them a call before going to another outfit. They are fair and they will know you by name! Great business and great people.

I brought my camper into Brady's and Steve's store to have a new hot water heater and by-pass valve put in it. The guys were very transparent with the cost and let me modify my order half way through the installation by adding an on/off switch for the heater to the inside part of the camper. They showed me the combination of the valve system and answered all my questions. When I tried out the by-pass valves the following weekend, one of them didn't work properly. When I called them about it, they told me to bring it in and immediately addressed the issue, by making an adjustment to the valve system at no cost. I was in and out in about an hour, didn't even have to unhook the camper from the truck, and they tried out the by-pass system to make sure it worked properly. As long as they are around, I will always take my repair needs to RV Pro Parts and Service.Thank you Brady and Steve!Service: Electrical

The guys at RV pro did a great shop repairing my RV. I brought it in and gave them list of several items that needed fixing. They were all very professional every step of the way. Every item on the list was fixed to my satisfaction. They even got my hot water heater fixed so we will have hot water for the first time in our camper. I shopped the price around and discovered that RV Pro is the cheapest in town and much more customer service oriented than the "Big Name Shops"Thanks RV Pro!

I took my RV to RV Pros after a shop in the Houston area was unable to repair it correctly. I met with Brady who was outstanding to work with, he listened to the issue and was able to communicate it to the technician. Mark the technician is the most dedicated have ever dealt with, that is saying alot as I worked in auto dealerships as a technician for 20 years. Mark was over the top knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to repair my problem, that a big city shop could not repair. I have the the utmost respect for how hard these guys worked to get my motorhome repaired, and I would completely recommend RV Pro Parts and Service! Thanks Mark, Brady, Steve and the whole crew!!

FOLLOW UP TO PREVIOUS REVIEW. When we had the carburetor inspected again before we had it replaced it turned out it was fine. Bravo to the company we went with for being honest and telling us it was working fine. Also there was no issue with mother board for the awning. The fact that you charged $140 for a whole hour to put weather stripping on one small area plus the weather stripping cost is so excessive. So all in all our RV wasn't in need of the costly repairs. If you need honest work go to Caprock RV repair or even camper world. To the owner of RV pro parts we were told you had your top mechanic check our RV out maybe you need to question what type of people are working for you because now you have questionable practices. I am requesting you refund the majority of the "diagnostics" you charged us for. It was dishonest and if it was not your intention Brady then follow up and make this right.Previous review: I went off reviews and it seemed stellar. They were busy and we wanted the work done by end of July for a family trip some of our elderly family members. After almost 2 weeks they contacted us and told us our generator needed a carburetor and the AC needed to be cleaned. They were also to replace a mother board on our awning. We wanted to price the carburetor and they told us the price was 580 and told us they didn't know the part number. We decided to go with another company. Before we could get our rv back they charged us over $600 for diagnostics and a weather strip added to a slide out. The weather stripping was listed as $24. They added all the hours for diagnostics. We are well aware of what diagnostics cost just from previous experience and we knew this seemed outrageous. We went to TWO other places and they immediately looked at the generator and had a part ordered for $130 and they diagnosed in less than 2 hours and they all stated they knew this place and in fact some worked for them. Both places said they were well aware that this business overcharges and their mechanics purposely charge up on the work hours. They also said they regularly get clients who had bad experiences with them. They all apologized and stated that diagnostics should never cost $600. We showed them the receipt and they were absolutely disgusted. The new shop was busy but they made time to look and quickly see the issues. I wanted to write this review so that no one else makes the mistake of coming here. This company quoted $2200 just for labor to change the generator carburetor, clean the AC and do the switch for an awning. This did not include parts. Again the other shops could not believe what they were charging and said "they are crooks for trying to charge this" Do not go here they appear professional but their charging practices are questionable. I propose they make this right and charge what the other shops quoted of just above $200. Of course when someone has your keys and you try to talk to them reasonably their attitude was "this is how we make money" apparently it's by shady business practices.

RV Pros is the best choice in or around Lubbock. They get the job done fast and at a reasonable price. Brady is great to work with and understands all aspects of RVs. Had an issue with bad batteries discovered on the morning of leaving on a long trip. Brady got right on the problem and an hour later we were on our way. We are really thankful they have opened in Lubbock. When Billy Sims (where we had relied on Brady for service) sold to Camping World, we were at a loss of where to get our motorhome serviced. Thank goodness Brady and Pete opened RV Pros.

During the worst storm seen in decades in this area my slide froze in the extended position. Brady and the gang brought me directly into an open bay and allowed the coach to thaw out while giving me shelter from the storm. An hour later I was back on the road with my slide fully operational and my faith in human nature fully restored. Thank you Brady and all the folks atRV Pro for turning what could have been a highly dramatic event into an almost relaxing non event. If you are in the Lubbock area in distress or just passing through, stop in and say hello to the good folks at RV Pro.

T's RV's customer service was top notch. I couldn't get anyone to winterize my RV. Called the dealership where I got it but was told they are backed up for 3 weeks and will not be able to accomodate me. I called another local RV repair guy and was told the same thing. I was desperate as the temperature had dropped below freezing the day before and will be the same the next day. I finally found T's RV and called them. Like I said, top notch customer service. They got me in and out of there in a little over an hour. They guys were very courteous, professional and respectful. Wish I had known you guys earlier. I now know where to go for my RV needs. I am one highly satisfied customer and highly recommends them for all your RV needs.

I was traveling the across the country, we stopped for the night in Lubbock. unhooked from the truck and the landing gear froze up. I called a local mobile RV repairman and was told he was so busy it would be a week before he could get to me. I called T's RV repair at 9AM and they had someone out to look at my 5th wheel by 11. They told me they would have to order the parts but thought they would get them in the morning. I got a call later that afternoon that they would have the parts and out to install them in the morning. The RV park that I was staying let me stay there one more night and I had to be out by noon. That morning they showed up and installed the parts and I was back on the road by 12:30T's don't have a mobile repair but came and took care of me. THANK YOU! great service, I recommend them to anyone

The employees are great. We took our Motorhome in after an awful blowout that even blew out our floor. They answered all our questions, showing us lots of things we did not know about our motorhome. We did have to return the motorhome when we found some additional problems, but they were extremely quick to take care of our Motorhome & get it right back to us.
