I am so thankful we found Roy s for our collision needs. It was already a stressful situation but, Roy s has great communication and skills in reconstructing our car. We appreciate the kindness, talent and convenient location.

This was my 2nd time using Mr.Roy's body shop and I couldn't be more pleased... he is a great man and I thank God there are still people and places like his that are not trying to rob you blind and take advantage of people. He fixed my car in a good amount of time, washed and cleaned the inside and I was very pleased with the outcome he even fixed something for me he didn't have to at no extra charge ! I will definitely refer anyone and everyone to him. And I hope I don't need to but if I do this will be my go to Always ! Thank you again so much ! Roy took my destroyed car and made it look brand new. He painted it for free along with several other things on top of already giving me a huge discount. I would not recommend anyone else in lubbock except roy. Amazing work. He also cleans the interior and exterior of the car when he works on it.

The owner showed up at the scene of my accident and removed my bumper and took it with him so I wasn't stuck on the side of the road waiting for a wrecker. He would not allow me to pay him. He showed up in literally less than 5min! I will definitely use this business in the future!

Roy is awesome and everyone there did a great job on my car. I had minimal damage on my car and now it looks like nothing ever happened. They even finished the job in only 2 days, a few less than estimated. Will definitely go here again if I need any work done on my car.

I haven't had an accident that was my fault for around 50 years, but Roy's is my preferred body shop even when someone else is paying for it. I started going to him when my car needed painting and his was the least expensive body shop to do that. I have been going to Roy's now for around 20 years.

Don't expect to get any service. I called first and was told just to bring my car in and he would take a look at it and give me an estimate. So I did and he wasn't even there for an hour. A complete waste of my lunch break.
