I had an RV emergency and Rocky's had the answer. My arrival didn't coincide with business hours, but Rocky came into the shop two hours early to help me out. Definitely went above and beyond. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Rocky!!

We bought a used RV from this swindler and at first it looked good. It did not have the shackels for a weight distribution hitch so he said he would buy one for us. He did but if you have been doing this for this long you would check the weight first. He bought a six hundred pound hitch for a trailer that had a tongue weight of nearly 1100 pounds. There were many other things wrong and all he did was blame his employees. The two big things are we told him about the window in the bedroom won't latch closed. He said he would fix it but didn't and in the process of delivering it to us it broke on the highway and we now have no window. The other thing is he changed the door latch and now over a month later is still refusing to give us the keys. There were other things also like the furnace not working, a propane leak, mold and mildew. He is a crook doesn't look at or check out the RV first and doesn't keep his word. Do not buy anything from this guy. He is refusing to talk to us or give us the keys for the trailer so, he is stealing and should be put out of business.Everything he said in his response is a lie. He did but a hitch and said he would return it but we never saw any money returned to us in any form. He did not install the water heat he just removed the old one and never even hooked up the new one. We never got the keys for the trailer and he hasn't done anything about the window he said he would replace. He did offer to return take the trailer back but had nothing to offer us at the time and we live in our trailer full time and he knew at the point of sale. He delayed us getting the trailer promising he would fix things and clean it up but never kept his word which made us stay in a hotel longer. We are waiting on a window either for him to buy it and send it to us or gives us a check to buy one ourselves.

We purchased an Rv from them for my son that just graduated college and ended up with an RV payment on a used trailer and within a year the floor fell out. And they will not take care of it. So basically they buy used campers and patch them and sell. Would not recommend ever.

This review is coming extremely late as I did not realise I posted this review to other websites (Facebook marketplace, etc.) and not Google reviews itself, and I m on my way back to Texas and was gonna call and check in with this group (which is why showed me I didn t post a review here)Chris, his family, and staff on site, were extremely sweet to me back in December 2021 and got me my very first travel trailer for college (pictures included) and it was a good price and even though it had some issues at sale, their lead mechanic and Chris did a phenomenal job fixing up a majority of everything, and even checked in regularly during my first few weeks in college to make sure that I was safe and my travel trailer was an operating condition!I was very very very happy with my service and I look forward to working with them again in the future!Also on a sidenote these individuals are more than willing to go the extra step/above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. So ABSOLUTELY purchase from them!

Horrible experience all around was told they would deliver it for free.(i have the email). He didn t disclose all the problems drove 5 hours to see him when he knew we were coming and didn t even have the rv ready. We got quoted 9-10k for a roof repair that he did not disclose(the guy who inspected it after we found the leak(Texas doesn t rain so it was 2 months after we got it that we found out) told us this was from the previous owner and that he recommends suing). The rv has mold and has made myself along with my girlfriend extremely sick and along with our animals.

This is me & my husbands 1st RV camper trailer. We took the time searching for the perfect RV & little did we know we also found the perfect place! Very friendly, family oriented, keep their word, & the owner explained, educated us, was very detailed and most important honest! Whether you are buying for the 1st time an RV or not we definitely recommend to buy from this company. Thank you Chris & family.

Absolutely loved doing business with these guys! Family owned and operated. They had no issues waiting on me to get to Lubbock for a couple days after financing was complete. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and did everything I asked for to have my camper ready to go through and pick up! Started out with a pop up but we will be back to trade up one day!!

We bought a pop-up camper to get back into camping. Very happy with the service we were given. All our questions were answered. If you're looking for a rv or need maintenance Rocky's is the place to go, fast service!!!

Imagine the worst RV experience you can imagine black tank, toilet, water damage in the walls along with mold and mildew, causing my girlfriend to go to the ER twice and had to miss work this Christopher fella is the devil in disguise Enough saidYOU'VE BEEN WARNED

I needed help with an appraisal for a travel trailer, so that I could get a title for it. Chris came in the day after Thanksgiving and helped me get what I needed. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Rocky s Auto and RV Center due to their customer service.
