Well to start off, these guys are awesome!! They helped in any way possible, I got into a bind and they didn t turn me away.. there s no words to express my gratitude! Thanks :) highly recommended

This place is great if you're in need of new tires but can't afford to pay for all four of them at once. They have an excellent payment plan and extremely reasonable priced payments. The people that work here are very nice, professional and very helpful. If you want rims and tires this is the place to go. I have included a screen shot of their flyer containing more details on the services they offer.

Took my car there yesterday to get my tire patched, they took my tire off and couldn t fix the problem so put the tire back on I guess in a complete rush and did a horrible job. Messed 3/5 of my studs and lug nuts up that Discount Tire could not remove because RNR stripped them. Now it s costing me a fortune just to get a tire removed that they removed and replaced yesterday. Nice people but don t recommend.

Actually fixed the issue and care to look into issue instead of pushing it off like south location i defiantly going to keep my business at north location honest truthful and dont beat around the bush

Took in my vehicle and bought tires, the maintenance and upkeep is just as promised! They always take great care of me, the Manager is remarkable keeps me safe in my SUV and helped me with my air pressure gauges that kept malfunctioning! Gracias! Recommend RNR to anyone needed tire service!

I will ONLY ever go to RNR Tire! I used them when I lived in Beaumont, TX, and I was so excited to see that they have two here in Lubbock. I went to the North University location and was welcomed and everyone was so nice and friendly. Ryan talked with me about what I wanted and showed me everything they had that would fit my car. It's nice to see a tire and wheel place have your best interests at heart and work with you to make sure you are happy. Definitely recommend this co.oany and Ryan!

These guys are awesome! Go check out RNR Tire Express for all your wheel and tire needs! They definitely helped me out! Great customer service, I took my 11 month old son in with me and they didn't mind his occasional screams and other loud noises that he chooses to make! Everyone here was very friendly and helpful! I was in and out super quick!

They offer roadside assistance and they even bring you gas if you run out. They also have great tires made my car look nice

If I could give this place no stars I would. My grandfather had a payment arrangement with them for Wednesday. My grandfather passed away on Friday. These people went and took the tires off his car left his car on bricks the lugnuts were all over the street. We got no phone call that they were going to pick up the tires. My mom just got done with the burial of my grandfather to come home and see the car on bricks. He was always on time with his payments makes no sense. Then the manager was no where to be found. Told us 2x that he was on His way he never showed up

Jonah sat down with me, figured out what would work for my car and my budge. He was able to get me an amazing set of rims and tires for an excellent price!! Highly recommend. Definitely using him for all tire needs!!

Manager (Elijah) at this place needs a different position like being out in the shop! I returned the wheels to them 2 weeks ago and they are still trying to pull money from my account. After talking with the manager a week and a half ago he only had to say I'm human I'll make sure they don't take money from your account. Fast forward till today another week after talking with the manager. They still try to pull from my accoubt and even came and left a note on my door to come pay them. For what for your gas to drive to my house for no reason. I do not recommend this place if you need tires on a payment plan find another place this one does not do their job at all only worried about making a sale and nothing else.

Good experience. They were pretty busy, but they were also very courteous. I came in rushing trying to get out of town and they were still able to accommodate me. While I won t be back because I don t live in the area I would very much recommend them.

Micheal was the best help! Went in a not even 5 minutes we had a rims&tires picked and ready to go! Very patient with helping me understanding everything . 10/10 experience he made it so fast and easy.
