These guys are pretty awesome. Customer service is really good. They are fast and thorough. Explained the options and we came up with a payment plan so I had 4 new tires. I am so happy and very impressed with the service from these guys. Thank you all here for your help.

John was very helpful in getting new tires on to my Toyota. It took one hour to do all four tires. Service was good . Get as good service as Discount tire. In fact, it's better service. You get a lot better offer on the tires.

These guys are the epitome of great customer service! In and out in less than 30 minutes for a flat tire. Got all my tires level and aired up together and I m riding like a brand new car. Thank you guys for the great experience.

R&R tire is best place to get your tire n wheels in the Lubbock area. I been with them for a couple of months and i recently got sick to where I lost my job and was not able work. I called Simon and told him of what I was going through. He then told me to just pay what I could effort until I was able to get back on my feet. I highly recommend R&R for all your tire and wheels.

I had a nail in my tire. They were able to fix it very easily and very quickly and at a good price. Totally better than texas tires. The lady at the front desk was nice.

RNR tires has been a great company to conduct business with. They are very transparent and will explain every question you have in regards to your account/contract. Getting a tire fixed or replaced has been very easy and they ensure that you are happy with their service provided! All the guys there are always happy to help out! Keep up the great work!!!

I have used RNR now for about 5 years. I have bought a couple sets of wheels and a few sets of tires through them. I have used their financing before when I was a little short on cash and have paid in full on most occasions. Their professionalism and knowledge of their product is amazing. I will always go back for my tire and wheel needs. Check them out if you haven't already. They will help you in every way possible.

These guys were great! Super friendly and helpful. They found me the best wheels and tires for my Hummer. All the extra coverage they include in the price can't be beat. This is the 2nd time doing business with them and won't be the last.

Great place. Will be back for future tire needs. Wait time was a little long but still impressive considering only 2 guys in the shop at the time. Caught them a little before closing and they helped me out. Asst GM Gabriel was very helpful and kind customer service.

So yesterday we had a bad blowout. And only by God's grace, my husband made it back home safely. We didn't have a spare because our spare was on the truck already because of a previous blowout that we had a few weeks ago. We called up the guys at RNR Tires to see what our options were. We told them our situation and that our spare was already being used and had no way of getting our truck to the service station. Without missing a beat they offered to drive to our home and put one of their spares on our truck so we could drive it over to the shop. We got there and they took care of us with no issues. We left with four new tires and happy and they received two new clients. They were professional, prompt, and pricing was perfect for our budget. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. If this isn't customer service, then I don't know what is. Thanks to Jeremy, Simon and the rest of the guys, we won't have to worry about tires for a while.If you need tires, RNR Tires is the place to go. You won't be disappointed.

On my second set of rims and tires I just love the customer service and 24/7 roadside service for 2 year after your contract is up yeah there the number 1 when it comes to renting to own wheels and tires

Love RNR, this is my 2nd time using their business. They have been so helpful and cooperative for me each time. I have a 2008 Chevy Tahoe and they helped me replace those first set of tires about 2 years ago. Although they are under new management the customer experience is still amazing! Thanks to Gabe and Matt for talking with me over the phone and I store and taking care of my car and I. After two tire blowouts this time, my original and my spare, and also a free tire alignment the guys are getting me back into safety. The only place I trust to do business with concerning my tires

These guys make it happen. Most places I ve ever bought tires from have to order them, or don t have them in stock, won t sell you the display, etc. RNR has tires and wheels readily available to put on your vehicle right there that day. Great looking wheels and tread meaty enough to keep up with the big name tires. They take pride in their work and have easy payment plans to fit any budget.

I m a returning customer! The people up here are pretty awesome! Matt helped me today! The process was pretty fast and convenient. Had two children under 2 with me and he didn t seem frustrated by them! Overall, a fast, friendly, understanding place!

I am from KC and visiting my grandkids in Clovis. Was in Lubbock to get tires at Sam s Club and my lug key broke. Was sent from one shop to another when it was suggested to go to RnR. Got lost from directions given since I am not from Lubbock and asked Siri for directions. She guided me to this location. As soon as I pulled in I was asked how they could help. I tried to explain what happened and the young man went in the store and got the manager. Long story short, they were able to remove my lug nut then proceeded to mount my tire and got me back on the road for my long drive home. The employees at RnR are some truly amazing folks. With all the stress related to all the things that could go wrong on the road, they went above and beyond. Thank you all for taking exceptional care of me.

I came in to have a hole in my tire checked out. Normally I feel apprehensive that people will try to upsell me things in this type of environment. However, it was quite the opposite. The staff were so friendly, fun, and helpful and were excellent at making me feel incredibly welcome. Specifically, Gabe, Matt, and Simon were amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amazing customer service! They went out of their way to inform me what was wrong with my tire, how it could be fixed, and how to prevent it from happening again in the future. It was also not expensive and very quick, I highly recommend this place

Excellent and friendly individuals, although they never have enough in-shop workers. The times I have been, it's only ever one person working on vehicles. The name should change because the set expectation of 'express' really isn't followed through. They have only fixed flats for me, which seems to be quality work. The downside is they don't use plug patches as the default repair, which is better than just a patch. Would I recommend it? Yes and no, if you need a flat fixed no, discount tire will do it for free with a plug patch everytime. Yes, they have friendly staff and I big selection of aftermarket wheels if that's what you are looking for.

The experience at university location, is times different, compared to the north University location. The customer service and actual time spent waiting on North University had me already deciding to return my tires and seek service through another company. However, the company at the University location was so awesome that not only did I keep my tires but also eager to refer other people I know. The customer service and empathy and actual service was the best set I had ever experienced from a tire rental place. I am even driving an extra 20min just to receive their great services and friendly communication. This store is most definitely a cut above the rest. I m happy to have had this amazing experience. Thank you RNR on University for all that you guys do. Feels like family!

Came in close to closing and desperately needed tires to make a long road trip early in the am. They were extremely helpful and all of them were very friendly. Gabe made the process of financing tires quick and easy and the price was super affordable! Definitely would recommend 10/10

Walked in the gentleman Gabriel was on his game took my info and let me know it would be a small wait but they would get my tire fixed as soon as possible. Only waited 5 minutes and he let me know my car was already back and they would be done soon and have me on my way as soon as they can. Everyone was very nice and great hospitality. Need a flat fixed I highly recommend this place.Amanda Hixon

Went to RNR to fix a flat after discount tire said they couldn't do it! The customer service at RNR was top Notch and I was in and out in less that 30 mins! Phenomenal experience and will definitely be going back!
