The place is just great! Good customer service, they make you feel welcome, and they actually appreciate their customers. Shane is an awesome guy, he's professional, customer service oriented, and knows how to treat his customers. I highly recommend the place if you need tires or wheels and you're in a bind. I also need to add that I am impressed with the technicians, I have been a tire tech in the past for a long time and I don't see tire companies with good techs who take pride in their work except for this place. They mount the tires with precision and actually mount them correctly and even line up the yellow dots to the stems, not many techs know about that. Great job guys! I highly recommend the place.

Second time doing business with rent a wheel. Very professional and got tires put on my truck quickly. Explained all paperwork so I could understand. Highly recommend rent a wheel.

Super helpful staff. Easy to get approved. If you're on a budget and need some new tires you can walk out of there with 4 new tires and rims for 50$.

I have been with Rent A TireSince 2016For all my vehicleNeedsI have to say they treat you like family and give you what you want the prices are great Shane Susan Jennifer n Miguel are the best .. thank you all for always helping me out n putting new rims n tires for my now new suv. Was in desperate need of tires, came in and got service immediately! Miguel, a customer service representative who works here, was extremely helpful and kind. He quoted me a fair price, got me scheduled in and my tires are looking great. I would highly coming here if you need a good price, great service and even better tires!

Absolutely loved the staff! They were all really cool and helped me find the right rims and tires for my car. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for down to earth people to help them find the perfect rims or tires or even both!

The Employee's were very nice but only to get your money. I paid 1000 for tires that only lasted a month. There were not helpful whenever I asked them for help with the prices. Please don't go here. Wal-Mart is so much cheaper and they will help you immensely.

I was in serious need of tires and I made one call to Rent a Tire and within a few minutes Susan and the staff found me exactly what I needed. Great customer service and Susan went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

So we were in dire need of tires. Susan had call me about a week back asking if we were still interested in tires , an she was so understanding over the phone due to me being from out of town. The whole crew was so kind an sweet. They met every need we needed an got us some new tires for our with so many perks to go with it yasssss

Been needing some good wheels I took s chance came to this awesome place and the very helpful very friendly crew here at Rent a Tire helped me to drive away with fresh set of wheels on my caddilac. My husband got a set of wheels for his Cadillac this evening and I must say I loved the place it was friendly they where fast and professional it's always nice to deal with happy faces you guys are awesome at rent a tire I'm hoping to do business with you guys as well real soon . Helped me find the tires that i needed fast without any stress involved. The employees were awesome and very helpful , everyone there make the costumers that walk in the door feel comfortable and at home i would refer this place to friends and family whoever im glad i picked this place to help me get the tires i need and installed.

Exceptional and warm customer service, you can feel the staff here enjoys their job and it was such a fast painless experience! Competitive pricing and as someone who doesn t know much about cars/tires in general they were SO helpful and patient!

They are the best place to get your tires. I have never had any issue with them. As soon as I messed up my tire I called them and they told me to come in right away and they fixed it right then. I will not go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Need some wheels and tires for your car or truck? Then go by 2156. 50th street in Lubbock Texas and visit with Andrew and the guys there. They will take good care of you. I did and within minutes we had come to an agreement with a payment plan to fit my budget. Andrew and the guys and ladies there are an awesome group of people. I'm forever greatfull to them.
