Sold me a used 2004 harley davidson 883c sportster for $15,000 and it's not even worth $5,000 on Kelly blue book. Partially my fault for not doing my research but they will rip you off and over price everything and sell your title to another leasing company and still charge you for the previous leasing company

This place is a joke to say the absolute least. The bike they sold my husband was an absolute pos. Doesn t run. We have had nothing but issues with it.Unprofessional management team. We were told there was a GPS tracking mechanism on the bike then we were told they were going to press charges for altering with said GPS tracking mechanism. Rudy I believe his name is got incredibly upset and started claiming he was a peace officer. They have threatened to repossess the bike multiple times. Absolutely horrible experience overall with the bike and the staff. I suggest you exhaust alllllll other options before purchasing from this place.

Google should have a negative star review because I had issues even giving 1 star. I bought a bike from Red Dirt and my contract was sold to US Auto credit out of Florida for whatever reason. I turned my bike back into Red Dirt 5 months ago. US Auto credit is still contacting me and reporting to the Credit Bureau as delinquent. I called Red Dirt about this and was told that they have over 20 bikes that do not belong to them...so, there are over 20 more people experiencing the same B.S. that I'm dealing with. Looks like Melinda at Red Dirt is pulling a jack move on US Auto credit and putting once good paying customers in the cross fire with both US Auto credit and the Credit Bureau. Red Dirt is definitely trash!!!

I literally cannot believe this just happened red dirt in Florida, Florida leaving my boyfriend hanging with his tag that he paid for so when you call they transfer you to Texas. I spoke with a man named JP who screamed and yelled and cussed me out and told me there was nothing he could do to help me terrible customer service I would never recommend either one of these dealerships I would not recommend dealing with Jp Looks like we re gonna have to get a lawyer

There great after down payment and ride out of and 1/2 way paying bike off no email notifications they sold your account to US Auto and arrogance about they did witch is illegal I asked B.B.B. and there just waiting to repoe and resell your bike that's how they make there profit B.B.B. needs more complaints to shut them down

I give everyone at rdmc a five star. I just bought my royalstar from them. They made it quick and easy. Even signing my paperwork they made sure correct. Guys I am telling you give them a call. They do you right. I drove 577 miles each way. I am very satisfied. Thanks guys

Very disappointed, bought a bike here and it is complete trash. I haven't been able to ride it due to the numerous safety issues. looks like it was a flood bike someone fished out and spray painted to hide the rust. Paid about the same price as new bike and its worthless.Forks bent, leak, springs worn out, and rusted through in spotswheel bearings badgas gauge brokenmotor mounts badrear shocks / springs rusted out and painted overshift rod worn outclutch cable, spring, etc badlights all trashwiring badNeutral switch brokencluster needs rebuilt or replacedengine leakstrans leaksswing arm bushings badframe rustedexhaust completely rusted out and covered uphandlebar controls bent up and all need replacedAll bushings worn outetc......

I'm totally impressed with this place. I have been done right, and have received a great deal of professionalism, respect and flexibility from this place so far. I purchased a 2009 HD Road King Police. Thanks to the crew at Red Dirt Motorcycles for an awesome experience. I sign and pickup the Road King tomorrow. Thanks Red Dirt!

HORRIBLE. Do not go here. They sold us a bike that had mechanical issue after mechanical issue starting one day after getting it and then said they would fix it and it took 2 weeks and then it was not even fixed. Took it to Harley to try to get fixed properly and they said it would take $5,000-$6,000 to fix on a bike we had just bought. Staff is rude and not helpful at all. We spoke to Melinda about it, the general manager, and she said we should cut ties because she didn t want to accept responsibility for selling us a junky bike. Talked to service department at Harley and they told me that this has happened numerous times with customers from Red Dirt. We do not recommend going here. They outsourced the repairs to get it fixed, and he was a fly-by-night mechanic, and within one day, it was not working again. Tried to talk to him and ask for help and he was rude as well. Do not waste your time going here. Very unprofessional.

Anthony Valdez up there is a must go to guy. He pulled all kind of strings that I thought was impossible, and he made it possible. He was very patient and he was highly knowledgeable. Red dirt is a must go to spot for your next bike.

Bikes are WAY overpriced. I did buy from here once. Bike ended up breaking and having issues. But they did make it right with me. Could possibly have some good deals in there but some bikes are nearly double the price they should be

I bought my first car from here and completely paid it off and it took them forever to give me my title. I had to call countless times and it wasnt until I blew up on them that they actually went to get it.Salesman I talked with knew nothing about cars, they marked up the insurance without any prior warning, the only people that I liked were the ladys who took the payments; they were always nice and respectful.But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'll never buy a car from here again.-just my honest opinions

Joshua Davis helped me find the perfect bike for me. I was originally looking for a Dyna or an Ultra Limited but he showed me a Road King and helped me with the buying process. He was quick on getting back to me with any questions I may have had and even stayed late so I could make it up there from Snyder to pick up the bike.

Justin was awesome. He asked me what I was specifically looking for and then went out of his way to find me exactly what I wanted. I never thought I'd love another car as much as I loved my last one, but Justin found me one that was perfect. I couldn't imagine finding a better car or having a better experience than I did here with Justin.

I went in and told Melinda the sales lady I was interested in a chrome helmet. She showed me and I tried it on in the showroom. Never did she tell me that it was not a DOT certified helmet and was only a collector's item. I took the helmet home where I realized it was not suitable to wear for safety. When I tried to return it I was told they could not take the return because I had put it on my head and health concerns said I couldn't return it. I never put it on after leaving the showroom so my question is had I chose not to buy it after trying it on would they have disposed of it since I had tried it on. It's a shame that customer service is such a low priority for the staff of Twisted cycles. I personally will never take any of my buisness to them again and will quickly inform anyone that asks that they do not do good buisness and would definitely use some other company. I cant imagine buying a bike from them if they cant even stand behind an $86.00 helmet.**********UPDATE **********I received a call from Melinda this morning and was offered a very heartfelt apology for the service I received, she also went so far as to credit me for the collectors item I had purchased. I want to thank Melinda for taking the time to personally call me and rectify this situation. By doing this she not only salvaged a customer , but renewed my hope that good customer service does exhist.. Thank you Melinda for taking care of this....Ricky Shew

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN???First of all before you decide to buy here exhaust every other option first! This is the worst car buying experiences I have ever had and I have purchased many vehicles. I was excited to find a car lot who would help me get another car quickly after mine broke down little did I know I was in the worst place imaginable.I had met with Lorenzo he was car salesman and we had found a car to fit my needs and agreed on down payment and monthly payments I could afford and I gave him my down payment to hold the car well you guessed it ,THEY SOLD IT! REALLY?? Next I come back they found another one for me and promised to keep my payments and down payment the same ha that was a lie ,I go test drive to find the car is knocking and A/C not working properly ,this was a major thing for me they gave me a loaner car and said they would fix the issues. The only thing they fixed were the flat tires it was sitting on literally!Anyway they called me to go get my car and when I got there they told me I would have to put more money down and my payment went up 105$ per month! I was really desperate for a car so I just went with it. They had me up and down in that place about five or six times for no reason at all because they can not keep their end of any agreement and your wait time will be well over two hours each time and you will not be greeted anytime they look at you with a blank response. Seriously these guys are something else all they do is sit around texting and talking smack about other customers!They also promised to fill my tank with gas for all of my troubles a few times and I called to tell Lorenzo what time I would be there so I would not have to wait two hours to get my gas and what do you know I waited two hours only to get sick of waiting so I left with no gas! They do not even bother to talk to you and let you know what your waiting for they just keep looking at you and making you guess.I have not received a copy of my contract because their computer is running slow so they say ,and I have yet to have my A/C or the knocking in my car fixed nor did I get my car detailed and washed that they claimed would happen either! The guy Tom that sits down all day doing nothing that claims he is the finance manager is a total joke and should be fired for being so unprofessional he thought he would get smart when I suggested that I make an appointment to get my gas with sarcasm ,he calmly replied yes she needs an appointment lol !!!!! WOW?If you really think about it smart guy I had an appointment because I told Lorenzo that I was going to be there at 4 so keep your end of the agreement !Anyway I will be back every other day to get what is promised to me until I get it!!! Need new team of people here for sure DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!!!!I know I am leaving stuff out but I have to get back to work so I can make money to pay for the KLUNCKER they sold me for way over market value!!!Oh and check out how lazy they are they won't even give me my temporary tags they have me using the car salesman tags you all should be very ashamed your a bunch of crooks and something needs to be done to resolve this matter!!!!!!

Bought another motorcycle from Red Dirt. My 1st one was a road king. Now I own an ultra classic. I absolutely love the red dirt cycles. They make it easy to get on two wheels. If you've been thinking about it. No matter your style they have it. Go for it. Buy it now before you dont. You'll regret not buying. Payments are easy. Dealing with them is easy. Id give 10 stars if i could.

Bought a Harley from them a month ago and they would not replace the front tire even though it had obvious cracks in it because they said it passed safety inspection. They guy I had change it commented he didn't understand how it could have passed safety with those cracks in it. Also, did not work with me on the price at all even though I told them it was really a little more than I wanted to pay for it. Kinda disappointed in the whole thing now. Would not really recommend them to anyone at this point.

You know, my husband and I have REALLY bad experiences with "buy here/pay here" lots, and they're usually for a reason, and this one is for a good reason. I'm really disappointed in this one, because like many other lots like this one, they took advantage of a poor situation to get a sale.My husband and I went in when they had the tax refund sale (or whatever it is) in late January, and we were able to get approved for $1500 (whenever we signed). We were told to come back in when we have insurance, which is typical. We came back in later that week with proof of insurance, and to sign the remainder of the paperwork, but the salesman came back and told us we need to put down an additional $300 down payment (that we didnt agree to, was not on the paperwork). I pointed this out when my husband was signing the paperwork, and the only thing they could do was give us "one day" to give them the remainder of the payment. We were already in a bind, so I gave them the other $300. This escapade went on for about 1-2 weeks by the way because the salesman had our paperwork for our taxes, didn't file them right, etc.We finally got into our vehicle, and it worked awesome. For about 2-3 weeks. We made the first initial payment, and they have this system where if you dont make your payment, it'll shut off your vehicle. The system didn't reset correctly, and we believe it shorted the electrical system, and we were unable to turn on the vehicle from that point. We returned the vehicle because 1. It wasn't turning on. 2. We haven't recieved our tax return that we have already verified with the IRS it was already deposited (on a card Matador gave to us). We later found out they gave us somebody else's card that had little to nothing on it, and they gave ours to someone else (that had our pin information on it). The card company can't do anything about it. We contacted the company on multiple occasions to resolve this just by giving us our tax return, and they just won't respond. I've already complained to the BBB, and they haven't responded to the complaint.So. Its common sense to not go to a buy here/pay here lot. Just dont go here. Please don't. Poor customer service. They seem busy, but they're just talking amongst themselves about the previous weekend. Poor or limited car selection all month. Save your self the headache.

The only reason there is 1 star is because you can't rate a "0". My husband was interested in a car. We had stopped, looked at the car, and visited with the salesman. Through several days of phones calls between him and the salesman, my husband made an appointment to go and look at the car again, drive it, etc. The car was pretty much his, as all paperwork had been approved.We get there and the salesman that my husband made the appointment with was not there. So another salesman took us out to the car, he turned the key, and nothing. The battery was dead. Okay, that stuff happens, right? While he is getting the battery charger, my husband was looking over the car. The car had not been cleaned...it was dirty on the inside, items in the back seat...and get this...the trunk had dirt in it. Not like the regular West Texas dirt you get for a dirt storm. It was as if someone had taken a coffee can full of dirt and dumped it in the trunk. After said salesman was able to start the car, he had to take the car to put fuel in it...ALL THE WHILE we are waiting to drive this car with the intention of buying it. Remember, we had an appointment...it wasn't as if our visit was a surprise. All of that should have been taken care of before we got there.This review doesn't even include the ridiculous requests they made as far as paper work is required. We rent a house, they wanted a copy of the deed from the landlords. Are you kidding me?After a couple of lengthy "closed door" visits with the GM and his boss, we walked out. "We will call you Monday", they said.They can call Monday, but they more than likely will not sell that car to us.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The sales reps were very unprofessional and disrespectful. I walked in to make a payment for my fiance and had to sit there for 20 minutes since no one was available dur to a meeting, what I heard astounded me as the sales reps were talking horribly about customers, the customers financial situations, and laughing at customers. On top of that, they agreed that with a cash down payment they would fix the issues with the vehicle...paperwork written on it...all they did was clear it out of the computer and refuse to fix it. Find somewhere else...Don Cox at Pollard is amazing...don't waste your time with the lies, excuses, and have a chance of everyone talking about your financial information in front of other individuals.

Edit A nice woman named Lisa had overnighted the documents and everything has been handled. Thank you Matador Motors.I got a car from this place a couple years ago. I had great sales service and everything has been fine with the vehicle. However, the admin office is beginning to upset me. I moved out of state and have had my car registered here for over 6 months. Now, it s time to renew my registration and I am not allowed to do so until they send a copy of the title over to the DMV. There have been multiple letters sent over the last 6 months according to the Tag office and they still haven t complied in sending. Now I am unable to drive my vehicle. My sticker is completely expired BY OVER 30 days!!!!! I will get the vehicle impounded if I do not have the proper registration and I happen to be pulled over. THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE MY FAMILY HAS. I have a husband who works 35 min away and a child in school. We use this car daily. What is there to do now? Uber? There is no public transportation and my child does not take a bus. This could have been prevented MONTHS ago. I am very upset and very angry. I have consistently made my payments and I have never missed any. I have always communicated thoroughly. This is NOT how you do business. I need a resolution immediately. Overnight mail it if need be. All of this is unacceptable. I have left multiple voicemails - admin office, Ruby Molina and Pete Ruiz.

I honestly couldn't have dreamed of it being an easier experience. Justin and the staff at Matador motors are always going above and beyond to ensure you get the vehicle you want for a best deal around. You come in as a customer and leave as family. I won't go anywhere else to purchase s vehicle.
