Well here it is a whole week and I can't get in touch with Anyone at this shop I've texted and called the Number he gave me no response ... I got overcharged as well no communication I sent him a message to ask about a part I'm supposed to get for him to put on but to no avail still no answer so now I'm just hoping I got the right part I just wish the would communicate it's frustrating

Great service. I will be taking all my automotive business to them and recommending them to everyone who reads this post and by word of mouth. Thank you Josh for your customer service. I called another shop and they wanted 3 times the price Ramons charged. Price very fair. And fast. Best automotive repair experience I've ever had...and I'm 51 yrs. Old..Lots of experience. I just moved to Lubbock and a previous mechanic tried to charge me $345 for my headlight when I just needed a bulb. That's when I found Ramon's. The mechanic here charged me $65 to replace the bulb which I felt was a great price considering that the bumper and wheel well have to be loosened to get to the light. But Benny had no problem, got me out in 30/45minutes!This is where I will be bringing my vehicles for any repairs.100% happy with the repair and the price.

I usually don't write reviews but I love this place the customer service is beyond awesome and they always seem to deliver. It may not be the fanciest BUT I guess it doesn't matter when you have quality.
