Jerry and his crew did a fantastic job on my hail repair claim. This location takes pride in their work and integrity. Highly recommend for your collision and or hail damage repairs.

We had an awful experience with Precision Body Works, located at 3440 W Loop 289 Lubbock, Texas 79407. Our car was taken to Corey for repairs after being hit by another driver insured by Progressive. Despite holding onto our car for three months, they attempted to pass it off as completed. The quality of the body works was horrendous - broken brackets, missing bolts, parts not properly lined up and into place, overspray and excess glue protruding from emblems, after visiting to inspect multiple times and pointing out the work that needed to be redone time after time. Additionally, improper jacking up caused damage to the undercoating panel, leaving it hanging down and needing to be completely replaced after being pointed out by us. The paint job was so poorly executed that we have photographic evidence of hair and debris embedded in the paint. Corey and his staff displayed extremely unprofessional attitudes and behavior, reflecting their shoddy workmanship. Corey was so rude to my son, litterally throwing his keys at him accross the counter when we refused to take the car. We strongly advise against using this shop, it will only result in addional costs. We have now had to transport our vehical by car hauler, which was driveable when brought in, to BMW for proper repairs by real proffessionals.PBW - NEVER AGAIN!!!!Just a few of the many photos below!!!

I have a brand new 2024 GMC 2500 and I got my tailgate panel replaced due to damages. The tailgate opened and closed perfectly fine when I took it there and when I got my truck back it would never open. They told me that they didnt break nothing and they won t cover it. He told me they took it apart and put it back together and that s it s not their fault. I don t know who else s fault it could be cause no body touched it. Now I have to buy a $600 harness after already spending 2k to get it repaired because they don t believe in warranting their work. Never coming back again

GREAT body shop! I had 5K in hail damage, busted windshield and grill, Precision fixed it all and make it EASY! From the very sweet lady on the phone and the front desk to the amazing guys that repaired all the damage THANK YOU! Great customer service, very professional and fast.

This body shop did an outstanding job on repairing my car! And let me tell you this, I have never had a repair shop clean the inside of my vehicle before! On top of that, they scrubbed all of the dead bug splatter of the front end of my car! That's not even where the repair was done! I highly recommend this body shop! From the time I called the 98th street location and talked to Kristen, I knew I was going to the right shop!

Had my sons truck towed to Precision due to a wheel hub, this shop has the best suspension an front-end guy in town! Wont take it anywhere else. Took my car here for body work took 7 weeks to get my car back and the work was subpar at best and after my air dam on bottom juat fell off while amd took my fog light with it didn't even bother to call themabout it knowing it won't make a difference i do not recommend you take your vehicle here

They did a amazing job on my repair. My car was so clean inside and out. So impressed! I spoke to the gentleman who applied the paint and it's clear they take pride in their work & for good reason. Highly recommend Precision Body Works...reasonable price, time to do work, nice people, beautiful work!

My car needed some work from hitting an animal on the road. The work done on my car was above and beyond. The insurance company said I didn t need a new bumper, but they fought for me to have a new one because of the age and material integrity of the original bumper. When I got my car back, it was detailed inside and out. They worked on my car in a timely manner and truly went above and beyond. They are kind and do amazing work! I tried to get an estimate for my RV body repair. After having Jerry look at my RV, he said he would have an estimate within a week. I continuously called him every week after that time to get the estimate. He complained of being busy, which I understand. He continued to do this for over two months. He would lead me to believe that he was about done with the estimate, but he never finished. I asked to talk to his manager, and I was told to send an email to the general email address and the owners would review it. I did, and never received a response. They lost over $17K in business, because I went somewhere else. By the way, I never heard back from Jerry and it has been several months now. I will NOT recommend their business.Service: Body & Trim

They were very courteous. The bodywork and paint was excellent. They even cleaned the inside of my wife's van! The exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use them again. They made me feel like my business was appreciated! I have dealt with many body shops, and this was the best by far.

So I went to get my car estimate to see how much it would cost, I also had my insurance estimate with me as well. This guy named Tanner Neal helped me and he didn t seem to much of a people s person. I thought he was rude and didn t really even talked to me at all. I also thought I would make appointment to drop my car off, but instead he told me I needed to contact my insurance to recalculate my estimate. I thought they do that once the car is in shop. I will be contacting the owner about Tanner Neal.

Currently I m extremely satisfied with the work they ve done. My car is beautiful once again. Staff was friendly patient and helpful. They came highly recommended. I will use them again if need be.

I dropped my truck off for hail damage and a quote on other work. This business failed to get me a quote in over two weeks so I can get all the work on the vehicle done at once. I was promised it could all get done at once and they failed to provide this service so I could get my vehicle back in a timely manner. The truck was also not ready when I was told to come pick it up.Service: Body & Trim

Great work, Fantastic Customer Service. Even when the responsible parties insurance was giving me problems, they stepped in and handled everything. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank You Precision Bodyworks!!!

Worst repair shop! Would give then negative stars if I could. Have taken back vechile 4 times to try to fix air leak around passanger door. Even took it to loop289 location as well. Still not fixed! Also had to send another $90 to get alignment done correctly. Pope automotive said the alignment was unsafe to drive on!
