Sheesh! Make sure these people don t sell you a vehicle!! Pollard Royally screwed my husband with thousands! We bought a truck in JANUARY and we are in April and STILL CANT GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM! We are in Colorado driving a Pollard truck with expired paper tags and they seem not to have a care in the world PLUS We received the initial pictures of the truck at certain angles WE GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OUR HARD WORK AND TRUST FOR THESE PEOPLE AND WE ARE LEFT WITH NO RETURN CALLS FROM Jase Foster OR Jonathan Shorten WE WERE PROMISED A BUMPER ON THE TRUCK AND WE HAVE HEARD CRICKETS ! Pollard, Jase Foster, Jonathan Shorten, YOU FAILED AND LOST US AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS! STOP LYING TO HARD WORKING PEOPLE!

My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from Pollard and two of them since January. They messed up getting my tags and it took many phone calls and reaching out to people just to get temporary tags. Then they didn t pay my previous car loan and it caused issues with my bank. We purchased this vehicle in beginning February and it s now March and they still haven t even filed for my new tags. Salesman just called to tell me that. I have tried to talk to supervisors and expressed my frustration with sales man and it was just brushed under the rug. They are a huge business and little individual sales don t really matter. Jon acts like he knows what he is doing but we didn t get very far. We will not be purchasing vehicles in the future. It s a shame because we purchase every year due to business.

I ve been bringing my truck here since I bought it new off the lot. I thought they checked all the fluids and other stuff but I noticed my antifreeze was low so I bought some and filled it myself it took about 3/4 of the bottle so I don t think they ve been checking it at all. And no I don t have a leak. I m glad I seen that now I think I m going to start servicing my own vehicle. Updated 4/2/24

They have a new inexperience guy help out each time. I got three used vehicles from them. One was a Nissan and it's okay, but then I got a Subaru and 5 days later it broke down. Then I traded it in for a jeep and find out they put water in radiator, and with the freezing temperatures the vehicle started acting up, we took it to a friend mechanic and he was able to fix the issue. I really don't think they tend to look at how vehicles are running on their lots. Just make sure you know what's under the hood before buying from them. And don't take their word when they say they have changed the oil and checked fluids before leaving the lot. Also when they don't work with your bank, and the bank tells you they didn't pay the amount we agreed on, so we have to pay the remainder. We're never going back to Pollard again, especially the one on Indiana, Lubbock. Too many issues with vehicle and finance. I would have given a one star, but we did have a about two people who actually tried helping and our Nissan is good. Other than that two stars is pushing it.

Pierce Clary was a great sales man, very knowledgable on the vehicle I chose, he made it easy to complete the process of purchasing my new vehicle. He is buy far the best. The Finance team was amazing and made things super easy to understand.

We bought a used auto from their Ave Q location on 11/5/2023. We had a VERY positive experience. Wyatt Stiles listened to our needs. He went above & beyond to find us a car in our price range. Both Wyatt and manager, Mike Beam, were so helpful & worked with us to make a deal. They had great, friendly attitudes too! We would definitely purchase another vehicle through them. I highly recommend working with Wyatt & Mike at Pollard Friendly Ford on Ave Q.

No one reaches out from this dealership. You can fill out as many "contact us" forms as you want. You will only get a receptionist to text you back. The only phrase the receptionist knows is "I understand" and "Someone will reach out as soon as possible".8+hours of empty promises.

I been trying to sell my tuck for a while and seen that this places was doing some upside down promo this week where they would offer you the best deal they could on buying your vehicle. You would think that meant they would offer a little more, but sadly no. They were nice and all, but just like the other Ford dealer in town they tried to under cut me as well. How do I know? Because the Audi dealer offered me 3k over what both Ford dealers did and I know how to use kbb and Edmunds and such value sites. They put my truck at the lowest kkb price( which dealerships always do) yet a truck they are selling is 5k over the kkb fair market and if you look at my truck on kkb to be sold from a dealer and add that 5k or so they would make something between 10-14k off my truck. All I can say is don't have some kind of promo acting like people are going to get a better deal and all it was is the same as if there never was a promo. Just scam people to come in.

Ruben Arguello Jr rushed me into buying a lemon. Every time I take it in, they do the bare minimum and the major problems are still there. Ruben stopped answering my texts and so did one of the managers. They offered to do another trade to replace it but the trade was basically going to mean the first car I traded in would be theirs free and clear. I ve been lied to over and over. Don t recommend this place at all.

Had an excellent experience at Pollard Ford. Pierce was great to work with during the process of buying my 2023 F-150. He was able to answer all of my questions and he provided excellent service. This was my first purchase at Pollard and it was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. I highly recommend Pollard, make sure you ask for Pierce!

The worst place I have ever bought a used car from. Before buying the car, I was told it would be cleaned, detailed, and delivered to my address. After buying the car they tried to not deliver it to my address due to lack of drivers , but could meet me half way? After some back and forth the car was delivered to my address, dirty, not detailed or cleaned at all. There is dust and dirt coming out of the seats and all over the floor. It smells like wet dog. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. They also refused to fix the tail light because it would be too much of a hassle . So I ended up buying the part to fix it myself. Worst used car experience ever.

They sold a car that gave up less than a week. Then they said will fix the car and it sat in the shop in for few months. They supposably "fix" it and it mess it up 5 months later. Now stuck paying a car loan with no car. I called several auto shop and they said pollard does get cars that they do not recommend to by after pre-sale check. Found out this also happen to another person. Sad you cannot trust a company to sale you a "good" car anymore. Will be doing pre-sale check any car I get. Will not work with Pollard again.

Bought a Kia Sorento from here dealing with Randall and Jerry. So busy trying to sell you a vehicle that they lie grotesquely about any feature that a car may or may not have. I literally asked if the Sorento was AWD which he said it was but i have looked it up with dealership and it is not. Also told me my cadillac was going to get me 2k for trade in and only got $400. Now i looked up trade on value of my sorento and in 8 months that I've had it im already 10k under cause the vehicle is not AWD as he stated. Overall bad business, their greatest attribute is all the lying he does to sell a car

I am beyond pleased with the customer service at Pollard. I became a customer at 21. Salesman John Carlo has always gone above and beyond for me, both times. He is a good listener, gives good advice and has answers to any question asked. Now at 23 John Carlo helped me make my dream of getting a truck become real. This place has always accommodated with my needs both times delivering to my home. The cars are detailed and sold in good conditions. I look forward to making this dealership the one I go to through out my life time. Everyone was so nice and very well educated on their job. The finance guy was very awesome and made me laugh a few times. The girl at the finance building Salma also had awesome service explaining everything in detail with no pauses. Also a handful of employees that had nothing to do with my car sale congratulated me with a big smile on their face just because. I really felt at home. I will continue to be a client at this dealership, no doubt!

A 60 million lawsuit against ford for selling a disposal eco boost engine. The sales department knew when they sold it .I am going shut it down ford for good.. all sales staff will face penalties as well.

The salesman at Pollard (Ian) was great to work with. Wasn't pushy, gave me direct answers and was honest throughout. Brandon, the finance person, was awesome - had all the paper work ready and we were out the door. Easy transaction!!

I've had to have my truck in for service twice, once I was told two days to replace a bolt on the driver seat. I still have parts for my new truck that haven't been delivered on after owning it for 10 months and when I'm told I'll get a call back , I can almost guarantee I won't. Gene Messer is always another option in Lubbock.

They re so busy trying to sell you a car, but never wanting to answer or get back with your car if it messes up, even though it has warranty on it. I ve been trying to get ahold of them since February!! My car been in the shop since June, and had been in there for almost two whole months!! Also, the financial department never wants to do their job like they re suppose too, it s always a run around with them. Me and my husband have been buying from Pollard for years, but we will never buy another vehicle from them again!

These guys go over and beyond to help you get what you want. Randall and Jerry just happen to show up at the right time and opened a door for me that I could not close. I wasn't exactly planning on driving a way in a new truck but it was meant to be and I did. I left the lot in what I was looking for in the price range and the payment that I can live with and not have to worry about struggling with. Thanks guys!!!

I have been doing my own customer service this last few days. Finally the sunroof is fixed. Now they refused to pay for the extra key I was told I would get. Over $75 retail( I'm sure they don't pay that) I have contacted each manager and was told," in my experience,people like you are never happy". The lack of customer service is alarming. Apparently they have enough business without mine. Or anybody else I know.My old saleen are no longer here. My new go to is Victor Morales! He is fantastic,does what he says he's going to,and works magic with numbers. I will continue to do business with him and will also refer anyone else who's looking for a vehicle! Thank You Victor Morales!

They were quick to sell me a vehicle that was not inspected. They were quick to make money off of something they knew had issues yet proceeded to make a sale. They threw in warranty that basically serves me no purpose because they didn t want to fix what they knew was wrong with the vehicle before selling to me. They kept the vehicle for more than three weeks and I have yet to receive my vehicle. I made a payment on something I do not have in my possession. They don t communicate they will give you the run around they put people in situations that were never there to begin with. Their answer to everything is tomorrow or what they think you want to hear. Unless you re banking it with good $$ and willing to put up with the hassle go right on ahead other than that I SO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I showed up after seeing a 09 jeep wrangler on the pollard website. After arriving I was approaced by Mr.Munoz and he did a great job being attentive and guiding me through the buying process all with a low down payment. Very respectful and professional. It was a good purchase.
