Alex and Dawn were great to work with. Their shop crew did a fantastic job of repairing our car for hail damage in a timely manner. When our insurance stopped rental car coverage earlier than promised, Paint Doctor stepped in to provide a loaner vehicle. When we had questions about the hood, we were able to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue immediately with little wait. Very professional. Amazing customer service. I would return and highly recommend their business.

Couldn t say thank you enough to the team over at Paint Doctor. They all did an amazing job and went above and beyond for my vehicle. Aaron and the dent technicians and everybody in the front office were all very professional and so kind. Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, and ValueFantastic Body shop! Very reliable and efficient.My 2013 Santa Fe is perfect and I was fortunate enough to find them through a friend. I was provided with a loaner car and they even drove my car out to my house (due to not being able to drive after my shoulder surgery) when it was ready.I m extremely thankful for your professionalism and going above and beyond!!! I cannot say enough good things about paint doctor! They took care of the paint scraping and bumper repair we needed, and not only did they do it in a timely manner but they were so nice! Spike explained everything that I would need including the potential cost, and he did it in an educated and experienced manner. We will use them for all future needs and I would highly recommend them!

Aaron went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only repair my vehicle and do it well, but he also did it under a very tight timeframe. I was rear-ended in a small accident and needed my car repaired before moving out of state in under two weeks. I went to many body shops in Lubbock and couldn't find one to help in time... Aaron made it happen and did a beautiful job on my SUV. I would also like to add that Aaron was very kind and respectful, which I sincerely appreciated.Having a free loaner car is great, too! I went to the Paint Doctor for an estimate on some hail damage on a used car I was considering buying. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. I really appreciated the time and effort they spent helping me make an informed decision.

Had a few small dents removed from my new pickup. Perfect job. Can't even see where they were. If you need any body work done, you won't be disappointed.

Shane, Aarron, and Spike did an awesome job on the car plus took real good care of me. I didn t know who I should go to and Shane of Paint Doctor contacted me and had my car in the shop shortly after some hail damage. Car looks better than before!!! I can now take it to car shows, cars and coffee gatherings, meets when available now!

Pick up vehicles here, all the time, GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAFF and if you have a problem, I PROMISE the owner will do his BEST to resolve it, INCREDIBLE GUY !!

These guys are awesome,took care of everything for me,with very little interaction with the insurance people.i cant say enough about the professionalism and speed in taking care of my vehicle...I'd add 5 more stars to this if I could
