They put my truck on the diagnostic machine and gave me all the problems that most likely to be. That was free of charge and very helpful to me. Things that they couldn't necessarily fix the problem, they even gave me some suggestions on the best places to take my vehicle. They were friendly and very helpful.

These guys r great and actually care about u getting exactly what u need!!!! They don't just want to make sales, thru help u get what u need and they will look it up ask a million questions go over what ur trying to do, so u leave with what u need and not q bunch of things u don't!!! They r awesome!!!

They offer complimentary car engine check if engine sign shows off. Can buy different car engine related mechanical parts from there.

Always enjoy my visits to O'Reilly's! The last time I stopped, my car was having mechanical issues. I went inside, asked for help, the young man who helped me, Dakota, was not only knowledgeable about my make and model car, but explained my cars issue, and even was able to give me a couple mechanics numbers! This employee stands out, he's an asset to this company, and very helpful to customers!! He deserves a raise, O'Reilly's!!

I sent my daughter and her boyfriend to buy a mass airflow sensor for their Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 because that s what Gene Messer VW said we needed the young lady that waited on my daughter s boyfriend and sold the part to him apparently didn t check the part before selling it turns out it was a used part. And I sent them to return the part because we didn t need it cause the mass airflow sensor on the car was still good. So Matt the manager is totally unprofessional raised his voice even started cussing at my daughters bf and even called the cops on him to have him trespassed from the property because he said that he doesn t do refunds on used parts which they sold me.

Mgr Matt was very helpful and courteous, helped me resolve my issues with my truck bought the two items I needed , I will tell everyone, how good of a company and employee O Reillys has , will definitely keep coming back thank you

Used to go there all the time but I won't anymore I walked in was looking around and asked if they had any radios in the back bc the ones out didn't fit my car they responded those are just boxes we don't keep them out here so people don't steal i was like um ok so I just got what I needed n left while was sitting there eating subway like I'm not gonna steal a radio bro like where would I put it in my tiny Michael kors purse like really offended me they were rude and unprofessional like obviously they need to train there employees what people to look for and what not to like I literally am a woman in an auto part store not a theif at a bank or something ugh never go back there again.

The gentleman was verry helpful and understand but the main location on the north interstate are not very good with customer's i was needing a part and was told that they dont get them parts on top of that i was given wrong information befor i went up their i called and was told yes we do have it and indeed theyvdid not have it. So in the proces of removing the part it broke off now i had to walk from location to my mothers place off of clovis and Indiana. Now when my girlfriend got off work i had to walk back and she went in and asked for the part i was asking for all morning for, befor i left walk. Guess what they had the exact part i was looking for. Now that was the last time i would ever go to that location as they lost a customer. So now i just do business with auto zone only thank u for ur time pleas excuse my gramer

Staff is usually knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. Stores are usually stocked but in the rare event they don't have what I need, it's a quick 10 min drive to the warehouse.

Came in with a check engine light on. The gentleman that came out to check the code was very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I did not get his name, but he had a beard and rides a Harley to work.Great guy to have helping folks out

I suspect a good place to work forward to...I didn't have a job and was desperately looking. My friend whom I worked with for 8 years messaged me and said they were hiring for a front counter position. When I went in and interviewed I thought for sure I'd had gotten the job. Not only did I not get the position I didn't even get a courtesy call or email stating they have found someone more qualified.. seems a disappointment. But that's cool.

The customer service was just so bad. I wanted to change my car battery because it was dead and they wouldn t do it because my car was a hybrid and so my car was just dead in the parking lot and so it wouldn t start and I needed a jump and they wouldn t do it because they were afraid my car was gonna get ruined and told me to get it towed to a mechanic and get it fixed, I asked a stranger to jumped my car and I had to drive to auto zone and they changed my battery in 20 minutes and everything was great. This place wasted my time, they were just so rude and helpless could ve just changed my battery I wouldn t had to write this long review.

Come in for a froze plug waited and waited for some one to help me 3 people in store all on phone wait and wait no worries phone call ends ok my turn he says can I help you phone rings wait call ends phone rings 3 people could have helped me but nobody bothered to stay off the phone long enough to help a customer standing in your store I left went to AutoZone

The only auto parts store I go to. As of yet they haven't given me the wrong part. If they don't have what your looking for they will get it. Keep up the good work guys. A greatfull customer.

Best part supplier in town in my opinion. Staff are helpful and have a good general knowledge of motor vehichles. The rewards system here is nice, I personally use alot of supplies so the discount I receive each month in the form of a $$ off card helps. I have used other parts retailers in town and have had less than enjoyable experinces dealing with them, I have never had a negative experince with any O'Rileys location in Lubbock County.

Reuben helped us so professionally and Personally! When one of the other guys refused to change our battery when it was barely sprinkling, Reuben jumped in to save the day! Will definitely come back just to see Reuben Again!
