We showed up without calling or an appointment . I expected them to be a little irritated, but it was the complete opposite. He was very friendly and honest.( seriously, I think he never stopped smiling while we were there. )He had my muffler fixed in no time.

Thank you for more smiles per mile. My 1969 F100 had an exhaust leak before the Y pipe connection. Nobody makes the stock one so I ordered a large Stamped steel replacement. I wanted to hear my V8 engine better and now I do. Again,thanks for more smiles per mile.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Took my truck to a couple of shops to get estimates. University muffler had the best price and was even kind enough after lifting up my truck to call me and tell me what I requested to be done was not the problem. He could have easily charged me for what I requested but was kind enough to tell me what to do.. I highly recommend this place! Honesty goes far in my book!Service: Exhaust

My heat shield came loose and I needed to get it fixed quickly. They couldn't get me in right away but they were able to get it done same day. Fantastic service, would absolutely recommend to anyone who has exhaust issues!

Was referred to this shop to have some work done to repair an exhaust leak. They went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Told them what I needed and we scheduled a day for the vehicle to be dropped off. It was ready that evening just like they said it would be. Clear concise communication and good work done at a reasonable price.

RAY DOES EXCELLENT WORK, AND IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. I'VE USED HIM FOR YEARS AND RUN ALL MY EXHAUST WORK FROM MY SHOP (MASTER TECH AUTOMOTIVE) THROUGH HIM. A GOOD HONEST MAN.

Best guy in town, fair rates, quality work, and very thorough. Ray provided some of the best customer service I've experienced yet here in lubbock. I'll be sure to have him do any more future exhaust work, very happy with the results.

I work for avis rental car agency and they sent me over there to drop off a mustang to get a muffler issue fixed. Friendly service and the car was ready the next day.

Took my car in immediately after hitting a curb that bent my tailpipe in fear of damaging the whole exhaust system. They had my car checked and minor repairs were needed which were all done within three hours. Best part is that it was an easy enough fix that he didn t even charge me for it. One of the best auto repair experiences and people I ve ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

While he wanted to help, the shop is over burdened and couldn't get to my work for days. With auto repair I can understand but muffler work is not near as demanding, he just needs good help and possibly room for another lift

I took my Challenger in for a mid muffler delete and Ray was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a perfect job and for a very affordable price and in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any muffler or exhaust work done around Lubbock! 10/10

Needs help....can't handle his work load. Came back when suggested & multiple times i couldn't get the work done that i needed. Ended up going somewhere else. I only gave 2 stars because for him to be that busy, he must be good.

Ray worked on my 85 C10 through the night Friday and early in the morning Saturday , basically put in OT to get my truck done and sounding beautiful on his sons birthday. That s how dedicated he is to his craft. Will be going back for other projects I have going on. Thanks Ray.

Tried to use this place. Owner saw me park and walk around waiting for help. He just turned his back and kept his head down not the best customer service. Obviously over extended Other places in town can do the same work in half the time. Maybe he ll find some help

Took my car here and there was miscommunication so I was out of a car for 7 days. Got my car back and ran worse than it had before. I definitely will not be coming back and I would not recommend taking your car here.

Showed up at 7:30am on a week day, no one showed up by 815 i left. Went to A AND B muffler on Ave Q. Very happy with AandB muffler and will go there in the future.
