Horrible service always rude and disrespectful can t ever go in and get a part from any of the employees up front without them making it seem like I m interrupting there relaxing work day. I hate having to get parts from here just because of the employees attitude

Awesome guys were great at finding what I needed! Best place to by parts without going broke lol was gonna pay 100 bucks for 2 parts I needed! Was recommended napa and found both parts for 30 bucks!

I have a napa battery that is less than 4 months old. The battery is no good and has a dead cell. They refuse to warrantee the battery. Hector further refused to let me talk to a supervisor and even stated white i was leaving that they didn't need my business.I then called the store and requested to talk to a manager. Hector answered and asked if I was the guy returning a battery. I told him that wasn't his concern up on me. I called a second time with similar results.They didn't even test the battery. Don't buy batteries from Napa! They don't care about you, only want your money.Update, I changed my review to a higher star because I went to another store and they exchanged the battery for me.

Yesterday was the pits for me. It was like all the worst Mondays rolled into one! Until I made it to Napa on 19th and A. I need parts for my husband's pickup. Only I didn't have my wallet! I did have our check book and all pertinent information. Most places these days would not even think of taking a check from a person with out ID and such. And I understand with all the scammers now. But the gentleman saw how desperate I was for the parts. They rang them up for me and loaded up everything in the pickup with rain pouring down. Then the gentleman that checked me out forgot to add the brake fluid in for me. He felt bad and said no worries its on me this time. 14.08. He went in and got the brake fluid and brought it back out to me. Who dose that?! I came back to return some parts I didn't need. I was able to make up the 14.01 for the brake fluid then. Thanks the the men at NAPA I was able to get my husband's pickup fixed. That's customer service above and beyond! Thanks Guys!

If you want the Lubbock experience this is the one to go to. Where employees try and fight customers in the parking lot. Very unprofessional.

The guys here are very good at what they do.There's a super selection of parts of just about anything you can think of. The counter sales guys are eager and fast and can help you make those decisions about what parts you need or add ons to make the job easier. I really recommend NAPA on Ave A because they are the warehouse for auto parts. Give them a chance, I bet you won't be disappointed.

This is the best place to get parts in Lubbock and the surrounding areas!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced not just about their store but also as hands on mechanics. I would recommend to anyone that needs good quality parts and great service!

Wouldn't warranty a broken $85 Carlyle ratchet but I can go literally around the corner and go to harbor freight and get an $18 ratchet warranted for the 5th time absolutely no questions asked, and you wonder why people don't buy quality tools anymore. It's because you don't stand behind your product!!

I purchase auto parts for about 50 chevy 1/2 ton parts. Napa is a little overpriced on some of their stuff, but friendly knowledgeable staff keeps me coming back for more. Parts are more expensive than some local auto parts stores but are also higher quality. Overall I like them and continue to do business with them.

The staff was helpful and NAPA parts always seem to be higher quality so you don't have to worry about the part failing right after you finish installing it. My go to place for all critical parts.

Was stranded on the middle of the road. We called to say that we were 15 mins away and they closed in 8 minutes. We asked if they could stay open for a couple extra minutes and the man said I have places to be at 5. Okay dude.
